UPWIND FINITE VOLUME SCHEMES FOR SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE

A new regioselective synthesis and bioactivity of 1H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐d]pyrimidin‐4(5H)‐one derivatives

A series of new 1H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐d]pyrimidin‐4(5H)‐one Derivatives 5 has been designed and regio‐selectively synthesized via a tandem aza‐Wittig reaction. The structures of all compounds prepared have been confirmed by ¹H NMR, IR, EI‐MS spectroscopy and elemental analyses. The results of preliminary bioassay indicate that most compounds 5 possess an inhibition effect against Botrytis cinereapers and Pyricularia oryzae at the concentration of 50 mg/L.

Covalent functionalization of multi-walled carbon nanotubes by lipase

Lipase from Candida rugosa was covalently anchored onto acid-treated multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) through a self-catalytic mechanism. A variety of characterization techniques including FTIR, Raman spectroscopy, and XPS were employed to demonstrate the formation of the ester linkage between lipase and MWNTs. The MWNTs-lipase biocomposites showed significantly increased solubility in some common-used organic solvents, such as THF, DMF and chloroform. This study may offer a novel and facile route for covalent modification of carbon nanotubes, and expand the potential utilization of both lipases and MWNTs in the fields of biocatalyst and biosensor.     

热传导型半导体瞬态问题特征变网格有限元法及其分析

热传导型半导体器件的瞬时状态由四个方程的非线性偏微分方程组的初边值问题所决定，其中电子位势方程是椭圆型的，电子和空穴浓度方程是对流扩散型的，温度方程为热传导型的。本文提出解这类问题的特征变网格有限元法，并进行了理论分析，在一定条件下，得到了某种意义下的最佳L^2误差估计结果。

Geometrical study of paraxial light beam transmission in free space

By introducing an imaginary space transform curvature ρ_s, a complex space called Riemannian space is constructed, in which the light propagating in free space has the trajectory of straight line while propagating. Moreover, this curvature couples with that of the wave front of the paraxial beam ρ_w, and therefore a complex curvature ρ_c is constructed, which can be employed to investigate the behavior of the light transmission and to generalize the ABCD law. 17N+197Au反应中碎片与中子的符合测量

在3?3?.4MeV/u ¹⁷N束轰击¹⁹⁷Au靶产生的反应中,利用放置于不同角度组合的17个中子探测器(4°—83°)和14个半导体望远镜(2.3°—9.0°)对反应产物碎片与中子进行了符合测量.经对所得实验角分布积分得到Z=3—6元素的同位素产额分布.在参加者-旁观者模型框架下,采用¹⁷N原子核内部的不同密度分布计算了同位素产额分布并与实验数据做比较.
