关于带宽极值问题的一些结果

本文研究的问题是确定f(p,B）的值，也就是给定顶点数p和带宽B，求满足最大度不超过B的连通图的最小边数，本文给出了一些f(p,B）的值及相应极图。

江浙蝮蛇蛇毒蛋白C激活因子基因的克隆及测序

从江浙蝮蛇毒腺中抽提总RNA，RT－PCR进行体外扩增，获得江浙蝮蛇蛇毒蛋白C激活因子基因，克隆至pGEX-5X-3载体中，对3个重组克隆分别作DNA全序列分析，通过遗传密码推导出相应的氨基酸序列，与其它已知的丝氨酸复白酶蛇毒蛋白的氨基酸作比较，其中许多上氨基酸有很强的同源性，该基因的成功克隆，不仅推导出江浙蝮蛇蛇毒蛋白C激活因子的蛋白质序列，也为进一步开展江浙蝮蛇蛇毒蛋白C激活因子蛋白质工程的研究工作打下良好的基础。     

原子的吸收光谱和发射光谱的演示

介绍了利用光学多道分析仪和投影仪在课堂上实时演示原子的吸收光谱和发射光谱的实验方法。     

光参量啁啾脉冲放大增益特性研究

 通过对非线性三波耦合方程组进行数值求解，研究了光参量放大的增益特性及饱和放大特性。给出了泵浦光、信号光参数对参量增益的影响及其与晶体饱和长度的关系。且OPA具有传统CPA系统所不具有的优点，将有可能取代传统的CPA系统而作为超短超强激光系统的新型前端。     

热动力学问题的数值计算

 对含热传导的流体动力学方程组，用有限元方法进行数值求解。采用傅里叶热传导计算热流、用热流连续条件计算单元间接触面的温度、用三角形传热法计算体单元表面的热流，考虑各向同性弹塑性流体材料模型、三项式物态方程和导热系数与状态的相关性，给出了傅里叶热传导、接触传热、热应力应变效应、以及混合物冲击压缩特性等算例。对混合物冲击温度的数值模拟表明，小颗粒混合物在冲击压缩过程中，颗粒间的温度有差别、稍有波动，并随时间趋向于一致，以至热平衡。     

A New Pathway to Synthesize Cyclomercurated Ferrocenylimines Containing Heterocyclic Ring

The cyclomercurated ferrocenylimines containing heterocyclic ring were prepared by the condensation of cyclomercuration of acylferrocene with the appropriate heterocyclic amine.This procedure provides an efficient method for the synthesis of cyclomerucurated ferrocenylimines containing heterocyclic ring which are difficultly synthesized by the conventional method.The reaction mechanism is proposed.     

托卡马克能量约束及自举电流效应的初步考虑

基于Lee等人的离子温度梯度模导致的反常热能输运系数,本文研究了辅助加热托卡马克等离子体的能量约束行为,并对自举电流的效应作了初步考虑。结果表明,计算得到的能量约束时间随等离子体电流I_p和托卡马克大半径R增大而增长,随注入功率P_t、环向场B_t以及等离子体小半径α的增大而缩短。这些结果与Kaye-Goldston的经验约束定标具有相同的趋势。自举电流的存在总是导致能量约束时间的增加,当自举电流与总电流的比值γ较小时,能量约束时间的增加率约为γ/2。此外,自举电流将造成锯齿反转半径的减小。     

CHAOS, CHAOS CONTROL AND SYNCHRONIZATION OF A GYROSTAT SYSTEM

The dynamic behavior of a gyrostat system subjected to external disturbance is studied in this paper. By applying numerical results, phase diagrams, power spectrum, period-T maps, and Lyapunov exponents are presented to observe periodic and choatic motions. The effect of the parameters changed in the system can be found in the bifurcation and parametric diagrams. For global analysis, the basins of attraction of each attractor of the system are located by employing the modified interpolated cell mapping (MICM) method. Several methods, the delayed feedback control, the addition of constant torque, the addition of periodic force, the addition of periodic impulse torque, injection of dither signal control, adaptive control algorithm (ACA) control and bang-bang control are used to control chaos effectively. Finally, synchronization of chaos in the gyrostat system is studied.     

PHOTOLUMINESCENCE STUDY ON Hg1-xCdxTe THIN FILM IMPLANTED WITH As ION

Photoluminescence spectra of a series of MBE-grown Hg_1-xCd_xTe samples with the same mole fraction of about x≈0.39 have been measured at different temperatures from 5 to 100 K. By aid of the temperature and exciting laser power dependence of photoluminescence peak energy and relative intensity, as well as of the comparison with other measurements, four main structures dominating in the photoluminescence spectra are attributed to band to band, D^oX, A^oX and D^oA^o transitions. A deep donor state level located at about 8.5meV below the bottom of the conduction band has been observed and is determined to be due to the arsenic-occupied mercury vacancies. Two acceptor levels located at about 14.5 meV and about 31.5 meV above the top of the valance band have also been found from the measuements, which are identified as the mercury vacancies and As in anion site, respectively.
