The high-entropy materials have raised much attention in recent years due to their extraordinary performances in mechanical, catalysis, energy storage fields. Herein, a new type of high-entropy hydroxides (e.g., NiFeCoMnAl(OH)x) that are amorphous and capable of broad solar absorption is reported. A facile one-pot co-precipitation method is employed to synthesize these amorphous high-entropy hydroxides (a-HEHOs) under ambient conditions. The a-HEHOs thus obtained display widely tunable bandgap (e.g., from 2.6 to 1.1 eV) due to their high-entropy and amorphous characteristics, enabling efficient light absorbance and photothermal conversion in the solar regime. Further solar water evaporation measurements show that the a-HEHOs delivered a considerable energy conversion efficiency of 55%, comparable to black titanium oxides that are synthesized using more complex and expensive methods. 相似文献

This paper presents a new parameter and state estimation algorithm for single-input single-output systems based on canonical state space models from the given input–output data. Difficulties of identification for state space models lie in that there exist unknown noise terms in the formation vector and unknown state variables. By means of the hierarchical identification principle, those noise terms in the information vector are replaced with the estimated residuals and a new least squares algorithm is proposed for parameter estimation and the system states are computed by using the estimated parameters. Polar cruise ships are exposed to extreme external conditions during voyages, resulting in cockpit windscreens that are prone to fogging and frosting, seriously affecting the driver’s vision and even threatening navigation safety. However, the current research mainly focuses on cabin comfort, ignoring the coupling of defogging and comfort. Accordingly, this paper combines cockpit-windshield-defogging design and cockpit comfort considerations, and proposes 108 orthogonal-ventilation design parameters based on the four basic ventilation methods. The effects of different air supply parameters on comfort and anti-fog characteristics are investigated by using fluid dynamics simulation methods. The entropy weight–TOPSIS algorithm is employed to find the optimal ventilation parameters. The results show that the “Down-supply up-return type vertical jet” air supply method corresponding to an air supply velocity of 1 m/s, an air supply temperature of 297 K, and an air supply relative humidity of 30% has the smallest Euclidean distance from the positive ideal solution, and the largest Euclidean distance from the negative ideal solution; thus, it obtains a higher and the highest priority. This air supply method provides the best thermal comfort for the drivers, as well as the best anti-fogging and defogging effect. High-order cumulants and factorial cumulants of conserved charges are suggested for the study of the critical dynamics in heavy-ion collision experiments. In this paper, using the parametric representation of the three-dimensional Ising model which is believed to belong to the same universality class as quantum chromo-dynamics, the temperature dependence of the second- to fourth-order (factorial) cumulants of the order parameter is studied. It is found that the values of the normalized cumulants are independent of the external magnetic field at the critical temperature, which results in a fixed point in the temperature dependence of the normalized cumulants. In finite-size systems simulated using the Monte Carlo method, this fixed point behavior still exists at temperatures near the critical. This fixed point behavior has also appeared in the temperature dependence of normalized factorial cumulants from at least the fourth order. With a mapping from the Ising model to QCD, the fixed point behavior is also found in the energy dependence of the normalized cumulants (or fourth-order factorial cumulants) along different freeze-out curves. 相似文献

Using an exact Bethe ansatz solution, we rigorously study excitation spectra of the spin-1/2 Fermi gas (called Yang–Gaudin model) with an attractive interaction. Elementary excitations of this model involve particle-hole excitation, hole excitation and adding particles in the Fermi seas of pairs and unpaired fermions. The gapped magnon excitations in the spin sector show a ferromagnetic coupling to the Fermi sea of the single fermions. By numerically and analytically solving the Bethe ansatz equations and the thermodynamic Bethe ansatz equations of this model, we obtain excitation energies for various polarizations in the phase of the Fulde–Ferrell–Larkin–Ovchinnikov-like state. For a small momentum (long-wavelength limit) and in the strong interaction regime, we analytically obtained their linear dispersions with curvature corrections, effective masses as well as velocities in particle-hole excitations of pairs and unpaired fermions. Such a type of particle-hole excitations display a novel separation of collective motions of bosonic modes within paired and unpaired fermions. Finally, we also discuss magnon excitations in the spin sector and the application of Bragg spectroscopy for testing such separated charge excitation modes of pairs and single fermions. 相似文献
