The representative soft lithographic techniques are used,which are micromolding and microtransfer molding methods to fabricate the micro array patterned titanium dioxide on glass substrates. Firstly titanium dioxide sol was synthesized by sol-gel method using tetrabutyl titanate as the precursor,then the pre-patterned poly(dimethylsiloxane) elastomeric stamp was used to mold the TiO2 sol on glass substrate by micromolding and microtransfer molding methods,micro patterned TiO2 sol was gelled at 70℃ with 0. 5 N pressure applied on the PDMS stamp,further heat treatment of TiO2 gel by annealing at 550℃ for 2 h produced the TiO2 microstructure. The TiO2 microstructure was observed by the optical microscope and the optical micrographs demonstrated the satisfactory yield and fidelity of pattern transfer by micromolding method and microtransfer method. The effect of gel temperature,the pressure applied on the PDMS stamp and the silicone mold on the fidelity and yield of TiO2 microstructure are discussed. 相似文献

The design and synthesis of novel charge (hole‐ or electron‐) transport materials have been the focus of much research in recent years because of their wide variety of applications. In this study, three high molecular weight poly(arylene ether)s, 6a–c, containing naphthyl‐substituted benzidine moieties have been synthesized from carbamates derived from bisphenols. After masking with n‐propyl isocyanate, the carbamate is stable, can be readily purified by recrystallization from toluene, and can be polymerized directly with difluoro compounds under mild conditions. The resulting polymers possess high glass‐transition temperatures, excellent thermal stability, and good film‐forming properties. In comparison, the poly(arylene ether)s 6a′–c′, synthesized from unprotected bisphenol, have lower molecular weights and wider polydispersity and contain some brown impurities. Preliminary experiments show that both 6a and 6a′ can function well as hole‐transport materials in light‐emitting diodes. © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Session-based recommendations aim to predict a user’s next click based on the user’s current and historical sessions, which can be applied to shopping websites and APPs. Existing session-based recommendation methods cannot accurately capture the complex transitions between items. In addition, some approaches compress sessions into a fixed representation vector without taking into account the user’s interest preferences at the current moment, thus limiting the accuracy of recommendations. Considering the diversity of items and users’ interests, a personalized interest attention graph neural network (PIA-GNN) is proposed for session-based recommendation. This approach utilizes personalized graph convolutional networks (PGNN) to capture complex transitions between items, invoking an interest-aware mechanism to activate users’ interest in different items adaptively. In addition, a self-attention layer is used to capture long-term dependencies between items when capturing users’ long-term preferences. In this paper, the cross-entropy loss is used as the objective function to train our model. We conduct rich experiments on two real datasets, and the results show that PIA-GNN outperforms existing personalized session-aware recommendation methods. 相似文献

航天器的矢径可以分解为矢径模和单位矢量的乘积,利用该性质将传统轨道动力学方程分解为矢径模和矢径方向的动力学方程组,实现了航天器位置信息的分离;针对两个方程分别采用常数变易法和四元数描述方法,将轨道动力学模型转化为线性无奇异的方程组,同时得到了7 个新轨道变量,且建立了新轨道变量与惯性系下航天器位置速度信息以及轨道六要素之间的相互转换关系. 该轨道模型适用于任意形式的推力和摄动,避免了奇异性,且在虚拟时间的意义下,航天器的旋转角速度只取决于法向力;在常值推力和变推力的情况下,对该模型进行了数值验证,验证了新模型的可适用性、数值稳定性以及计算精度高的优势. 相似文献

不锈钢材料内部缺陷检测是无损检测领域的研究热点和难点之一,尤其对微小和闭合裂纹的检测.本文提出了一种基于数字图像相关方法的应变集中缺陷识别方法,即对试样表面采用曝光灯进行辐射加热,利用数字图像相关方法定量分析试样表面应变场,通过试样表面高应变区域的表征,实现对金属内部裂纹的检测.结果表明,该方法可以在试样加热过程中表征不锈钢内部裂纹,其有效检测深度可达3.71 mm. 相似文献

Large scale simulations of a rice-pile model are performed. We use moment
analysis techniques to evaluate critical exponents and data collapse method
to verify the obtained results. The moment analysis yields well-defined
avalanche exponents, which show that the rice-pile model can be coherently
described within a finite size scaling framework. The general picture
resulting from our analysis allows us to characterize the large scale

材料晶粒的边缘检测是材料三维重构的一个基础性问题,本文简要介绍了利用小波变换探测图像边缘的原理和材料SEM图像的特点,根据Mallat小波理论中图像边缘对应于小波变换模的局部极大值点的理论,采用二次B样条小波对复合材料SEM图像进行了多分辨率小波变换,从低分辨率到高分辨率逐步搜索边缘,并根据不同分辨率噪声的小波系数变化较大的特点,抑制了噪声.成功的检测出FeAl-ZrO2复合材料第二相晶粒的边缘.文章的最后给出了实验结果并且对实验结果进行了讨论. 相似文献

Low Density Polyethylene(LDPE) films with additives that contain metal ions were subjected to accelerated degradation at simulated composting temperatures. The mechanical properties and viscosity-average molecular weight of the samples, during the degradation, were determined and the degradation mechanism was studied. The results show that the samples containing metal ion show considerable decreases. Percentage crystallinity of LDPE in the samples has changed obviously during the degradation. [POOH] increases during the early stage of degradation followed by a more or less flat maximum before it starts to decrease, but carbonyl index shows a polynomial increase during the degradation. 相似文献
