A new aromatic diamine monomer containing pyridine unit, 2,6-bis (4-aminophenoxy- 4'-benzoyl)pyridine(BABP), was synthesized in three steps, starting from 2,6-pyridinedicarboxyl chloride. A series of novel pyridine-containing polyimides were prepared v/a the polycondensation of BABP with various aromatic dianhydrides through poly(amic acid) precursors, and thermal or chemical imidization of the precursors. The polyimides exhibit desirable properties, e.g., good solubility in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone and m-cresol, excellent thermal stability and film-forming capability, as well as high inherent viscosity, indicating high molecular weight. 相似文献

Persimmon (Diospyros kaki), a familiar and widespread fruit worldwide, is known to exhibit several physiological effects because of the presence of pharmacologically active compounds called phytochemicals. However, its high-molecular-weight compounds, particularly polysaccharides, have not been extensively studied. In this study, D. kaki extract (DK) was fractionated into low- and high-molecular-weight fractions (DK-L and DK-H, respectively) through ethanol fractionation, and their effects on antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antiwrinkle activities were investigated by an in vitro system. DK-H contained significantly higher contents of neutral sugar, uronic acid, and polyphenols compared to DK and DK-L. Furthermore, DK-H exhibited significantly improved pharmacological activities, such as antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antiwrinkle properties, compared to those of DK and DK-L, demonstrating that DK-H may play an important role in mediating the beneficial effects of persimmon. Sugar composition analysis and molecular characterization indicated that DK-H consisted of a galacturonic acid (GalA)-rich polysaccharide with a molecular weight of >345 kDa that mainly comprised GalA and small amounts of neutral sugar and polyphenol residues. These results suggest that the bioactive fraction DK-H is likely to be a GalA-rich pectic polysaccharide containing a small number of polyphenol residues, which may be a novel candidate in the pharmaceutical and cosmeceutical industries. 相似文献

A new method for speciation analysis of two inorganic selenium species was developed by on-line coupling of capillary electrophoresis (CE) with hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS) and on-line conversion of Se(VI) to Se(IV). Baseline separation of Se(VI) and Se(IV) was achieved by CE in a 50 cm x 75 microm inside diameter (ID) fused-silica capillary at -20 kV using a mixture of 15 mmol.L(-1) NaH2PO4 and 0.5 mmol.L(-1) cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (pH 7.5) as electrolyte buffer. Se(VI) was on-line reduced to Se(IV) by mixing the CE effluent with concentrated HCl. The precision (relative standard deviation, RSD, n=7) ranged from 0.7 to 1.3% for migration time, 6.4 to 3.7% for peak height response, and 5.9 to 6.1% for peak area for the two selenium species at the 500 microg.L(-1) (as Se) level. The detection limits were 33 and 25 microg.L(-1) (as Se) for Se(VI) and Se(IV), respectively. The recoveries of the two selenium species in five locally collected water samples ranged from 88 to 114%. The developed method was applied to speciation analysis of inorganic selenium species in spiked natural water samples. 相似文献

AbstractA series of iron, cobalt and nickel metal phosphides of chemical formula FexP, Co2P and Ni2P with high specific surface areas of 331.1, 294.2 and 228.0 m2 g?1, respectively, was firstly synthesized by phenol-formaldehyde resin route. It was found that the as-prepared Co2P and Ni2P samples synthesized using phenol-formaldehyde resin as a carbon source showed much higher BET surface areas than those prepared using other carbon sources reported before, including cinnamic strong alkali anion exchange resin, p-phenylenediamine and hexamethylenetetramine. 以牛血清蛋白(BSA)为模型蛋白,N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAM)为单体,N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(BIS)为交联剂,采用原位沉淀聚合法制备了单分散的温度响应型蛋白纳米胶囊(nBSA).通过调整单体与蛋白的比例制备了粒径大小不同的含有单个蛋白分子的BSA纳米胶囊.采用基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱仪(MALDI-TOF MS)、透射电镜(TEM)和动态光散射仪(DLS)等对BSA蛋白的修饰度,nBSA的形貌和结构,以及温度响应性能进行了表征,并用HeLa细胞对nBSA的体外安全性进行了初步评价.结果表明,在一定范围内,随着单体和蛋白比例的升高,蛋白纳米胶囊的粒径也逐渐增大,且在7.4~17 nm之间可控,而nBSA的响应温度则逐渐减小在33~41℃之间可控;制备的nBSA单分散性较好;nBSA具有温度响应性能,当环境温度高于其响应温度时,nBSA的粒径可显著增大16~33倍,且这种变化随温度呈现可逆性,并通过对nBSA细胞毒性的初步考察,评价将其用于生物领域的潜力. 相似文献
