Modulation characteristics of absorption at the resonance D 1 line of cesium atoms in a cell with antirelaxation coating are studied. It is experimentally shown that the minimum of the response to harmonic modulation in a certain frequency band coincides with Maxwellian velocity distribution maximum, despite the line profile distortion observed during linear frequency scanning [1]. Monodispersed spherical silica particles, including large mesopores (over 10 nm) and macropores (up to 100 nm) were obtained by chemical etching in an autoclave. A method for introducing globular protein myoglobin molecules into the pores is developed. The method of filling is based on a high adsorption capacity of the developed internal pore structure of the particles. The structure and adsorption properties of the materials are studied.  相似文献

The temperature dependences of the electrical and electroluminescent properties of InAsSbP/InAsSb/InAsSbP heterostructure LEDs (λ ≈ 3.8−4.0 μm) are studied in the temperature interval 20–200°C. It is shown that the radiation power decreases with increasing temperature in a superexponential manner and that this decrease is associated primarily with a rise in the rate of Auger recombination. The position of the maximum in the radiation spectrum varies with temperature nonmonotonically, since radiative recombination is observed both in the active region and in the wide-gap layer. At room temperature, current through the heterostructure is tunneling current irrespective of the applied voltage polarity. As the temperature rises, either the thermal emission of charge carriers appears (direct bias) or the diffusion current becomes significant (reverse bias).  相似文献

The results of numerical modeling of two-phase electrolyte thermo-and hydrodynamics in the working space of a separate electrolyzer cell with vertical electrode arrangement are presented. The problem is solved in a self-consistent formulation taking into account the electric current, Joule heat evolution, gas evolution, gas and liquid flows, and electric conductivity of the disperse phase. Within the framework of the proposed two-liquid approach, near-wall bubbly flow is calculated using a model of expanding gas plume, which is based on the introduction of an effective force acting upon the gas phase. The results of several variants of such calculations are compared. The numerical solution is also compared to approximate analytical solutions of the problem. The results of this study can be used to calculate estimations of the electrical and thermal regimes of vertical electrolyzers.  相似文献

One proves theorems regarding the estimates of the solutions of systems of linear algebraic equations and inequalities. On the basis of these theorems one suggests a method for estimating the norm of the inverse matrix of a system of difference equations which approximates a boundary-value problem for an integrodifferential equation. The method allows us to eliminate the restrictions which are usually imposed on the coefficients of the integrodifferential equation in order to ensure the diagonal dominance in the system of the difference equations. The observation of the scattering of sodium atoms by a short light pulse (≈ 10?8 s) is treated. The pulse has the spatial structure of a standing wave. The particles are scattered at the expense of the forces of the stimulated light pressure (gradient forces).
