Calibration model transfer is essential for practical applications of near infrared (NIR) spectroscopy because the measurements of the spectra may be performed on different instruments and the difference between the instruments must be corrected. An approach for calibration transfer based on alternating trilinear decomposition (ATLD) algorithm is proposed in this work. From the three-way spectral matrix measured on different instruments, the relative intensity of concentration, spectrum and instrument is obtained using trilinear decomposition. Because the relative intensity of instrument is a reflection of the spectral difference between instruments, the spectra measured on different instruments can be standardized by a correction of the coefficients in the relative intensity. Two NIR datasets of corn and tobacco leaf samples measured with three instruments are used to test the performance of the method. The results show that, for both the datasets, the spectra measured on one instrument can be correctly predicted using the partial least squares (PLS) models built with the spectra measured on the other instruments.  相似文献

To extract flavone glycosides efficiently, a new extraction material based on 4‐butylaniline‐bonded silica gel was prepared using a two‐step grafting method including a ring‐opening reaction and synchronous hydrolysis. Preparation of the silica‐based material was easily achieved under mild conditions, and the material was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and scanning electron microscopy. The material was used in solid‐phase extraction, and the extraction can be performed in neutral conditions without regard to ionic strength. Selectivity tests of 14 compounds on the extraction cartridge showed that the material has a high affinity to flavone glycosides in contrast to octadecyl silica, and the extraction yields for four flavone glycosides were found to be >93%. Selectivity tests further reveal that the adsorption on its surface is likely attributed to multiple interactions, including hydrophobic interactions, π–π interactions, and hydrogen bonding. To explore the applicability of 4‐butylaniline‐bonded silica gel, naringin and hesperidin from Simotang oral liquid were extracted, and the extraction yields were >90%, which is distinguished from <28% on octadecyl silica cartridge.  相似文献

The discrimination of counterfeit and/or illegally manufactured medicines is an important task in the pharmaceutical industry for pharmaceutical safety. In this study, 22 slimming capsule samples with illegally added sibutramine and phenolphthalein were analyzed by electronic nose and flash gas chromatography. To reveal the difference among the different classes of samples, principal component analysis and linear discriminant analysis were employed to analyze the data acquired from electronic nose and flash gas chromatography, respectively. The samples without illegal additives can be discriminated from the ones with illegal additives by using electronic nose or flash gas chromatography data individually. To improve the performance of classification, a data fusion strategy was applied to integrate the data from electronic nose and flash gas chromatography data into a single model. The results show that the samples with phenolphthalein, sibutramine and both can be classified well by using fused data.  相似文献

A rapid and simple sampling approach using solid phase microextraction (SPME) for pyrethroid residues analysis in flue-cured tobacco was studied. The fibers coated with poly-dimethylsiloxane (PDMS) at 100 microm thickness were chosen. Extraction time of 180 s, desorption time of 120 s and desorption temperature of 280 degrees C were selected. The whole sampling process, only including an ultrasonic assisted extraction step and a solid phase microextraction step, can be completed within 15 min. The associated SPME and ultrasonic assisted extraction using water as extracting solvent shows good results for tobacco pyrethroid residues determination. Results indicated that four pyrethroids can be determined simultaneously, and the limits of detection are below 35 ng g(-1) using GC/MS in selected ion monitoring (SIM) mode. The reproducibility of the technique is found to be better than 11.8% RSD.  相似文献

From C72 to C78, the top 20 low-energy isomers screened out from all isomers of each fullerene are optimized and computed by tight-binding Monte Carlo (TBMC), semi-empirical PM3, and ab initio B3LYP/6-31G*//HF/3-21G methods. The comparison results show that the TBMC method can efficiently optimize the structures and correctly predicate the low energy isomers. The relative energies computed by TBMC are in good agreement with the high-lever B3LYP calculation results. Our TBMC and B3LYP results show that the most energetically favorable structure of C72 is not an isomer satisfying the isolated pentagon rule (IPR), which is different with the result by PM3. The symmetry of the most stable IPR isomer tends to low as the fullerene becomes large and several non-isolated-pentagon structures are found to have low symmetries and low energies close to the most stable isomer.  相似文献

The inclusion complexes of α-, β- and γ-cyclodextrin (CD) with three isolated phospholipid (PI – phosphatidylinositol; PS – phosphatidylserine; and PE – phosphatidylethanolamine) headgroups were studied using a flexible docking algorithm FDOCK based on molecular mechanics (CFF91 force filed). In the three phospholipid headgroups, PI headgroup exhibits the strongest affinity for CD, and the affinity of PS headgroup is greater than that of PE headgroup. By investigating the energy distribution and the complex structure in the inclusion procedure, it can be found that the van der Waals force is the main driving force responsible for the complexation. For the α-CD complex of PI headgroup, more than one inclusion complex should coexist due to the steric hindrance, which is reasonably consistent with the experimental results. Furthermore, analyses of the complex of PS and PE headgroup with α-CD also show that two or three possible complexes may appear in the inclusion process, and the complex structure with full inclusion is of the lowest energy and should be the most stable structure in the mixture. For β-␣and γ-CD, the energies of the most stable complexes structures for the three phospholipids headgroups were also discussed.  相似文献

Promoting drug delivery across the biological membrane is a common strategy to improve bioavailability. Inspired by the observation that carbonated alcoholic beverages can increase the absorption rate of ethanol, we speculate that carbon dioxide (CO2) molecules could also enhance membrane permeability to drugs. In the present work, we have investigated the effect of CO2 on the permeability of a model membrane formed by 1-palmitoyl-2-oleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine lipids to three drug-like molecules, namely, ethanol, 2′,3′-dideoxyadenosine, and trimethoprim. The free-energy and fractional-diffusivity profiles underlying membrane translocation were obtained from μs-timescale simulations and combined in the framework of the fractional solubility-diffusion model. We find that addition of CO2 in the lipid environment results in an increase of the membrane permeability to the three substrates. Further analysis of the permeation events reveals that CO2 expands and loosens the membrane, which, in turn, facilitates permeation of the drug-like molecules. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

A silver nanowires modified platinum (Ag NWs/Pt) electrode was developed for simultaneous and selective determination of chloride, bromide and iodide ions by cyclic voltammetry in aqueous solutions. Silver nanowires were synthesized by an l-cysteine-assisted poly (vinyl pyrrolidone) (PVP)-mediated polyol route. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) were employed to investigate the prepared nanowires. The intrinsic high surface area and the fast electron transfer rate ascribed from the nanowire structure could further improve halide detection performance. The determination was based on measurement of the well-separated oxidation peak currents of respective silver halides formed on the surface of silver during an anodic potential sweep. The concentration range was linear from 50 μM to 20.2 mM for bromide and iodide and 200 μM to 20.2 mM for chloride, and the sensitivity was 0.059 μA/mM, 0.042 μA/mM and 0.032 μA/mM for chloride, bromide and iodide, respectively. The correlation coefficient was 0.999 in each case. The Ag NWs/Pt electrode offered a useful platform for the development of a highly sensitive halide sensor.  相似文献

The application of Raman spectroscopic techniques combined with multivariate chemometrics signal processing promise new means for the rapid multidimensional analysis of metabolites non‐destructively, with little or no sample preparation and little sensitivity to water. However, Rayleigh scattering, fluorescence and uncontrolled variance present substantial challenges for the accurate quantitative analysis of metabolites at physiological levels in biologically varying samples. Effective strategies include the application of chemometrics pretreatments for reducing Raman spectral interference. However, the arbitrary application of individual or combined pretreatment procedures can significantly alter the outcome of a measurement, thereby complicating spectral analysis. This paper evaluates and compares six signal pretreatment methods for correcting the baseline variances, together with three variable selection methods for eliminating uninformative variables, all within the context of multivariate calibration models based on partial least squares (PLS) regression. Raman spectra of 90 artificial bio‐fluid samples with eight urine metabolites at near‐physiological concentrations were used to test these models. The combination of multiplicative scatter correction (MSC), continuous wavelet transform (CWT), randomization test (RT) and PLS modeling presented the best performance for all the metabolites. The correlation coefficient (R) between predicted and prepared concentration reached as high as 0.96.  相似文献

偏最小二乘法(PLS)在近红外光谱(NIR)定量分析中占有重要地位,但预测结果往往容易受到样本分组和奇异样本等因素的影响,稳健性不强。多模型PLS (EPLS)方法在模型稳健性上得到提高,然而它无法识别样本中存在的奇异样本。为了同时提高模型的预测准确性和稳健性,本文提出了一种根据取样概率重新取样的多模型PLS方法,称为稳健共识PLS(RE-PLS)方法。该方法通过迭代赋权偏最小二乘法(IRPLS)计算样本回归残差得到每个校正集样本的取样概率,然后根据样本的取样概率来选择训练子集建立多个PLS模型,最后将所有PLS模型的预测结果平均作为最终预测结果。该方法用于两种不同植物样品的近红外光谱建模,并与传统的PLS及EPLS方法进行比较。结果表明该方法可以有效的避免校正集中奇异样本对模型的影响,同时可以提高预测精确度和稳健性。对于含有较多奇异样本的,复杂近红外光谱烟草实际样本,利用简单PLS或者EPLS方法建模预测效果不是很理想,而RE-PLS凭借其独特优势则有望在这种复杂光谱定量分析中得到广泛的应用。  相似文献
