计算股市的基本方程、理论和原理(Ⅲ)——基本理论

由基本方程导出两个理论:1 股票的价值理论v*(t)=v(0)exp(ar₂t)。2 股能守恒理论。将股能定义为股价v及其导数v>的二次函数φ=Av2+Bvv+Cv2+Dv,在基本方程约束下,将问题归结为沿最优路径的约束优化问题。应用Lagrange乘数,变分法Euler方程可证?对任何v、v>守恒。文中给出应用这些方程和理论对股市走势作分析的一些判断并为深沪股市实际走势所验证。     

振动辅助磁力研磨超硬精密Al2O3陶瓷管内表面试验研究

针对普通磁力研磨超硬精密Al2O3陶瓷管内表面加工效率低且纹理不均匀的问题,提出了一种振动辅助磁力研磨的技术.采用曲柄滑块振动机构和超声振动机构辅助磁力研磨,通过改变磁粒刷的运动轨迹,实现对陶瓷管内表面的高效精密加工.对比施加振动前后表面加工质量和加工效率的变化,利用单因素试验分析了振幅和振动频率对表面加工质量和加工效率的影响规律.试验结果表明:振动辅助磁力研磨技术实现了对超硬精密Al2O3陶瓷管内表面的高效精密加工,相比普通磁力研磨,经过50 min的加工,超声振动辅助磁力研磨效果最好,加工效率提高70%,表面粗糙度Ra由平均1.1μm降至0.03μm以下;采用高频率小振幅的振动更有利于加工效率和表面加工质量的同时提高.     

塔北沙雅隆起东段古生代断裂特征及演化

依据二维地震剖面的精细地质解释,将塔北沙雅隆起东段自加里东中 晚期以来的断裂活动细分为3期,并对其复合发育过程进行了探讨.研究表明：加里东中 晚期,区内主要发育近NW向的小型逆断层;海西早期,近EW向的压扭断裂开始大规模发育,部分近NW向的断裂也开始扭动,二者呈复合构造样式;海西晚期,区内断裂继承性活动,EW向断裂发生大规模逆冲活动,地层被大幅抬升,并遭受剥蚀.该项研究对于深化塔里木板块北部古生代构造变形研究以及油气勘探等都具有重要的意义.     

磺胺嘧啶钠探针分析生物样品中蛋白质含量的研究

在pH 7.4的Tris-HCl缓冲溶液中,荧光猝灭光谱和三维荧光光谱显示磺胺嘧啶钠(SDS)可与人血清白蛋白(HSA)相互作用,使人血清白蛋白疏水微环境极性以及构象发生变化。考察了Δλ值、反应介质、离子强度等因素对该体系同步荧光光谱特征及强度的影响。在选定的最佳实验条件下,体系的同步荧光强度(ISF)与人血清白蛋白在1.38～276μg/mL的浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9992,从而建立了以磺胺嘧啶钠为分子探针,用固定波长同步荧光光谱分析测定蛋白质的新方法,检测限可达0.48μg/mL。用此方法对生物样品人血清、唾液和尿液中蛋白质含量进行了测定并进行加标回收实验,回收率在95.7%～103.7%之间。本文还用经典的考马斯亮蓝法对样品进行了测定,所得结果和本方法一致。同时还考察了一些常见的共存物质对蛋白质测定的影响。     

Crystallographic Understanding of Photoelectric Properties for C60 Derivatives Applicable as Electron Transporting Materials in Perovskite Solar Cells

Hundreds of C₆₀ derivatives stand out as electrontransporting materials(ETMs), for example, in perovskite solar cells(PSCs), due to their properties on electron extraction or defect passivation. However, it still lacks of guidelines to update C₆₀-based ETMs with excellent photoelectric properties. In this work, crystallographic data of eight C₆₀-based ETMs, including pristine C₆₀ and the well-known PCBM as well as six newly synthesized fullerenes, are analyzed to establish the connections between derivatized structures and photoelectric properties for the typical carbon cluster of C₆₀. In terms of packing centroid-centroid distance between neighboring carbon cages, the crystallographic data are useful for probing photoelectric properties, such as electrochemical properties, electron mobility and photovoltaic performances, and therefore facilitate to design novel C₆₀-based ETMs for PSCs with high performances.     

硫酸氢钠催化合成阿魏酸戊酯的研究

以正戊醇和阿魏酸为原料,一水硫酸氢钠为催化剂,直接酯化合成了阿魏酸戊酯.考察了催化剂用量、反应时间、醇酸物质的量比、带水剂用量等因素对反应的影响.确定了较佳反应条件为:阿魏酸0.2mol,n(阿魏酸)∶n(戊醇)=1∶2,一水硫酸氢钠0.5g,环己烷(带水剂)15mL,加热回流反应2h,在此反应条件下阿魏酸戊酯的产率为96.9％.     

Geometric calibration for a SPECT system dedicated to breast imaging

Geometric calibration is critical to the accurate SPECT reconstruction. In this paper, a geometric calibration method was developed for a dedicated breast SPECT system with a tilted parallel beam (TPB) orbit. The acquisition geometry of the breast SPECT was firstly characterized. And then its projection model was established based on the acquisition geometry. Finally, the calibration results were obtained using a nonlinear optimization method that fitted the measured projections to the model. Monte Carlo data of the breast SPECT were used to verify the calibration method. Simulation results showed that the geometric parameters with reasonable accuracy could be obtained by the proposed method.     

Respiratory motion correction with an improved demons algorithm for PET images

Respiratory motion is a major factor that affects the quality of PET images of the thoracic area. The diaphragm moves about 15-20 mm due to respiratory motion, which substantially degrades the effective spatial resolution of PET. In this paper, a gated acquisition method is used to correct the motion effects. In this method, an improved demons algorithm is proposed to align the gated images. The experimental results show that the quality of PET images is significantly improved when using our improved method and the proposed method has a faster convergence rate than the original demons algorithm.
