苎麻叶中绿原酸的分光光度法测定

探讨了采用分光光度法测定苎麻叶中绿原酸的含量的方法。12.5%的醋酸用量为0.1mL,7%尿素2.0mL,0.5%亚硝酸钠0.25mL,3min后加入5%氢氧化钠0.5mL,绿原酸与试剂形成鲜红色络合物,通过在510nm处测定溶液的吸光度确定绿原酸的含量。绿原酸浓度在0.01~0.12g/L范围内与吸光度值有良好的线性关系,回收率为95%~107%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.4%。该方法简便、快速。     

‘Sacrificial’ supramolecular assembly and pressure-induced polymerization: toward sequence-defined functionalized nanothreads

Limited supramolecular strategies have been utilized to synthesize sequence-defined polymers, despite the prominence of noncovalent interactions in materials design. Herein, we illustrate the utility of ‘sacrificial’ aryl-perfluoroaryl supramolecular synthons to synthesize sp³-hybridized nanothreads from sp²-enriched reactants. Our strategy features A–B reactant pairs in the form of a phenol:pentafluorophenol co-crystal that is preorganized for an electronically-biased and sequence-defined polymerization. The polymerization, initiated at 12 GPa, affords an alternating copolymer featuring exogenous –OH functionalities. The external substitution is confirmed through IR spectroscopy. Importantly, the inclusion of the functional unit provides the first experimental glimpse at reaction mechanism: keto–enol tautomerization that can only occur during cycloaddition is observed through IR spectroscopy. Our approach realizes the first example of a functionalized nanothread and attains sequence definition through sacrificial supramolecular preorganization and presents a further approach for de novo design of complex nanothreads.

Supramolecular synthons are exploited to synthesize –OH functionalized sp³-rich sequence-defined nanothreads using pressure-induced polymerization of a phenol:pentafluorophenol co-crystal.      

C12-s-C12·2Br与低碳醇混合水溶液胶团化行为的温度效应和焓/熵补偿

季铵盐Gemini表面活性剂C12-s-C12·2Br(s=2,3,4,6)与丙醇、丁醇、戊醇、己醇混合水溶液的In(cmc)随温度升高而逐渐增大.计算所得热力学数据表明,C12-s-C12·2Br与醇混合胶团化过程服从熵驱动机理,也出现了焓/熵补偿现象.随着温度上升,熵驱动力增大,在指定温度时,醇分子烷烃链上碳原子数n增大使△Gm0值减小,胶团结构更加稳定;而增加s使值增大,胶团稳定性下降.     

乙酰化淀粉/DL-丙交酯接枝共聚物的合成及降解性能研究

用醋酸乙烯酯和玉米淀粉反应制备出了不同取代度乙酰化淀粉，再用乙酰化淀粉同DL－丙交酯接枝共聚合成乙酰化淀粉／DL－丙交酯接枝共聚物。研究了原料配比，淀粉取代度对接枝反应单体转化率（C％），接枝率（G％）接枝效率（GE％）和接枝支链数均分子量（Mn)的影响，结果表明在给定的试验条件下接枝共聚反应的C％，G％，GE％和Mn可分别达到40％，225％，80％和1．4万。接枝共聚物在磷酸缓冲溶液和户外土壤掩埋降解实验表明，在160天内样品失重率分别为71％和60％，表明合成的乙酰化淀粉／DL－丙交酯接枝共聚物具有很好的降解性能。     

Zeb1 for RCP-induced oral cancer cell invasion and its suppression by resveratrol

Rab coupling protein (RCP) is upregulated in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) and is correlated with the progression and survival of patients. However, the role of RCP in one of the aggressive types of HNSCC, oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC), remains elusive. In the present study, we identified the important role of Zeb1 in RCP-induced OSCC epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT) and invasion. RCP induces Zeb1 expression, and silencing Zeb1 expression significantly inhibits RCP-induced OSCC invasion. In addition, Zeb1 upregulates MT1-MMP expression to promote OSCC EMT and invasion. Furthermore, we observed that the β1 integrin/EGFR/β-catenin signaling cascade mediates RCP-induced Zeb1 expression to promote OSCC invasion. Notably, we provide evidence that resveratrol (REV) strongly inhibits RCP-induced Zeb1 expression through blocking β1 integrin endosome recycling and EGFR activation, leading to suppression of RCP-induced OSCC invasion, demonstrating the important role of RCP in OSCC invasion and its reversion by REV. Collectively, the present study provides evidence for the first time that RCP aggravates OSCC invasion through increasing Zeb1 expression and subsequently upregulating MT1-MMP expression and that this process is reversed by REV, providing novel biomarkers and indicating the therapeutic potential of REV in OSCC.Subject terms: Oral cancer, Cell invasion     

The Pharmacophore Hypothesis of Novel Inhibitors for Aurora A Kinase

A three-dimensional pharmacophore model was developed from a series of inhibitors of Aurora A kinase to discover new potent anti-cancer agents using the HypoGen module in the Catalyst software. The pharmacophore model was developed based on the structure of 20 currently available inhibitors, which were carefully selected from the literature. The best hypothesis （Hypo 1） was defined by four features： one hydrogen-bond donor and three hy- drophobic points, with the best correlation coefficient of 0.909, the lowest rms deviation of 1.563, and the highest cost difference of 99.075. The Hypo 1 was then validated by a test set consisting of 24 compounds and by a cross-validation of 95% confidence level through randomizing the data using the CatScramble program, which suggested that a predictive pharmacophore model had been successfully obtained.     

马来酸酐与1，2－环己烷二羧酸二异丁酯的气液平衡

采用小沸点仪测定了马来酸酐和1,2－环己烷二羧酸二异丁酯二元系统在不同配料组成条件下的温度与压力数据，并通过内插法得到不同压力下的温度与配料组成的数据.进一步采用单纯形法优化NRTL方程参数，推算了平衡气液相组成，发现该二元系统具有最高压力恒沸点，且该恒沸点随压力的变化显著.当压力降低至20 kPa时, 由温度随气相组成的变化趋势知该恒沸点将趋于消失.     

Selective Oxidation of Methane to Methanol Using Molecular Oxygen on MoOx／（LaCoO3＋Co3O4） Catalysts

Comparatively high CH3OH selectivity (60.0%) and yield (6.7%) were obtained on MoOx/(LaCoO3 Co3O4) catalysts in selective oxidation of methane to methanol using molecular oxygen as oxidant. The interaction between MoOx and La-Co-oxide modified the molecular structure of molybdenum oxide and the ratio of O^-/O^2- on the catalyst surface, which controlled the catalytic performance of MoOx/(LaCoO3 Co3O4) catalysts.     

二维DNA晶体的程序化设计与自组装的研究进展

按照Watson-Crick的碱基配对原则，在理论上能够人工设计与合成DNA碱基序列并自组装成任何一维和二维结构的DNA晶体。DNA分子这种底端向上(bottom-up)的自组装模式为我们提供了一种精确合成纳米材料的方法。本文将从程序化设计、合成刚性的DNA分子瓦(DNA tile)、分子瓦自组装成二维DNA晶体以及二维DNA晶体作为模板在纳米技术中的应用等方面展开，简述这一新奇的并且有着潜在应用前景的研究领域的最新进展。     

Total synthesis of crotophorbolone

As a natural diterpenoid, crotophorbolone possesses a challenging trans,trans-5/7/6 framework decorated with six contiguous stereogenic centers and is structurally and biogenetically related to tigliane-type diterpenoids with intriguing bioactivities such as phorbol and prostratin. Based on the convergent strategy, we completed an eighteen-step total synthesis of crotophorbolone starting from (−)-carvone and (+)-dimethyl-2,3-O-isopropylidene-l-tartrate. The key elements of the synthesis involve expedient installation of the six-membered ring and the five-membered ring with multiple functional groups at an early stage, cyclization of the seven-membered ring through alkenylation of the ketone between the five-membered ring and the six-membered ring, functional group-sensitive ring-closing metathesis and final selective introduction of hydroxyls at C₂₀ and C₄.

Convergent total synthesis of crotophorbolone was accomplished in 18 longest linear steps. Observation of unexpected thermodynamic stability of a cis,trans-5/7/6 tricycle would benefit synthetic design of tigliane- and daphnane-related diterpenoids.
