Kinetic study of acrylamide radical polymerization initiated by the horseradish peroxidase–mediated system

The polymerization kinetics of acrylamide (AAM) in water initiated by a ternary enzymatic system of horseradish peroxidase (HRP)/H₂O₂/acetylacetone (ACAC) was investigated. Conversion–time plots were obtained by dilatometry under different conditions of reaction temperatures and initial concentrations of HRP, ACAC, H₂O₂, and AAM. The results showed that the effect of the initial concentration of ACAC on the inhibition period was significant. The inhibition period decreases with increasing the initial concentration of ACAC. The inhibition period can be even eliminated by the use of a comparatively large amount of ACAC. From the conversion–time plots, the polymerization rate equation was obtained. Some kinetic features were explained on the basis of analysis of the reaction mechanism. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Int J Chem Kinet 44: 475–481, 2012     

Synthesis of 2-(1-Arylcarbonyl-1-arylazomethylidene)-thiazolidines by the Reaction of 2-(Arylcarbonyl-methylidene)thiazolidines with Diazobenzenes

A variety of 2-(1-arylcarbonyl-1-arylazomethylidene)-thiazolidenes were synthesized in excellent yields by the reaction of 2-(arylcarbonylmethylidene)thiazolidines with diazobenzenes.     

Highly sensitive naked-eye and fluorescence "turn-on" detection of Cu(2+) using Fenton reaction assisted signal amplification

Increase of pH induced by Cu(2+)-catalyzed Fenton reaction promoted ring-opening of triazole-linked fluorescein lactone, which enabled selective "turn-on" fluorescent detection of Cu(2+), along with ultralow naked-eye detection limit down to 200 nM.     

A Flexible Approach to Azasugars: Asymmetric Total Syntheses of (+)‐Castanospermine, (+)‐7‐Deoxy‐6‐epi‐castanospermine,and (+)‐1‐epi‐Castanospermine

The asymmetric total synthesis of natural azasugars (+)‐castanospermine, (+)‐7‐deoxy‐6‐epi‐castanospermine, and synthetic (+)‐1‐epi‐castanospermine has been accomplished in nine to ten steps from a common chiral building block (S)‐ 8 . The method features a powerful chiral relay strategy consisting of a highly diastereoselective vinylogous Mukaiyama‐type reaction with either chiral or achiral aldehydes (≥95 % de; de=diastereomeric excess) and a diastereodivergent reduction of tetramic acids, which allows formation of three continuous stereogenic centers with high diastereoselectivities. The method also provides a flexible access to structural arrays of 5‐(α‐hydroxyalkyl)tetramic acids, such as 17/34 , and 5‐(α‐hydroxyalkyl)‐4‐hydroxyl‐2‐pyrrolidinones, such as 18 and 25/35 a . The method constitutes the first realization of the challenging chiral synthons A and D and thus of the conceptually attractive retrosynthetic analysis shown in Scheme 1 in a highly enantioselective manner.     

纳米晶钛酸铅表面态对介电性能的影响

将醋酸铅、钛酸四丁酯和硬脂酸在熔融状态下混合均匀后置于冷水浴中，使其凝固成凝胶，经不同温度焙烧，制成纳米晶PbTiO3.用X射线衍射光谱、红外光谱对产物进行表征.采用X射线光电子能谱和表面光电压谱对纳米晶PbTiO3表面状态分析,发现材料表面的不完整性主要是由氧空位造成.暴露在粒子表面的主要是金属离子.随着晶粒尺寸的减小，材料表面氧空位缺陷浓度增加，表面光伏效应增强，谱带变宽.纳米晶PbTiO3材料的表面状态对其极化性质有着重要的影响，使其静态介电常数远大于常规材料的静态介电常数.     

新型手性Salen双核锌配合物的分子识别研究

合成了新型手性Salen配体（H3L）及新型手性Salen双核锌配合物（主体）.通过研究主体对咪唑类客体及氨基酸酯类客体的分子识别行为,测定了这些配位反应的缔合常数.主体对咪唑类客体分子识别的缔合常数顺序为:K(Im) >K(2-MeIm) >K(2-Et-4-MeIm).主体对氨基酸酯类客体分子识别的缔合常数顺序为:K(LeuOCH3) >K(ValOCH3) >K(AlaOCH3) >K(SerOCH3),配位数均为2.主体与D、 L型氨基酸酯分子识别反应在不同温度下的缔合常数结果表明,随着温度的升高,对映选择性下降.实验发现反应体系中存在焓熵补偿关系. CD光谱的研究结果也反映了主体对不同客体识别能力的差异.     

Improved hydrolytic stability of poly(dl-lactide) with epoxidized soybean oil

The multi-arm star polymer (ESOPLA) was obtained by ring-opening polymerization of dl-lactide using multifunctional epoxidized soybean oil (ESO) as an initiator in the presence of a stannous actuate (SnOct₂) catalyst. Gel permeation chromatography with multi-angle laser light scattering (GPC-MALLS), FTIR, ¹H NMR, thermal analysis and in vitro degradation were used to qualitatively characterize the synthesized polymers. The results revealed that ESO plays an important role in increasing the molecular weight, polymerization rate and monomer conversion rate. Degradation analysis demonstrated that the decrease in molecular weight and the weight loss ratio of the star-shaped ESOPLA were lower than that of linear poly(dl-lactide) (PDLLA). The surface topography of pre- and post-degradation materials was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). These SEM images showed that the linear PDLLA films underwent water erosion more readily than the star-shaped polymer films.     

混合超临界流体的密度及分子间相互作用

在３０８．１５Ｋ、６－１２ＭＰａ范围内,测定了ＣＯ２及ＣＯ２－正戊烷、ＣＯ２－正庚烷二元混合流体的密度,并计算了溶质的偏摩尔体积．在此基础上,将偏摩尔体积与ＭｏｎｔｅＣａｒｌｏ分子模拟研究相结合,研究了ＣＯ２－正戊烷、ＣＯ２－正庚烷二元系中的分子间相互作用和溶液的结构随压力和密度的变化．     

1,10-邻菲咯啉-5,6-二酮制备反应中副产物的形成与控制

由1,10-邻菲咯啉合成1,10-邻菲咯啉-5,6-二酮反应的副产物的形成与控制研究表明,1,10-邻菲咯啉在5,6位二酮化反应中的副反应产物及主产物分离时产生的副产物均为4,5-二氮杂芴-9-酮,二酮化反应条件(包括作为氧化剂的强混合酸H2SO4/HNO3的加入量、时间和温度)和主产物分离时体系的酸度对副产物的形成有重要影响,优化了二酮化反应条件和产物分离时的体系pH控制范围。在此优化条件下,可有效控制副产物的形成,使主产物1,10-邻菲咯啉-5,6-二酮的收率达到92%以上。
