GRAFT COPOLYMERIZATION OF ACRYLAMIDE ONTO POLYPROPYLENE FILMS BY PLASMA TECHNIQUE

The graft copolymerization of acrylamide onto polypropylene (PP) Film was carried out by using a capacitively coupled rf plasma apparatus with external plate electrodes. The relationship between the surface structure of the Ar plasma-treated PP films and the extent of grafting of acrylamide on the films was studied through observing the effects of discharge power and exposure time on the relative content of free-radical on the film surface. Meanwhile, the wettability and surface energy of the PP film were measured.

二芳酰基及二芳氧乙酰基芳二硫脲衍生物的合成及植物生长调节活性

用相转移催化法将具有良好植物生长调节活性的取代芳氧乙酸(取代芳酸)与芳二胺反应合成了15个双酰基硫脲类化合物，其结构经元素分析、IR和1H NMR确证。生物活性测试结果表明，多数化合物具有较好的植物生长调节活性，个别化合物的活性尤为显著。     

SO_4~(2-)/SiO_2表面酸性的红外光谱和密度泛函理论研究

对介孔SiO2及硫酸根促进的SiO2样品进行了原位吡啶吸附红外光谱测试,分别建立了硫酸根促进前后的SiO2表面原子簇模型,用密度泛函理论对其吡啶吸附行为进行了计算,分析了SO42-/SiO2表面酸性产生的机理.实验和计算结果表明,SO42-/SiO2表面不存在Lewis酸中心,原位红外谱图中表征Lewis酸性的特征峰对应于氢键吸附吡啶的环振动,这种氢键作用因SiO2表面的硫酸根促进而得到加强.HSO4-螯合结构为SO42-/SiO2表面Brφnsted酸中心,其酸强度强于表面磺酸基团修饰的介孔SiO2材料SO3H-MSU,而弱于HZSM-5.SO42-/SiO2的酸催化活性源于其表面的Brφnsted酸性.

转基因水稻表达的Bt毒蛋白CryⅠAb溶液构象的研究

用荧光光谱法研究了毒蛋白CryⅠAb在溶液中的构象. 结果表明, pH值增大时, 毒蛋白的荧光强度也增大, 至pH=11时荧光强度已达最大值;甲醇、乙醇及异丙醇等有机溶剂引起毒蛋白荧光发射波长蓝移和荧光强度增大, 至有机溶剂的浓度超过某一阈值后荧光发射波长不再蓝移;丙酮能完全猝灭毒蛋白CryⅠAb的荧光, 丙烯酰胺能猝灭CryⅠAb 86%的荧光, 而KI对毒蛋白的荧光无猝灭作用,由此推断CryⅠAb的大部分色氨酸残基位于分子表面富含负电荷的区域中.     

苯并噻唑螺萘并噁嗪类化合物的微波合成与性质

以苯并噻唑衍生物、1-亚硝基-2-萘酚为原料,三乙胺为催化剂,无水乙醇为溶剂,采用微波辐射法合成了苯并噻唑螺萘并噁嗪光致变色化合物.通过元素分析,IR,MS,1H NMR对结构进行了表征,并用紫外分光仪研究了溶剂效应和荧光分光光度计研究了荧光效应,结果表明该类化合物具有较好的荧光性能,其开环体的λmax与溶剂的极性常数呈较好的线形相关性.     

一种有机-无机电荷转移配合物的合成、结构及性能研究

A charge-transfer complex, [(C₂H₄OH)₃NH]₂·[HPMo₁₂O₄₀]·3H₂O, has been synthesized and characterized.The crystal structure of the complex was determined by X-ray diffraction. It belongs to orthorhombic, space grounp Pnna, with a=1.541 30(5) nm, b=1.884 23 (7) nm, c=2.049 06(7) nm, α=β=γ=90.00°, V=5.950 8(4) nm³, Z=4, D_c=2.427 Mg·m^-3 , F(000)=4 132, μ(Mo Kα)=2.568 mm^-1. The structure was refined to R₁=0.043 5 and wR₂=0.122 4 by full-matrix least-squares method. The O atoms of the polyoxometalate, the C atoms of the organic substrates and the O atoms of water molecules are involved in hydrogen bonding. Spectral data support the presence of an electronic interaction between the organic substrate and the inorganic anion in the solid state. It is strongly photochromic under ultraviolet light resulting from charge-transfer. The electrochemical behavior of the compound shows that the redox peak currents are proportional to the scan rate in pH=4.0 NaAc-HAc buffer solution, which indicates that the electrode reaction are surface controlled processes.     

铁（Ⅱ）—L—配合物催化苯酚羟化反应机理的研究

研究了铁（Ⅱ）－Ｌ（Ｌ＝Ｃ２Ｏ４２－、ＥＤＴＡ、ＣＮ－、Ｃ５Ｈ５－、１，１０－ｐｈｅｎａｎｔｈｒｏｌｉｎｅ和２，２′－ｄｉｐｙｒｉｄｉｎｅ）对苯酚羟化反应的催化作用．结果表明，催化剂的苯酚羟化活性与它们的氧化还原电位有关，电位过高和过低都不利于苯酚羟化反应的进行．本文同时提出了苯酚羟化的反应机理，对实验结果进行了合理的解释
