报道了以对叔丁基杯[6]芳烃为原料,室温时,在三氯化铝催化下选择性脱去叔丁基的工艺.探讨了在合成去叔丁基杯[6]芳烃实验中催化剂用量对反应结果的影响,并对反应机理进行了讨论.结果表明,当n(AlCl3)∶n(p-tert-calix[6]arene)=8~9.5∶1时,分离得到了两种去叔丁基杯[6]芳烃:5-叔丁基-37,38,39,40,41,42-六羟基杯[6]芳烃和37,38,39,40,41,42-六羟基杯[6]芳烃,当n(AlCl3)∶n(p-tert-calix[6]arene)=10.5∶1时,得到37,38,39,40,41,42-六羟基杯[6]芳烃,产率90.8%. 相似文献

使用紫外分光光度法测定了高山红景天根不同部位及其浸膏中主要有效成分的含量.红景天甙、酪醇对照品溶液和供试品溶液在276nm处具有最大吸收峰,红景天甙对照品溶液的线性回归方程为A=0.00529c+0.00189,r=0.99997(n=8),线性范围为7.97~71.71mg/L,平均回收率为98.08%,RSD为2.60%(n=5).测得高山红景天原药材内层部分、外皮层部分和总体混合物部分主要有效成分(红景天甙和酪醇)的含量(以红景天甙计)分别为2.789%,2.385%和2.617%,其浸膏中主要有效成分的质量分数分别为6.384%,13.80%和6.700%.并用HPLC法验证了该法的准确性,结果表明,该法可用于红景天属植物原药材及其浸膏中主要有效成分的定量分析. 相似文献

The title compound, [Zn(AIP)(4,4-bipy)0.5(H2O)]n·0.75nH2O 1, was synthesized via the hydrothermal reaction of Zn(OAc)2 with 5-aminoisophthalic acid (H2AIP) and characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectra. The complex crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 12.672(1), b = 7.6557(4), c = 16.181(1) (A),β = 109.187(2)o, V = 1482.6(2) (A)3, Z = 1, C52H52N8O23Zn4, Mr = 1418.58, Dc = 1.589 g/cm3, F(000) = 724 and μ(MoKα) = 1.685mm-1. The final R = 0.0702 and wR = 0.1524 for 1847 observed reflections with Ⅰ > 2σ(I), and R = 0.0873 and wR = 0.1664 for all data. The structures, energies and aromaticity (the nuclear-independent chemical shifts, NICS) of AlCO-substituted semibullvalenes were investigated at the B3LYP/6-311+G** level. Similar to BCO-substituted analogues, [2,6]-AlCO-semibullvalene is neutral bishomoaromatic. Unprotected 2-acetamido sugars may be directly converted into their oxazolines using 2-chloro-1,3-dimethylimidazolinium chloride (DMC), and a suitable base, in aqueous solution. Freeze drying and acid catalysed reaction with an alcohol as solvent produces the corresponding 1,2-trans-glycosides in good yield. Alternatively, dissolution in an aprotic solvent system and acidic activation in the presence of an excess of an unprotected glycoside as a glycosyl acceptor, results in the stereoselective formation of the corresponding 1,2-trans linked disaccharides without any protecting group manipulations. Reactions using aryl glycosides as acceptors are completely regioselective, producing only the (1→6)-linked disaccharides.Un-protected 2-acetamido sugars are stereoselectively converted into 1,2-trans glycosides and (1→6)-linked disaccharides without any protecting groups. The recent promising applications of deuterium-labeled pharmaceutical compounds have led to an urgent need for the efficient synthetic methodologies that site-specifically incorporate a deuterium atom into bioactive molecules. Nevertheless, precisely building a deuterium-containing stereogenic center, which meets the requirement for optimizing the absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion and toxicity (ADMET) properties of chiral drug candidates, remains a significant challenge in organic synthesis. Herein, a catalytic asymmetric strategy combining H/D exchange (H/D-Ex) and azomethine ylide-involved 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition (1,3-DC) was developed for the construction of biologically important enantioenriched α-deuterated pyrrolidine derivatives in good yields with excellent stereoselectivities and uniformly high levels of deuterium incorporation. Directly converting glycine-derived aldimine esters into the deuterated counterparts with D2O via Cu(i)-catalyzed H/D-Ex, and the subsequent thermodynamically/kinetically favored cleavage of the α-C–H bond rather than the α-C–D bond to generate the key N-metallated α-deuterated azomethine ylide species for the ensuing 1,3-DC are crucial to the success of α-deuterated chiral pyrrolidine synthesis. The current protocol exhibits remarkable features, such as readily available substrates, inexpensive and safe deuterium source, mild reaction conditions, and easy manipulation. Notably, the synthetic utility of a reversed 1,3-DC/[H/D-Ex] protocol has been demonstrated by catalytic asymmetric synthesis of deuterium-labelled MDM2 antagonist idasanutlin (RG7388) with high deuterium incorporation.A strategy of combining H/D-Ex and azomethine ylide-involved 1,3-DC was developed for the construction of α-deuterated pyrrolidine derivatives in good yields with excellent stereoselectivities and uniformly high levels of deuterium incorporation. 相似文献
