多孔硅制备过程中B,P杂质原子的作用

采用DV-Xα方法对多孔硅形成过程中位于表层的B和P杂质原子的作用进行研究,结果表明位于顶层硅原子层中的B和P杂质原子均可削弱其邻近的Si-Si键强度,因而可能导致出现腐蚀的突破点,再通过分析杂质对表面区势场的改变,可以认为位于顶层硅原子层中的B杂质原子产生腐蚀的突破点的可能性更大。 关键词：

Activity coefficients for NaBr in aqueous ternary solutions with sodium propionate and butyrate from EMF measurements

The activity coefficients of NaBr in the NaBr–NaPropionate–H₂O and NaBr–NaButyrate–H₂O systems were determined from EMF measurements at constant total ionic strength of 0.1 0.5 1.0 1.5 2.0 and 2.5 mol-kg^–1 and at 25° C. The activity coefficients were fitted using Scatchard, Pitzer and Lim equations. Finally the excess Gibbs free energy of these mixtures were also calculated.

高频单线圈双调谐NMR单晶探头的研制

本文报道了一种测角单晶NMR探头。该探头采用单线圃双调谐电路,工作频率在90MHz-110 MHz连续可调,可进行交叉极化大功率去耦实验。文中提出了一种简单而有效的测角装置,可使单晶绕三个互相垂直轴转动实现单晶的NMR测量。作为典型的应用例子,本文利用该探头实现了单晶DGO(2NH₂CH₂COOH·H₂C₂O₄)屏蔽张量的测量。     

苯并噻唑重氮氨基偶氮苯与汞（Ⅱ）的显色反应及其应用

报道了新试剂苯并噻唑重氮氨基偶氮苯的合成及其与汞（Ⅱ）的显色反应，在ＴｒｉｔｏｎＸ－１００存在下弱碱性介质中，试剂与汞形成２：１的橙红色络合物，最大吸收波长位于５２０ｎｍ处，表观摩尔吸光系数为１．５１×１０＾５Ｌ．ｍｏｌ＾－１．ｃｍ＾－１。汞量在０～１．２ｍｇ／Ｌ范围内遵守比尔定律，直接应用于废水中微量汞的测定，结果满意。     

Trefftz,collocation, and other boundary methods—A comparison

In this article we survey the Trefftz method (TM), the collocation method (CM), and the collocation Trefftz method (CTM). We also review the coupling techniques for the interzonal conditions, which include the indirect Trefftz method, the original Trefftz method, the penalty plus hybrid Trefftz method, and the direct Trefftz method. Other boundary methods are also briefly described. Key issues in these algorithms, including the error analysis, are addressed. New numerical results are reported. Comparisons among TMs and other numerical methods are made. It is concluded that the CTM is the simplest algorithm and provides the most accurate solution with the best numerical stability. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A nodal coupling of finite and boundary elements

This article presents and analyzes a simple method for the exterior Laplace equation through the coupling of finite and boundary element methods. The main novelty is the use of a smooth parametric artificial boundary where boundary elements fit without effort together with a straight approximate triangulation in the bounded area, with the coupling done only in nodes. A numerically integrated version of the algorithm is also analyzed. Finally, an isoparametric variant with higher order is proposed. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
