Capture of excess electrons by triplet-state anthracene molecules in liquid isooctane

Variation of the elasticoviscous characteristics of a heavily filled rubber after periodic shear deformation

The results of an investigation of the recovery of the elasticoviscous characteristics after thixotropic reduction by periodic deformation in the nonlinear zone are reported. The rate of recovery of the mechanical properties depends on the deformation frequency and the previous history of dynamic deformation is shown to affect the dependence of the elasticoviscous characteristics on the shear rate gradient. Estimation of the effect of thermal and resonance neutron shielding in activation analysis

A semiempirical method of allowing for the effect of impurity element screening in samples of irregular geometry, absorbing thermal and resonance neutrons, is suggested. The accuracy of this method was evaluated for cobalt, silver, indium, iridium, gold and mercury and experimentally checked for silver and indium samples.     

Hopf algebras with involution over noncommutative rings and their homologies. II

A theory of homologies is constructed for the class of algebras, described in Part I of the article (Ref. Zh. Mat., 1973, 8A342). This theory generalizes the theory of homologies of finite groups and Frobenius algebras. Many results, familiar for finite groups, can be proved for Hopf algebras.
