A novel α‐zirconium phosphate/polyaniline (α‐ZrP/PANI) hybrid film used as K+ ion sensor was fabricated on carbon paper by electrochemical method. Mechanisms of film formation and detection of K+ ions were also proposed. The exfoliated α‐ZrP was mixed with PANI and deposited on carbon paper. The resultant α‐ZrP/PANI film exhibited a good current response to K+ ion with different concentrations. It also showed a wide logarithmic linear response in detecting K+ ions in the ranges of 10?8–10?4 M and 10?4–10?2 M, respectively. The results can be attributed to the synergetic effect of α‐ZrP and PANI. 相似文献

建立了测定乳粉中低聚果糖的高效阴离子交换色谱-脉冲安培检测(HPAEC-PAD)方法。样品经50%(v/v)乙醇水溶液提取,On Guard RP柱除脂,CarboPac PA200阴离子交换色谱柱(250 mm×3 mm)分离。采用水、0.2 mol/L NaOH溶液和0.4 mol/L NaAc溶液三元梯度淋洗,流速为0.4 mL/min,柱温为30 ℃,进样量为25 μL,脉冲安培检测器检测。蔗果三糖、四糖、五糖在0.05~10 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r2)> 0.9993;定量限分别为0.02、0.005和0.02 mg/L。在0.5、1.0、5.0 mg/L添加水平下,蔗果三糖、四糖、五糖的平均回收率为86.0%~114.0%。该方法处理简单、结果准确、灵敏度高,适用于乳粉中低聚果糖的测定。 相似文献

A dendron ligand with two carboxylate anchoring groups at its focal point and eight hydroxyl groups as its terminal groups was found to efficiently convert as-synthesized CdSe/CdS core-shell nanocrystals in toluene to water-soluble dendron-ligand stabilized nanocrystals (dendron nanocrystals). The resulting dendron nanocrystals retained 60% of the photoluminescence value of the original CdSe/CdS core-shell nanocrystals in toluene and were significantly brighter than the similar dendron nanocrystals with thiolate (deprotonated thiol group) as the anchoring group which retained just 10% of the photoluminescence value of the original CdSe/CdS core-shell nanocrystals in toluene. The carboxylate-based dendron nanocrystals survived UV irradiation in air for at least 13 days, about 9 times better than the thiolate-based dendron nanocrystals (35 h) and similar to that of the thiolate-based dendron-box stabilized CdSe/CdS core-shell nanocrystals (box nanocrystals). Upon UV irradiation, the dendron nanocrystals became even 2 times brighter than the original CdSe/CdS core-shell nanocrystals in toluene, and the UV-brightened PL can retain the brightness for at least several months. These stable and bright dendron nanocrystals were soluble in various aqueous media, including all common biological buffer solutions tested, for at least 1.5 years. In addition to their superior performance, the synthetic chemistry of carboxylate dendron ligands and the corresponding dendron nanocrystals is relatively simple and with high yield. 相似文献

In this study, a gel free chemiproteomic method based on chromatography was developed and applied for the biological fingerprinting analysis of complex biological system. p-Aminobenzamidine (ABA), an inhibitor of trypsin-like serine proteases, was immobilized for characterizing their interacting proteins in human plasma. By the proteomic analysis method, 214 proteins were identified with obvious affinity to the immobilized ABA. By searching the sequences of above proteins with consensus patterns of the two active sites, seven proteins belong to trypsin-like serine protease group were found. Based on the Gene Ontology annotation, the identified trypsin-like serine proteases have the function of catalytic activity and calcium ion binding, and are mainly involved in the biological process of blood coagulation. Eight more other proteins related to calcium ion binding and blood coagulation were found. Nearly all of these proteins cannot be identified by directly analyzing the plasma sample demonstrating the chemiproteomics a useful approach to characterize interacting proteins in the low abundance range. 相似文献

The PtRu/C electrocatalyst with high loading (PtRu of 60 wt%) was prepared by synergetic effect of ultrasonic radiation and mechanical stirring. Physicochemical characterizations show that the size of PtRu particles of as-prepared PtRu/C catalyst is only several nanometers (2–4 nm), and the PtRu nanoparticles were homogeneously dispersed on carbon surface. Electrochemistry and single passive direct methanol fuel cell (DMFC) tests indicate that the as-prepared PtRu/C electrocatalyst possessed larger electrochemical active surface (EAS) area and enhanced electrocatalytic activity for methanol oxidation reaction (MOR). The enhancement could be attributed to the synergetic effect of ultrasound radiation and mechanical stirring, which can avoid excess concentration of partial solution and provide a uniform environment for the nucleation and growth of metal particles simultaneously hindering the agglomeration of PtRu particles on carbon surface. 相似文献
