Dense Sphene-type Solid Electrolyte Through Rapid Sintering for Solid-state Lithium Metal Battery

The sphene-type solid electrolyte with high ionic conductivity has been designed for solid-state lithium metal battery. However, the practical applications of solid electrolytes are still suffered by the low relative density and long sintering time of tens of hours with large energy consumption. Here, we introduced the spark plasma sintering technology for fabricating the sphene-type Li_1.125Ta_0.875Zr_0.125SiO₅ solid electrolyte. The dense electrolyte pellet with high relative density of ca. 97.4% and ionic conductivity of ca. 1.44×10^-5 S/cm at 30℃ can be obtained by spark plasma sintering process within the extremely short time of only ca. 0.1 h. Also the solid electrolyte provides stable electrochemical window of ca. 6.0 V(vs. Li⁺/Li) and high electrochemical interface stability toward Li metal anode. With the enhanced interfacial contacts between electrodes and electrolyte pellet by the in-situ formed polymer electrolyte, the solid-state lithium metal battery with LiFePO₄ cathode can deliver the initial discharge capacity of ca. 154 mA·h/g at 0.1 C and the reversible capacity of ca. 132 mA·h/g after 70 cycles with high Coulombic efficiency of 99.5% at 55℃. Therefore, this study demonstrates a rapid and energy efficient sintering strategy for fabricating the solid electrolyte with dense structure and high ionic conductivity that can be practically applied in solid-state lithium metal batteries with high energy densities and safeties.     

2A12-T6铝合金表面双-(γ-三乙氧基硅丙基)四硫化物薄膜的特性

采用傅立叶变换红外光谱分析了2A12-T6铝合金表面自组装双-(!-三乙氧基硅丙基)四硫化物硅烷偶联剂(SCA)薄膜结构特征,并采用电化学极化曲线评价了薄膜的耐蚀性能.结果表明,铝材表面自然晾干,SCA薄膜分子之间主要通过氢键连接,腐蚀电流密度减小1个数量级以上.120℃的加热处理促进铝板表面通过SiOSi链接而形成SCA网状薄膜结构,并通过在界面上形成SiOAl界面相结构而与铝板表面牢固连接,腐蚀电流密度降低2个数量级以上.SCA乙醇溶液浸泡处理10min比浸泡2s～1min的铝板表面SCA薄膜内氢键缔合羟基要多.     

Lancifodilactone G: a unique nortriterpenoid isolated from Schisandra lancifolia and its anti-HIV activity

Lancifodilactone G (1), a novel, highly oxygenated nortriterpenoid featuring a partial enol structure and a spirocyclic moiety, was isolated from the medicinal plant Schisandra lancifolia. Its structure and stereochemistry were determined from extensive one- and two-dimensional NMR and mass spectral data, coupled with single-crystal X-ray analysis. Compound 1 exerted minimal cytotoxicity against C8166 cells (CC50 > 200 microg/mL) and showed anti-HIV activity with EC50 = 95.47 +/- 14.19 microg/mL and a selectivity index in the range of 1.82-2.46.

聚苯乙烯，聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯对聚氯乙烯／氯化聚乙烯共混体流变性的影响

PVC/CPE blend modified by rigid particles has good combined properties. In this paper, the effeCts of rigid particles (PMMA. PS. CaCO,) on the rheological behavior of PVC/ CPE systems were studied. The results showed that the apparent viscosity (aha) were decreased, extrusion surface smooth and Newtonian fluidity were slightly improved by filling a little amount of rigid ploymers (PS. PMMA) to PVC/CPE blends. The fluid activition energy (E,). Newtonian fluidity. extrusion surface smooth and ba of PVC/CPE blends were increased by filling CaCO₃ and die swelling ratio was decreased.The newtonian fluidity. En and ηa of PVC/CPE/CaCO₃ blends can be decreased by filling rigid polymers,and good extrusion surface smooth and low die swelling ratio unchanged.

本文以VOCl_3/Et_3Al_2Cl_3为催化剂,在CCl_4溶剂中进行乙烯共聚反应。在聚合过程中,发生一异常的颜色突变现象。颜色突变后,体系催化聚合生成分子量很低的产物。从聚合物的结构表征及机理探讨表明:颜色突变后,体系产生了新的活性中心,催化机理发生了转变——由配位机理转变为阳离子机理。     

An approach to comparative analysis of chromatographic fingerprints for assuring the quality of botanical drugs

The present study was focused on developing the chemometric methods for analysis of the chromatographic fingerprint to control the quality of botanical drugs, which has gained attention in Asia and other countries. We developed a novel approach to generate a set of fingerprint features, called Fisher components (FCs) that were extracted from the chromatographic fingerprint. The method greatly reduces the dimensionality of the fingerprint vector, and the resulting FCs still retain most discriminatory information of the original fingerprint. Choosing an example of relevance to contemporary botanical drugs, we applied the FCs to a set of Shenmai injection samples. We successfully identified the manufacturers of the samples using two classifiers, linear discriminant analysis (LDA) and k-Nearest Neighbor (k-NN) based on the FCs. We also applied a similarity assessment together with the visual analysis using the FCs to exam the products from different manufacturers. We found that the lot-to-lot consistency of products can be accurately determined using the FCs. Finally, we demonstrated that the application of chemometric methods for chromatographic fingerprinting offers reliability to detect suspected fraud samples. In summary, we demonstrated that the presented approaches could be useful to determine the identity, consistency, and authenticity of Shenmai injection through chromatographic fingerprinting. The methods are equally applicable to other botanical drugs.

Chiral separation of triazole pesticide enantiomers by high performance liquid chromatography

Four triazole enantiomers of diclobutrazol (erythro form) (1), paclobutrazol (erythro form) (2), diniconazole (3) and uniconazole (4) have been separated by high performance liquid chro-matography (HPLC) on chiral stationary phase (CSP) OA-4700. Chromatographic data and a chiral recongnition model are presented for the separation of these pesticide enantiomers. The influence of column temperature and composition of mobile phase have been described.
