The study of the impact of human activity patterns on network dynamics has attracted a lot of attention in recent years. However, individuals’ knowledge of their own physical states has rarely been incorporated into modeling processes. In real life, for certain infectious processes, infected agents may not have any visible or physical signs and symptoms; therefore, they may believe that they are uninfected even when they have been infected asymptomatically. This infection awareness factor is covered neither in the classical epidemic models such as SIS nor in network propagation studies. In this article, we propose a novel infectious process model that differentiates between the infection awareness states and the physical states of individuals and extend the SIS model to deal with both asymptomatic infection characteristics and human activity patterns. With regards to the latter, we focus particularly on individuals’ testing action, which is to determine whether an individual is infected by an epidemic. The simulation results show that less effort is required in controlling the disease when the transmission probability is either very small or large enough and that Poisson activity patterns are more effective than heavy-tailed patterns in controlling and eliminating asymptomatic infectious diseases due to the long-tail characteristic. 相似文献

为了提高超磁致伸缩换能器的作动行程,以获得足够大的发音强度,并使之满足发音装置体积小、装配零件少的要求,结合超磁致伸缩材料(GMM)的优良特性,提出一种基于三角放大原理的弓张式GMM换能器。该换能器以GMM棒作为驱动元件,通过固定弓张结构的一端,将双向输出转变为单向输出,同时利用柔性铰链结构,进一步增大换能器的位移输出。通过分析换能器的工作原理,计算得到其理论放大倍数为2.73,与所建立的有限元仿真模型计算得到的放大倍数2.8相近。制作了试验样机并搭建了相应的试验系统,得到在1 kHz范围内换能器最大输出位移为15.5 m,与仿真结果14.058 m相近。提出的弓张结构实现了换能器的位移放大,相应的分析方法也较好地反映了换能器的输出特性。 相似文献

Glycosylation reactions are significant as they provide access to model compounds that are useful for elucidating biochemical pathways. Herein, we describe the development of glycosyl ortho-alkynylbenzoates as novel, bench-top stable, and readily available glycosyl donors. An efficient and practical route to β‐keto sulfones has been developed through heterogeneous oxidative coupling of oxime acetates with sodium sulfinates by using an MCM‐41‐supported Schiff base‐pyridine bidentate copper (II) complex [MCM‐41‐Sb,Py‐Cu (OAc)2] as the catalyst and oxime acetates as an internal oxidant, followed by hydrolysis. The reaction generates a variety of β‐keto sulfones in good to excellent yields. This new heterogeneous copper (II) catalyst can be easily prepared via a simple procedure from readily available and inexpensive reagents and exhibits the same catalytic activity as Cu (OAc)2. MCM‐41‐Sb,Py‐Cu (OAc)2 is also easy to recover and is recyclable up to eight times with almost consistent activity. 相似文献

The leaves of Lycium barbarum (LLB) have been utilized as crude drugs and functional tea for human health in China and Southeast Asia for thousands of years. To control its quality, a rapid and sensitive ultra‐high‐performance liquid chromatography coupled with triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry method was established and validated for the first time for simultaneous determination of 10 phenolic acids and flavonoids (including neochlorogenic acid , protocatechuic aldehyde, p‐hydroxybenzoic acid, chlorogenic acid, cryptochlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, p‐coumaric acid, ferulic acid, rutin and kaempferol‐3‐O‐rutinoside) in LLB. The separation was performed on an Acquity UPLC C18 chromatographic column (100 × 2.1 mm internal diameter, 1.7 μm particle size) with 0.1% formic acid in water (A)–acetonitrile (B) as the mobile phase under gradient elution. Multiple reaction monitoring mode was adopted to simultaneously monitor the target components. The developed method was fully validated in terms of linearity (r2 ≥ 0.9860), precision (RSD ≤ 6.58%), repeatability (RSD ≤ 6.60%), stability (RSD ≤ 6.17%), recovery (95.56–108.06%, RSD ≤ 4.64%) and limit of detection (0.021–0.664 ng/mL) and limit of quantitation (0.069–2.210 ng/mL), and then successfully applied to evaluate the quality of 64 batches of LLB collected from 41 producing areas in four different provinces of China. The results showed that the LLB, especially collected from Inner Mongolia regions, were rich in the phenolic acids and flavonoids. Rutin, kaempferol‐3‐O‐rutinoside and chlorogenic acid are the predominant compounds contained in LLB. The above findings will provide helpful information for the effective utilization of LLB. 相似文献
