Pore size distributions in low‐k dielectric thin films from X‐ray porosimetry

X‐ray reflectivity has been used to determine the mass uptake of probe molecules in porous thin films supported on thick silicon wafers. The adsorption occurs by capillary condensation when the films are exposed to probe vapor at controlled partial vapor pressures. The probe solvent partial pressure was varied by mixing saturated air and dry air at constant temperature or by changing sample temperature at a constant vapor concentration. Pore size distribution in the films can be calculated from the probe uptake with typical porosimetric approaches such as the application of the Kelvin equation to convert partial pressure into pore size. For illustration, the pore size distribution of three different nanoporous thin films, the primary candidate of ultra‐low‐k interlevel dielectrics in the next generation of integrated circuit chips, was determined with this technique. Determination of Organophosphorus Pesticides in Soil by MMSPD-GC-NPD and Confirmation by GC-MS

A novel method, modified matrix solid-phase dispersion (MMSPD), has been developed for quantitative analysis of organophosphorus pesticide residues in soil. It was based on matrix solid-phase dispersion (MSPD) and continuous liquid-solid extraction (continuous LSE), using Florisil as sorbent and dichloromethane as the recycling solvent. Two soils with different texture and physicochemical properties were studied to validate the method. The effect of residence time of pesticides in soil was also studied. MMSPD was compared with MSPD and continuous LSE respectively. Determination was carried out by gas chromatography with nitrogen-phosphorus detection (GC-NPD). The method gave recoveries ranging from 72–105% with relative standard deviations (RSDs) lower than 15% for the pesticides studied. The limits of detection (LODs) ranged from 0.1 to 0.6 ng g⁻¹. Two pesticide residues have been detected in real soil samples from Fujian, China, using MMSPD. The pesticides were confirmed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) in a selected-ion monitoring (SIM) mode. Revised: 4 and 9 April 2006     

轻希土硫氰酸盐与2, 3, 11, 12, -四苯基-1, 4, 7, 10, 13, 16-六氧-2, 11-十八环二烯配合物的合成及XPS研究

合成了六种轻希土硫氰酸盐与标题不饱和冠醚的新固体配合物,进行了元素分析,摩尔电导率、DTA、UV、IR和XPS等表征.对Ln(NCS)₃·L和Ln(NCS)₃的XPS研究中,得到它们组成原子芯能级电子(Ln3d_5/2,Ols,Nls,S2p)的结合能信息;观察到除Y3d_5/2外Ln3d_5/2(Ln=La、Ce、Pr、Nd、和Sm)的伴峰结构,Ln3d_5/2结合能与原子序数呈线性关系,并推断类似化合物Pm³d_5/2结合能在1035eV附近.     

Zur Elektronenstruktur metallorganischer Komplexe der f‐Elemente. 64 Äußert sich die zwitterionische Natur des Triphenylphosphanoxid‐Liganden auch in seinen spektrochemischen Eigenschaften?

Electronic Structures of Organometallic Compounds of f Elements. 64 Does the Zwitterionic Nature of the Triphenylphosphine Oxide Ligand Manifest itself in its Spectrochemical Properties? The triphenylphosphine oxide mono adducts of the moiety tris(η⁵‐cyclopentadienyl)lanthanide(III) (Ln(Cp)₃; Ln = Pr ( 1 ), La ( 2 )) were synthesized and structurally characterized. The Ln–O distances of these compounds are noticeably shorter than those of the corresponding THF adducts. A crystal field (CF) analysis of the optical spectra of 1 leads to a low absolute value of the quadratic CF parameter which is comparable with those of [Pr(Cp)₃(L)]^? adducts with anionic bases but not with [Pr(Cp)₃(MeTHF)]. Reasons for the latter finding are presented.     

稀土高氯酸溶液导数光谱的研究及其在分析中的应用 Ⅶ.四阶导数分光光度法直接测定混合稀土氧化物中镱和镝

本文在近红外光区研究了镱(Ⅲ)和镝(Ⅲ)1mol/L HClO_4溶液的四阶导数吸收光谱,认真选择了仪器操作条件,提高了测定镱和镝的选择性。通过校正系数法,使镱的光度法测定成为可能,克服了在可见光区测定镝需要校正干扰的缺点,达到在混合稀土中直接测定镱和镝的目的。     

Single crystal tin nano-rod arrays electrodeposited by a soft template

Single crystal tin nano-rod arrays were fabricated by the electrodeposition method when amphiphilic triblock copolymer P123 was used as a soft template at a concentration much lower than that for forming a liquid crystalline phase.     

化学蒸气沉积硅氧化合物调变HZSM－5沸石的研究

本文研究了正硅酸乙酯分别在无胺法和有胺法制得的ＨＺＳＭ－５沸石上的沉积过程，并用吸附，ＮＨ３－ＴＰＤ及异丙醇探针反应等手段表征了沉积后的样品，发现沉积仅在外表面上进行，可使孔口变小但不影响孔道内性质，显示有对于二甲苯分子的择形吸附能力，且在甲苯甲醇烷基化反应和二甲苯异构化反应中表现出良好的择形催化性能．     

ANN原子参数法预报合金相晶型及晶格常数

运用人工神经网络方法，以二元合金组成元素的电子结构为基本特征，对二元合金相晶型作了区分，进一步对其晶格常数作了预报，结果令人满意。     

若干中性配体对Mo—Fe—S簇合物自兜的影响

通过电子吸收光谱的变化研究了一些含N和含P中性配体对MoS_4~(2-)-nFeCl_2-DMF体系形成立方烷型Mo-Fe-S簇合物的可能影响。
