PHOTOPHYSICAL STUDIES ON ORGANIC COMPOUNDS——TIME-RESOLVED TRANSIENT ABSORPTION SPECTRA STUDIES ON TRIPHENYLAMINE IN VARIOUS SOLVENTS

The transient absorption spectra of triphenylamine (TPA) in various solvents have beeninvestigated by the methods of nanosecond laser photolysis. The lifetimes of TPA were meas-ured. In hexane and ethanol, the transient absorptions of triplet state and triplet excimer ofTPA were observed. However, the transient absorptions of the TPA cation radical was alsoobserved in acetonitrile besides that of the triplet TPA monomer and excimer. According tothe experimental facts, the transient photophysical mechanism of TPA in various solvents hasbeen proposed.     

NATIONAL STANDARD OF HEAT CAPACITY MEASUREMENT OF SOLIDS IN THE RANGE OF 4.2—90K——AN AUTOMATED ADIABATIC CALORIMETER FROM 25 TO 90K AND MOLAR HEAT CAPACITIES OF α-ALUMINA

The construction of an automated adiabatic calorimeter for heat capacity measurement ofsolids in the temperature range of 25- 90K is described in detail. The sample vessel of thecalorimeter has thin radial vanes which make no contact with its inner wall and are distrib-uted evenly, thus greatly improving the internal thermal equilibration of the vessel. Theprecision of temperature control for the adiabatic shields and electrical leads of the calori-metric system are heightened to a great extent by using the high precision ACD- 79 modeladiabatic controller specially developed by us for this purpose. Measurements of the heatcapacities of high purity α-Al_2O_3, one of the internationally-accepted standard referencematerials, agree with those of the National Bureau of Standards (NBS), USA within ±0.3%,demonstrating the reliability of this apparatus.     

SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF N-（1-NAPHTHYL） SUCCINIMIDE

In this paper a modified two-step procedure for synthesis of N-（1-naphthyl） suecinimide （NaS） was developed, and the molecular structure of NaS was properly characterized by XRD, FT-IR, 1H NMR, DSC, etc. The results show that the melting point of our product is 159 ℃-160.5 ℃, and the characteristic infrared absorption band of carbonyl group splits into two peaks （1705cm^-3/1779cm^-3）, which are found to be quite different from the documented data （rap 147℃ -149℃; IR C=0-1700cm^-3）. Besides, photophysical spectroscopy was found to be powerful to study the molecular structure and crystal morphology of NaS compound.     

Molecularly imprinted polymers with assistant recognition polymer chains for bovine serum albumin

A new protein molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) was prepared with grafting polyvinyl alcohol as assistant recognition polymer chains (ARPCs). The ARPCs and acrylamide monomers were interpenetrated and then polymerized on the surface of macroporous acrylate adsorbent spheres. Sonochemical Preparation of Micro- and Nanometer Cu2O

Cu2O particles with different morphologies and scales were prepared sonochemically on the solid-liquid interface of CuCl and water, by adjusting the reaction factors. The products were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction（XRD） and scanning electron microscopy（SEM）. The formation and morphology of Cu2O crystals were influenced by high-intensity ultrasound, reaction temperature, and addition of CuCl. The results indicate that micrometer Cu2O was crystallized in cubic and octahedral shapes, whereas, nanometer Cu2O was not produced in well-shaped crystals.     

Synthesis, Structure and Luminescent Property of a Zinc(Ⅱ) Coordination Polymer Incorporating Flexible Cyclohexane-1,2,3,4,5,6-hexacarboxylate Ligand

The hydrothermal reaction of Zn(NO3)2·4H2O, cyclohexane-1,2,3,4,5,6-hexacarboxylic acid hydrate (H6LI·H2O, cis-conformation LI: a,e,a,e,a,e) and 2,2'-bpy yielded a new coordination polymer [Zn2(H2LII)(2,2'-bpy)]·2H2O(trans-conformation LII: e,e,e,e,e,e), which was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, IR and XRPD(X-ray powder diffraction). This complex crystallized in the triclinic system, with P1 space group and parameters a=0.66922(5) nm, b=0.97291(8) nm, c=1.22184(9) nm, ...     

IVSPlat 1.0: an integrated virtual screening platform with a molecular graphical interface

Background  

The virtual screening (VS) of lead compounds using molecular docking and pharmacophore detection is now an important tool in drug discovery. VS tasks typically require a combination of several software tools and a molecular graphics system. Thus, the integration of all the requisite tools in a single operating environment could reduce the complexity of running VS experiments. However, only a few freely available integrated software platforms have been developed.     

罗丹明B分子印迹聚合物微球的合成及其在固相萃取中的应用

以罗丹明B为模板分子,丙烯酰胺为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,采用沉淀聚合法制备了罗丹明B分子印迹聚合物(MIP)微球,并用扫描电子显微镜表征。 采用紫外分光光度法测定了印迹分子罗丹明B与功能单体丙烯酰胺二者之间的结合常数(K=5.303×103 (mol/L)-1)和化学计量比(n=1)。 考察了沉淀剂的种类和用量对聚合物微球的影响。 将分子印迹聚合物微球应用于固相萃取材料自制固相萃取柱,从加标罗丹明B的红椒粉中萃取罗丹明B。 本文优化了固相萃取条件,高效液相色谱检测表明,在一定的萃取条件下,分子印迹聚合物对加标量为0.479 mg/kg的辣椒中罗丹明B的萃取加标回收率可达91.7％～103.5%。     

甲醇制烯烃催化剂失活模型

在固定床反应器中,研究了甲醇制烯烃反应中当SAPO-34分子筛处于失活期时催化剂活性的变化情况,主要考察催化剂活性随反应温度、空速和运行时间的变化,通过对实验数据的分析拟合,得到了催化剂活性与失活时间、反应温度、空速的经验关联式(失活模型),对失活模型的检验表明,该模型与实验数据较为吻合,表明了该式的准确性。 通过对失活模型的分析,获得了当失活速率达到最大时的失活时间与反应时间、空速的关联式,失活过程应服从不均匀表面失活机理,并且当催化剂处于失活区时,失活时间对活性的影响要大于空速和温度。
