气相色谱/质谱法鉴定黑芝麻中黑色素的结构类型

 为获得天然高分子化合物黑芝麻中黑色素的分子结构信息 ,对其进行碱熔降解 ,然后对降解产物进行硅烷化衍生 ,再利用气相色谱 /质谱联用分析 ,结果发现产物中含有儿茶酚、对苯二酚和儿茶酸 ,从而证明黑芝麻中的黑色素具有儿茶酚型黑色素的结构特征。     

一维链状有机锡配位聚合物[(PhCH2)3Sn·(O2CC5H4N)·(H2O)]n的合成及晶体结构

[(PhCH₂)₃Sn·(O₂CC₅H₄N)·(H₂O)]_n was synthesized by the reaction of 4-pyridine car-boxylic acid with the tribenzyltin oxide and was characterized by IR,¹H NMR and MS.Its crystal structure was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction.The crystal belongs to monoclinic.The space group P2₁/c with unit cell parameters a=1.2241(8)nm,b=0.9660(6)nm,c=2.3708(15)nm,β=102.722(12)°,V=2.734(3)nm³,Z =4,D_c=1.298g·cm^-3.In crystal,the tin atom rendered five-coordinate in a trigo nal bipyramidal structure which is bridged by 4-pyridine carboxy-late into one-dimensional chain polymers.

HYDROGENATION OF NITROBENZENE TO FORM ANILINE IN LIQUID PHASE AT ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE

Aromatic amine compounds and their derivatives are important intermediates of fine chemicals like dye and medicine.The former hydrogenation catalyst has many problems,such as environment pollution caused by old technology,strict reaction condtion,complicated equipment,bad property of catalyst and so on.Holy ^[1] firstly reported the hydrogenation of nitrobenzene on modified polystyrene Pd catalyst.But how to improve the activity,selectivity and stability of the polymer suppoorter catalyst needs to studyfurther.We prepared a series of polymer supported catalysts by the methods of adsorption and mechanical mixting ,selected a high active catalyst Pd-Ah-1 by observing the hydrogenation of nitrobenzene.     

氯·氨荒酸基·二苯基锗配合物的合成

以二苯基二氯化锡和氨荒酸盐为原料,合成了13种氯．氨荒酸基．二苯基锗配合物,利用元素分析,IR和1HNMR表征了这些配合物的结构,生物活性测试结果表明,该类化合物对KB和Bel癌细胞具有较好的抑制活性。     

钴基催化剂在Fischer-Tropsch合成烃中的研究进展

F2T 合成中催化剂的选择是关键。本文对近十几年来钴基催化剂在F2T 合成烃中的催化性能进行了评述, 重点讨论了负载型钴基催化剂制备过程中载体、钴源、助剂和制备方法等因素对催化剂活性、选择性控制等方面的影响。     

Cobalt Determination by Means of Flow Injection On-line Sorbent Preconcentration-Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry with 1-Nitroso-2-naphthol as a Complexing Reagent

The suitability of 1-nitroso-2-naphthol(NN) as a complexing agent for on-line preconcentration of cobalt eluted on the C_(18) microcolumn by means of the FI-FAAS system was tested. Various parameters affecting the complex formation and its elution were optimized. A 2.3×10~(-3) mol/L reagent solution and the aqueous sample solution acidified with 0.1％ (volume fraction) nitric acid were on-line mixed (6.4 mL/min) on a reaction coil set at (65±1)℃ and flowed through the microcolumn for 30 s. The pH of the mixed solution was adjusted to 3—4 with HNO_3(1 mol/L) or NaOH(1 mol/L). The adsorbed complexes in the microcolumn were eluted into the nebulizer of FAAS in 10 s with ethanol acidified with 1％ HNO_3(3.0 mL/min). A good precision(1.6％ for 100μg/L Co(Ⅱ), n=10), a high enrichment factor 17.2, with detection limit (3σ) 3.2μg/L, and sample throughput (90 h~(-1)) were obtained. The method was applied to the certified reference materials(CRMs), NBS-362 and NBS-364, for the determination of cobalt and the results were in good agreement with the certified values.     

N,N-二甲基正十二烷基胺/无机含氧酸体系的相态结构研究

利用拟三元相图法研究了N,N-二甲基正十二烷基胺(DMDA)多元体系的相态结构,并用电导、偏光显微镜以及红外、紫外可见光谱等手段进行了表征.发现N,N-二甲基正十二烷基胺体系随水相含量的增加,铵盐发生不同形式的有序缔合,分别形成了W/O型微乳液、“节-结”型链状缔合体、层状液晶和O/W型微乳液;在层状液晶中,SO₄^2-主要以桥式双齿配位形式存在,中性胺分子有利于体系中液晶的形成;层状液晶于500nm波长处有一吸收峰,在430nm附近发生“光短路”现象,该现象可能对测定层状液晶的层间距有重要意义.     

催化裂化汽油中类型硫含量分布

利用催化裂化汽油中各类硫化物的系统分析方法,对催化裂化(FCC)汽油和重油催化裂化(RFCC)汽油中各类型硫进行了分析测定,碱洗后FCC汽油和RFCC汽油中类型硫的布规律为:硫醇硫和二硫化物硫的含量较少,硫醚硫含量中等,而噻吩类硫的含量最多,占总硫含量的60%以上.
