Study of Diffusion Bonding of 45 Steel through the Compacted Nickel Powder Layer

The microstructure of the transition zone and powder spacer, the concentration distribution of chemical elements over the width of the diffusion-bonded joint, and microhardness of 45 steel–compacted Ni powder spacer–45 steel layered composites formed by diffusion bonding have been investigated. It has been shown that the relative spacer thickness χ < 0.06 is optimal for obtaining a high-quality joint has been formed under a compacting pressure of 500 MPa. The solid-state diffusion bonding is accompanied by sintering the nickel powder spacer and the formation of the transition zone between the spacer and steel. The transition zone consists of solid solution of nickel in the α-Fe phase and ordered solid solution of iron in nickel (FeNi₃).     

两步溶胶-凝胶法于SiO2/聚合物杂化基质中原位合成铕的三元配合物及其发光性质

[Zn(NH<Subscript>3</Subscript>)<Subscript>4</Subscript>][PtCl<Subscript>6</Subscript>] and [Cd(NH<Subscript>3</Subscript>)<Subscript>4</Subscript>][PtCl<Subscript>6</Subscript>] as precursors for intermetallic compounds PtZn and PtCd

Double complex salts (tetraamminezinc and tetraamminecadmium hexachloroplatinates) have been synthesized. Their thermal properties have been studied, as well as the products of their degradation in hydrogen and helium atmospheres. Optimal thermolysis schedules have been determined. Thermolysis under hydrogen yields intermetallic compounds PtZn and PtCd.     

HIF in Gastric Cancer: Regulation and Therapeutic Target

HIF means hypoxia-inducible factor gene family, and it could regulate various biological processes, including tumor development. In 2021, the FDA approved the new drug Welireg for targeting HIF-2a, and it is mainly used to treat von Hippel-Lindau syndrome, which demonstrated its good prospects in tumor therapy. As the fourth deadliest cancer worldwide, gastric cancer endangers the health of people all across the world. Currently, there are various treatment methods for patients with gastric cancer, but the five-year survival rate of patients with advanced gastric cancer is still not high. Therefore, here we reviewed the regulatory role and target role of HIF in gastric cancer, and provided some references for the treatment of gastric cancer.     

声光偏频亚多普勒光谱无调制激光频率锁定

将激光器锁定到合适的参考频率标准上 ,可以有效地改善激光器的频率稳定性。采用两个声光调制器(AOM) ,使铯原子D2 线饱和吸收光谱分别发生Ω±Δ绝对频移 ;通过改变射频压控振荡器 (RFVCO)的Vf 端口直流电压调节相对频移间隔Δ ,当相对频率间隔选择合适时两信号相减得到了类色散型鉴频曲线。实验中实现了85 2nm光栅外腔半导体激光器相对于铯原子D2 线6S1/2 F =4 6P3 /2 F′ =5超精细跃迁线 (中心频率ν0 )的无调制偏频锁定 (锁定后中心频率ν0 +Ω ,偏频量为Ω)。由闭环锁定后的误差信号估计 ,5 0s内典型的频率起伏小于± 2 70kHz ,较相同时间段内激光器自由运转时的频率起伏 14MHz有显著的改善。该方法可避免对激光器直接进行频率调制的常规饱和吸收锁频方案所引入的额外频率噪声和强度噪声。

Preparation and Luminescence Properties of the Ternary Europium Complex Incorporated into an Inorganic/Polymer Matrix by a Sol-Gel Method

Ternary europium complexes with thenoyltrifluoroacetone (TTA) and phenanthroline (phen) were incorporated into SiO₂/polymer matrix by a sol-gel method. The gels exhibit the characteristic emission bands of europium ion. In addition, Eu³⁺ presents a longer fluorescence lifetime in gel than in the corresponding pure complex powder. Concentration effects on the luminescence intensity were investigated. The reasons that are responsible for above results are also discussed in the context.     

Crystal structure and thermal properties of [Au(en)<Subscript>2</Subscript>]<Subscript>2</Subscript>[Cu(C<Subscript>2</Subscript>O<Subscript>4</Subscript>)<Subscript>2</Subscript>]<Subscript>3</Subscript>·8H<Subscript>2</Subscript>O

The crystal structure of a double complex salt of the composition [Au(en)₂]₂[Cu(C₂O₄)₂]₃·8H₂O (en = ethylenediamine) at 150 K is determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal data for C₂₀H₄₈Au₂Cu₃N₈O₃₂ are: a = 9.1761(3) Å, b = 16.9749(6) Å, c = 13.4475(5) Å, β = 104.333(1)°, V = 2029.43(12) ų, P2₁/c space group, Z = 2, d _x = 2.450 g/cm³. It is demonstrated that the thermal decomposition of the double complex salt in a helium or hydrogen atmosphere affords the solid solution Au_0.4Cu_0.6.
