Catalytic asymmetric Michael addition of α,β-unsaturated aldehydes to Ni(II) complexes of the Schiff base of glycine

The conjugate addition of Ni(II) complexes of glycine Schiff base to α,β-unsaturated aldehydes catalyzed by (S)-2-(diphenyl(trimethylsilyloxy)methyl)pyrrolidine afforded adducts in excellent yields with up to 49:1 dr and 95% ee. This method enables the construction of two adjacent chiral centers in one step, and offers an alternative route to chiral α-amino acid derivatives.     

Drug-induced glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency-related hemolysis risk assessment

Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) is an essential enzyme that protects human red blood cells from premature destruction caused by oxidative damage. People suffering from G6PD deficiency would be vulnerable to various oxidative substances, such as fava beans and oxidant drugs. Until now, many institutes, organizations or domain experts have compiled low-risk or high-risk drugs collection for patients with G6PD deficiency, mainly from the case report or clinical trails. Recently, we have explored a classification system to predict drug-induced hemolytic potential. In this paper, we screen the normally used over-the-counter (OTC) drugs for "high-risk" and "low-risk" ones to G6PD deficient patients by this system.     

A hybrid mean value related to certain hardy sums and Kloosterman sums

The main purpose of this paper is using the mean value formula of Dirichlet L-functions and the analytic methods to study a hybrid mean value problem related to certain Hardy sums and Kloosterman sums, and give some interesting mean value formulae and identities for it.     

On forcing matching number of boron-nitrogen fullerene graphs

Let G be a graph that admits a perfect matching M. A forcing set S for a perfect matching M is a subset of M such that it is contained in no other perfect matchings of G. The smallest cardinality of forcing sets of M is called the forcing number of M. Computing the minimum forcing number of perfect matchings of a graph is an NP-complete problem. In this paper, we consider boron-nitrogen (BN) fullerene graphs, cubic 3-connected plane bipartite graphs with exactly six square faces and other hexagonal faces. We obtain the forcing spectrum of tubular BN-fullerene graphs with cyclic edge-connectivity 3. Then we show that all perfect matchings of any BN-fullerene graphs have the forcing number at least two. Furthermore, we mainly construct all seven BN-fullerene graphs with the minimum forcing number two.     

Engineering oxide resistive switching materials for memristive device application

Based on a unified physical model and first-principle calculations, a material-oriented methodology has been proposed to control the bipolar switching behavior of an oxide-based resistive random access memory (RRAM) cell. According to the material-oriented methodology, the oxide-based RRAM cell can be designed by material engineering to achieve the required device performance. In this article, a Gd-doped HfO₂ RRAM cell with excellent bipolar switching characteristics is developed to meet the requirements of memristive device application. The typical memristive characteristics of the Gd-doped HfO₂ RRAM cell are presented, and the mechanism is discussed.     

厄米-高斯光束通过圆孔衍射的两种计算方法比较

应用Collins公式和硬边圆孔函数拓展为有限复高斯函数和的方法,推导出厄米-高斯（Hermite—Gaussian）光束通过圆孔的衍射场分布的近似解析公式．模拟结果表明使用该解析公式所得结果和直接对Collins公式进行数值计算的结果符合较好,并讨论两种方法的差异性以及各自的优缺点．     

Spectroscopic Studies on the Toxic Interaction of Sodium Oleate with Bovine Serum Albumin

The effects of sodium oleate on Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) were investigated by fluorescence, synchronous fluorescence, ultraviolet–visible and circular dichroism spectroscopy. According to the experiment results, we found that the fluorescence intensity of BSA was quenched by sodium oleate following a static mode, a sodium oleate-BSA complex was formed and the binding site was calculated approximately equal to 1. The experimental results showed that the hydrophilic group (—COONa) can bind to the BSA and lead to the looser of the protein conformation, the microenvironment and the secondary structure elements were changed in the presence of sodium oleate. This work reflected the toxic interaction mechanism of BSA and sodium oleate from the perspective of spectroscopy.     

Existence of MLE and posteriors for a recognition-memory model

Necessary and sufficient conditions are developed for the existence of the maximum likelihood estimate (MLE) for a recognition-memory model. The propriety of posteriors is shown for a class of bounded priors. Under a constant prior, an easy-to-implement Gibbs sampler is developed and illustrated via a real data set.     

疫苗运输用蓄冷材料性能研究

介绍了疫苗运输用冷藏箱(包)的特点、结构及应用。对疫苗运输用冷藏箱中的蓄冷材料热物性和装有不同蓄冷材料保温箱的保温性能进行了测试,结果表明:新型蓄冷材料的热物性与国外进口蓄冷材料相当;装有新型蓄冷材料的保温箱的保温性能略低于国外产品,但由于新型蓄冷材料能维持箱内温度在8℃以内的时间可达80小时以上,对于国内疫苗运输完全能够满足要求,因此是一种可推广的蓄冷材料。
