文章描述了荧光级氧化钇中痕量稀土铈的测定方法,在溴酸钾存在下,5摩尔/升HNO_3介质中,以P507萃取微量铈,然后有机相用硝酸、过氧化氢反萃取、再将水相浓缩定容,然后以电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法分析。同时用铈的离子选择电极以二次标准加入法作第二种手段分析。样品溶液以乙醇预去溶方式引入等离子体,测定下限为2微克/克,方法简单、快速、准确。离子选择电极法测定铈离子下限1×10~(-5)摩尔/升,回收率为94-101%,方法简单,结果满意、价格便宜。  相似文献

Berry Phase and time-dependent Pancharatnam phase are investigated for nuclear spin polarization in a liquid by a rotation magnetic field, where two-state mixture effect is exactly included in the geometric phases. We find that when the system of nuclear spin polarization is in the unpolarized state, the transitive phenomena of both Berry phase and Pancharatnam phase are taken place. For the polarized system, in contrast, such a transition is not taken place. It is obvious that the transitions of geometric phase correspond to the phase change of physical system.  相似文献

本文报道了采用分子束外延技术制备的三色InAs/GaAs量子点红外探测器. 器件采用nin型结构, 吸收区结构是在InGaAs量子阱中生长含有AlGaAs插入层的InAs量子点, 器件在77 K下的红外光电流谱有三个峰值: 6.3, 10.2和11 μm. 文中分析了它们的跃迁机制, 并且分别进行了指认. 因为有源区采用了不对称结构, 所以器件在外加偏压正负方向不同时, 光电流谱峰值的强度存在一些差异. 不论在正偏压或者负偏压下, 当偏压达到较高值, 再进一步增大偏压时, 都出现了对应于连续态的跃迁峰强度明显下降的现象, 这是由量子点基态与阱外连续态的波函数交叠随着偏压进一步增大而迅速减小导致的.  相似文献

针对室内复杂环境下火灾识别准确率会降低的问题,提出了一种改进的粒子群算法优化支持向量机参数进行火灾火焰识别的方法。首先在 颜色空间进行火焰图像分割,对获得的火焰图像进行预处理并提取相关特征量;其次采用PSO算法搜索SVM的最优核参数和惩罚因子,并在PSO算法中加入变异操作和非线性动态调整惯性权值的方法,加快了搜索SVM最优参数的精度和速度;然后将提取的火焰各个特征量作为训练样本输入SVM模型进行训练,并建立参数优化后的SVM分类器模型;最后将待测试样本输入SVM模型进行分类识别。算法的火灾识别准确率达到94.09%,分类效果明显优于其他分类算法。仿真结果表明,改进的PSO优化SVM算法提高了火焰识别的准确率和实时性,算法的自适应性更强,误判率更低。  相似文献

Spinel CoFe2O4 coating on the surface of hollow glass microspheres of low density was synthesized by co-precipitation method. The phase structures, morphologies, particle size, shell thickness, chemical compositions of the composites have been characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS). The results show that CoFe2O4 coating on hollow glass microspheres can be achieved, and the coating layers are constituted by CoFe2O4 nanoparticles of mean size ca. 10 nm. The as-synthesized powder materials were uniformly dispersed into the phenolic cement, then the mixture was pasted on metal plate with the area of 200 mm×200 mm as the test plate. The test of microwave absorption was carried out by the radar-absorbing materials (RAM) reflectivity far field radar cross-section (RCS) method. The results indicate that the coated CoFe2O4/hollow glass microspheres composites can be applied in lightweight and strong absorption microwave absorbers.  相似文献

Beam expanders being used presently have complex structure and none is perfect. A novel beam expander is proposed first. The beam expander can magnify (or decrease) the diameter of incident laser beam according to the theory of total internal reflection–refraction (TIR-R) principle. The characteristic of the beam expander was studied by using ray-tracing method and computer simulation. The beam expander can propagate a parallel laser beam along the propagation axis and would not change the propagation direction of the beam. For a nonparallel beam the Lagrange invariant (the product of diameter and divergence angle) is not constant. This beam expander would be an effective device in some applications.  相似文献

A new two-dimensional scheme is proposed for accurate measurements of high-resolution chemical shifts and heteronuclear dipolar couplings in NMR of aligned samples. Both the (1)H chemical shifts and the (1)H-(15)N dipolar couplings are evolved in the indirect dimension while the (15)N chemical shifts are detected. This heteronuclear correlation (HETCOR) spectroscopy yields high-resolution (1)H chemical shifts split by the (1)H-(15)N dipolar couplings in the indirect dimension and the (15)N chemical shifts in the observed dimension. The advantages of the HETCOR technique are illustrated for a static (15)N-acetyl-valine crystal sample and a (15)N-labeled helical peptide sample aligned in hydrated lipid bilayers.  相似文献

In this letter, we develope a control and image processing system for Streak Tube Imaging Lidar (STIL). In the system, the data acquisition card control and the software interface are programmed in Visual Basic (VB) while the image processing is finished by MATLAB. A STIL imaging experiment is carried out in the laboratory. We obtained the intensity and range images of targets with pseudo color by image processing and reconstruction for a set of raw streak images of targets at different distances acquired by STIL. The range resolution is better than 2 centimeters.  相似文献

Quantum dot infrared photodetectors can be coupled with micro‐structured filters to create narrowband sensors. Guided‐mode resonance filters based on a high‐index dielectric slab can exhibit bandpass characteristics that are suitable for monolithic integration with focal‐plane arrays. Here, patterned Ge filters were integrated with InGaAs/GaAs quantum dot detectors to linearly tune their 77 K photoresponse peaks from 5.6 µm to 6.2 µm. The dark current was not influenced by these filters but the ability to narrow the photoresponse linewidth was limited by substrate scattering, which is often encountered with front‐side illumination architectures.
