单模光纤中皮秒啁啾脉冲压缩

对单模光纤正群速色散区秒啁啾脉冲的非线性传进行了近似的解析分析和定量的数值计算。结果表明，负啁啾脉冲在传输过程中能得到有效压缩。压缩比与脉冲初始峰值功率和初始啁啾程度有关。初始峰值功率一定的脉冲，其压缩比随初始啁啾程度的增大面大，初始啁啾程度一定的脉冲，压缩比随初始峰值功率的增大而减小，表明自相位调制效应导致脉冲压缩效果变差。计算结果还表明，在脉冲时域宽度得到压缩的同时，光谱宽度也能得到同步压缩。     

ASYMPTOTIC BEHAVIOR OF SOLUTIONS OF NONLINEAR DELAY DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS

Sufficient conditions are established for the asymptotic behavior of solutionsof nonlinear delay differential equations x′(t)+sum from i=1 to m(pi(t)x(t-т_i))=F(t,x_t),t≥0where 0<т_1<т_2<…<т_m≤r,pi∈C([0,∞)),i=1,2,…,m,F∈C([0,∞)×C_0,R).C_0=C([-r,0],R)equipped with the sup norm ||·|| forsome r>0. A new result is established, some known results are improved.     

Collective dynamics in fully hydrated phospholipid bilayers studied by inelastic x-ray scattering

The short wavelength density fluctuation of DLPC (dilaurylphosphatidylcholine) bilayers close to full hydration has been studied by the inelastic x-ray scattering technique below and above the main transition temperature. The analysis based on a generalized three effective eigenmode theory allows us to construct the dispersion relation of the high frequency sound mode for the first time. The marked softening of the excitation near k = 14 nm(-1), corresponding to the lipid chain-chain correlation peak in the structure factor, in the L(alpha) phase implies prevalent occurrences of short-wavelength in-plane motions of lipid chains that might be of importance for transportation of small molecules across membranes.     

碳纳米管阴极的强流脉冲发射性能研究

采用丝网印刷和涂敷方法制备了两种碳纳米管阴极，并研究了两种阴极的强流脉冲发射特性，表征了阴极表面碳纳米管的形貌及分布.研究结果表明在脉冲宽度为100 ns、电压为1.64×10⁶ V的脉冲电场下，涂敷法制备阴极的场发射电流最高达5.11 kA，最高发射电流密度达260 A/cm².丝网印刷法制备阴极的场发射稳定性优于涂敷法制备阴极，但其发射电流低.阴极表面发射体的形貌与分布影响了阴极的脉冲发射性能.碳纳米管阴极的脉冲发射机理为爆炸电子发射.碳纳米管阴极可以作为强 关键词： 碳纳米管 阴极 脉冲发射 强电流     

随机相位误差对空间功率合成效率的影响

采用数理统计方法分析了任意分布的随机相位误差对多台不等功率辐射源组成的天线阵空间功率合成效率的影响,得到了由多台不等幅馈电的阵元组成的天线阵空间功率合成效率期望值的解析表达式。通过该解析式可利用快速傅里叶变换(FFT)快速分析任意数目阵元组成的天线阵在目标点的期望合成效率,为空间功率合成系统的总体合成效率预估并合理分解各分系统随机相位抖动指标提供了一种高效的解析分析方法。作为算例,用得到的解析公式分析相位误差分布呈均匀分布、正态分布和三角形分布三种典型情况对合成效率的影响。     

γ射线辐照对掺Yb光纤材料性能的影响

采用改进的化学气相沉积法制备掺Yb石英光纤预制棒,以该预制棒制备了尺寸为10/130μm的双包层掺Yb光纤,将这些光纤分成若干组,在不同剂量的60Coγ辐射源下辐照,测试了光纤在辐射前后的吸收谱和激光性能以及光纤预制棒切片辐照后的吸收.实验结果表明:光纤中已存在的色心缺陷(如氧空位(II))和辐照引起的色心缺陷(如E’心、过氧基以及Yb2+离子)等因素的叠加作用可能导致辐照后的光纤在可见光区域的吸收显著增大;与辐照前相比,辐照后光纤的斜率效率、光-光效率显著下降,剂量越大激光性能下降得越厉害;基于Power-Law定理拟合了光纤辐致损耗与所受剂量的关系曲线,定量分析了不同剂量辐照后光纤激光性能下降的原因.研究结果将为进一步发展抗辐照光纤提供理论和实验依据.     

Performance enforcement of gel polymer electrolyte for lithium ion battery with co-doping silicon dioxide and zirconium dioxide nanoparticles

In this work, we report a new method to enforce the comprehensive performances of gel polymer electrolyte (GPE) for lithium ion battery. Poly(methyl methacrylate-acrylonitrile-vinyl acetate) [P(MMA-AN-VAc)] is synthesized as polymer matrix. The physical and electrochemical performances of the matrix and the corresponding GPEs, doped with nano-SiO₂ and nano-ZrO₂ particles individually or simultaneously, are investigated by scanning electron microscopy, thermogravimetry, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and charge/discharge test. It is found that the membrane co-doped with 5 wt.% nano-SiO₂?+?5 wt.% nano-ZrO₂ and the corresponding GPE combine the advantages of those doped individually with 10 wt.% nano-SiO₂ or 10 wt.% nano-ZrO₂. Accordingly, the comprehensive performances of the membrane and the corresponding GPE, in terms of thermal stability, ionic conductivity, and electrochemical stability on the anode and cathode of lithium ion battery, is enforced by co-doping 5 wt.% nano-SiO₂ and 5 wt.% nano-ZrO₂.     

0-1非线性混合整数规划的罚函数解法

本文中我们对一类0-1非线性混合整数规划的解法进行了探讨,通过罚函数把有约束问题化为相应的无约束问题,我们证明了可通过求解一个无约束非线性规划问题得到原问题的ε近似极小解,数值试验表明算法是有效的.     

Existence of positive solutions of nonlinear fractional delay differential equations

This paper investigates the existence and uniqueness of positive solutions for a class of nonlinear fractional delay differential equations. Using a nonlinear alternative of Leray-Schauder type, we show the existence of positive solutions for the equations in question.     

激光晶体位错蚀坑的SEM研究

利用扫描电镜(SEM)及能谱(EDS)技术研究激光晶体缺陷,给出了经腐蚀过后Nd: YAG晶体表面位错蚀坑的清晰图片和元素分布定量信息,同时进行了对比实验,并对实验结果进行了分析.结果表明:Nd: YAG晶体位错腐蚀坑呈三角锥状,腐蚀坑杂质元素分布较多,主要元素含量偏离晶体完整区成份;位错腐蚀坑稀疏区与密堆区元素分布及含量不同.并讨论了位错成因.
