Cephalexin’s traces within pharmaceutical effluents have toxic impact toward ecological and human health.Low-cost activated carbon derived from Trapa natans husk was oxidized with hydrogen peroxide and nitric acid,and tested for their ability to remove cephalexin from aqueous solutions.Oxidization with H2O2 showed negative effect on the cephalexin sorption,whereas HNO3 oxidization improved the adsorption.The cephalexin adsorption isotherms on the native and HNO3 oxidized carbons correlated well with the Freundlich equation while their kinetics followed the pseudo-second order model.The removal of cephalexin by the native and HNO3 oxidized carbons was found to be most favored at low ionic strength and strong acidic conditions.Based on the thermal and FTIR analyses,the interaction mechanisms of the interaction between cephalexin and the carbons were proposed.Electrostatic attraction,hydrophobic interaction and chemical bonding with surface functional groups were demonstrated as primary mechanisms for cephalexin removal.The nitrogen functionalities on the carbon surface were considered to be an important factor affecting the adsorption process.  相似文献

A new protocol for the palladium‐catalyzed free‐amine‐directed alkenylation of C(sp2)? H bonds and cycloamination is described. Substituted biaryl‐2‐amines react with various alkenes, including electron‐deficient alkenes, aryl alkenes and alkyl alkenes, to give the corresponding phenanthridines with exclusive regioselectivity. The use of α‐branched styrenes leads to the formation of tricyclic compounds with a seven‐membered amine ring. The method operates through a free‐amine‐directed alkenylation and a subsequent hydroamination cyclization reaction.  相似文献

A benzene thermal conversion route has been successfully developed to prepare nanocrystalline indium nitride at 180-200 degrees C by choosing NaNH(2) and In(2)S(3) as novel nitrogen and indium sources. This route has been also extended to the synthesis of other group III nitrides. The product InN was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and high-resolution TEM, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), Raman spectroscopy, and infrared spectroscopy (IR). The optical properties of nanocrystalline InN were also recorded by means of UV-vis absorption spectroscopy and photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy, indicating that the as-prepared sample was within the quantum confinement regime. Finally, the formation mechanism was also investigated.  相似文献

采用高效液相色谱法测定香蕉中的多菌灵、噻菌灵、甲基硫菌灵。样品经乙腈提取、硅胶柱净化后用HPLC法测定,外标法定量。对样品前处理和色谱分析条件进行了研究和优化。3种杀菌剂在确定的浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数r≥0.999。添加3个浓度水平标准品的回收率分别为:多菌灵80.5%~91.2%,噻菌灵81.2%~86.9%.68.9%~72.6%。该法对多菌灵、噻菌灵、甲基硫菌灵3种杀菌剂的检出限较低,分别为0.008,0.009,0.015mg/kg。该方法可满足香蕉中多菌灵、噻菌灵、甲基硫菌灵的残留限量检测要求。  相似文献

Pure hexagonal aluminum nitride (AlN) nanowhiskers have been successfully synthesized by directly reacting AlCl3 with NaN3 in non-solvent system at the low temperature of 450 °C for 24 h. The obtained products are characterized by X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy and selected area electron diffraction, which show that the obtained products are hexagonal phase AlN nanowhiskers with width from 10 to 80 nm and length up to several micrometers. The influencing factors of the formation of AlN nanowhiskers were discussed and a possible growth mechanism for AlN nanowhiskers was proposed. Additionally, the study on the corresponding optical properties and catalytic properties is also carried out.  相似文献

The hydroperoxyl radical (HO2) has long been considered as a prototype for statistical vibrational dynamics. In this work, however, it is shown that the bound state energy levels (up to the dissociation threshold) and low-lying resonances of the HO2 system (J=0) obtained on a new ab initio potential energy surface exhibit surprisingly large regularity. The implications of the non-statistical behavior of the HO2 system in unimolecular and bimolecular reactions are discussed.  相似文献

A WO3/CeO2-ZrO2 catalyst system was discovered for selective catalytic reduction of NOx with NH3; the catalyst (10 wt% WO3 loading) showed nearly 100% NOx conversion in a temperature range of 200-500 degrees C, at a space velocity of 90 000 h(-1) in a simulated diesel exhaust containing 550 ppm NOx (NO : NO2 feed ratio at 1.0), 10 vol% H2O and 10 vol% CO2; the catalyst also exhibited high temperature stability.  相似文献
