Using a cosmological black hole model proposed recently, we have calculated the quasi-local mass of a collapsing structure within a cosmological setting due to different definitions put forward in the last decades to see how similar or different they are. It has been shown that the mass within the horizon follows the familiar Brown–York behavior. It increases, however, outside the horizon again after a short decrease, in contrast to the Schwarzschild case. Further away, near the void, outside the collapsed region, and where the density reaches the background minimum, all the mass definitions roughly coincide. They differ, however, substantially far from it. Generically, we are faced with three different Brown–York mass maxima: near the horizon, around the void between the overdensity region and the background, and another at cosmological distances corresponding to the cosmological horizon. While the latter two maxima are always present, the horizon mass maxima is absent before the onset of the central singularity. 相似文献

The electronic structure and magnetism of layered oxyselenide La(2)Mn(2)Se(2)O(3) have been studied by using first-principles calculations within the generalized gradient approximation (GGA) and GGA + U methods. The G-type antiferromagnetic (AF) state is calculated to be the most stable phase among the various magnetic configurations of interest, irrespective of the choice of the functional used, which is in good agreement with the experiments. In contrast to La(2)Fe(2)Se(2)O(3) and La(2)Co(2)Se(2)O(3), in which the AF states show metallic behavior under the GGA method, we predict the ground state of La(2)Mn(2)Se(2)O(3) is a semiconductor with an indirect band gap of ~0.52 eV via the GGA calculations. This is closely related to a closed shell configuration and large exchange splitting (~3.5 eV) in the Mn 3d states. Moreover, the magnetic properties are also discussed in terms of the calculated Heisenberg spin exchange constants, suggesting that La(2)Mn(2)Se(2)O(3) is a strong two-dimensional magnetically frustrated system. 相似文献

Biomimetic compound eyes with a high numerical aperture on a curved surface were successfully fabricated by intelligent integration of traditional top-down and bottom-up micro- and nanofabrication methods together. In addition, the new hybrid micro- and nanofabrication method allows us to fabricate the antireflective nanostructures on each ommatidium to increase its vision sensitivity by improving the light transmission. The fabricated compound eye was optically characterized and was shown to have a numerical aperture of 0.77 for each ommatidium. Furthermore, it is shown that the transmission of the compound eye can be improved by 2.3% for the wavelength of 632.8 nm and a clearer image can be formed by the fabricated compound eye with antireflective nanostructures compared with that without antireflective nanostructures. In addition, the developed hybrid manufacturing method can be adapted to the fabrication of other complex micro- and nanodevices for photonics or other research areas. 相似文献

We demonstrate a high-power UV 278 nm laser by fourth-harmonic generation (FHG) of a 1112 nm Nd:YAG laser in a nonlinear optical (NLO) crystal CsB3O5 (CBO) for the first time, to our best knowledge. A 30 W level diode-pumped Q-switched Nd:YAG laser at 1112 nm with beam quality factor M2=1.2 was used as the fundamental light source at a pulse width of 500 ns. With an LiB3O5 crystal, the 1112 nm laser was first frequency-doubled to 556 nm with an average output power of 13.5 W. It was then frequency doubled again in a CBO crystal to obtain the FHG output at 278 nm. The maximum average output power of the 278 nm laser is up to 1.5 W. The results demonstrated that CBO crystal is a promising NLO material for UV high-power lasers below 300 nm. 相似文献

用3只976 nm半导体激光短列阵作为子模块,研制出连续工作的百瓦级高亮度光纤耦合模块。首先,利用光束转换器将每个半导体激光短列阵进行光束整形;然后采用空间复用技术将3个半导体激光短列阵在光参数积小的方向上叠加,并利用倒置伽利略望远镜作为扩束器进一步压缩发散角;最后利用优化结构的透镜组将激光聚焦到芯径200 μm,数值孔径为0.22的光纤中。测量结果显示:聚焦后激光的发散角为24.8°,焦平面的光斑尺寸为175.2 μm;耦合后测量光纤出光功率可达107 W,对应亮度为2.23 MW/(cm2·sr),达到了国内利用列阵进行光纤耦合的领先水平;在工作电流为52.5 A时,电光转换效率为43.1%,远高于全固态等激光器;最后测量本模块在不同驱动电流时的光谱,并以此计算出模块的热阻为1.29 K/W,说明它的散热性能良好。结果表明,本光纤耦合模块适合应用于泵浦光纤激光器、医疗和激光加工等领域。 相似文献

重力再循环供液是指蒸发器依靠制冷剂自身的重力送入蒸发器,在供液高度大于蒸发器对制冷剂的阻力情况下,部分制冷剂液体在蒸发器和气液分离器所形成的回路中再循环。由于再循环作用不需要外加动力,并强化管内制冷剂的沸腾换热,蒸发器的效率得以明显提高。文中介绍了重力再循环供液制冷系统和蒸发器的结构,提出采用J.Chawla关系式和Shah关联式相结合的方法预测再循环蒸发器制冷剂侧的换热系数。采用空气侧热平衡法,对直接膨胀供液和重力再循环供液制冷系统分别进行了多蒸发温度下的性能测试。表明重力再循环供液制冷系统比直接膨胀供液制冷系统的制冷量平均增加26%,COP平均增加18%,蒸发温度平均升高1.1℃,传热系数是直接供液的1.57倍。J.Chawla关系式和Shah关联式相结合预测再循环蒸发器制冷剂侧的换热系数,其曲线结构与实验值近似,平均误差不大于20.6%。文章还对各热工参数的变化原因进行了分析。 相似文献
