高效毛细管电泳的电导检测和紫外光度检测研究

本文自制商效毛细管电泳装置.研究了毛细管区带电泳电导检测和毛细管胶束电动色谱紫外光度检测。在电导检测中,制作铂丝微电导池,并由用电池隔膜制作的导电接口连接电泳毛细管和电导池,高压被有效隔离,实现柱后电导检测,用内径200μm、长70cm(到接口)石英毛细管在10kV电压下分离检测Li~-、Na~-、K~-。在电动色谱中将高效液相色谱仪与高压电源组成电泳装置,用内径100μm,长50cm(到检测器)石英毛细管和SDS胶束溶液在14kV电压下分离检测电中性化合物。     

Synthesis and magnetic properties of copper(II)-MII-copper(II) trinuclear complexes with N,N′-bis(2-aminoethyl)oxamidocopper(II) [M = Co and Ni]

Summary Two novel trinuclear complexes were prepared, namely [Cu₂(oxae)₂(H₂O)₂M] (ClO₄)₂, [oxae = N,N-bis(2-aminoethyl) oxamido dianion; M = Co and Ni]. Based on elemental analyses, conductivity measurements and i.r. spectra, the complexes are proposed to have extended oxamidobridged structures. The magnetic susceptibility of [Cu₂-(oxae) ₂(H₂O)₂Co](ClO₄)₂ were measured over the 4–300 K range and the observed data were successfully simulated by an equation based on the spin Hamiltonian, =–2J(₁·₂·₂·₃). The exchange integral, J, was found to be equal to –29.2 cm^–1, indicating an antiferromagnetic spin-exchange interaction between the adjacent metal ions.     

A model of adsorption at liquid-solid interface involving association in the bulk phase

A model of monolayer adsorption of binary liquid mixtures on homogeneous and heterogeneous solid surfaces involving association of one component in the bulk phase is discussed. Suitable model calculations, illustrating association and heterogeneity effects, have been performed according to an equation derived for adsorption excess. This equation has been examined by using the experimental data of adsorption of alcohols from benzene andn-heptane on silica gel.

Adsorptionsmodell für die Grenzfläche Feststoff-Flüssigkeit unter Berücksichtigung der Assoziation in der Flüssigkeitsphase

Zusammenfassung Es wird ein Adsorptionsmodell binärer, flüssiger Mischungen an homogenen und heterogenen Oberflächen von Feststoffen unter Beachtung der Assoziation eines der Bestandteile in der Flüssigkeitsphase diskutiert. Mit der aus dem Oberflächenüberschuß abgeleiteten Gleichung wurden entsprechende Modellberechnungen durchgeführt, die die mit Assoziation und Heterogenität verbundenen Effekte illustrieren. Die Gleichung wurde für die experimentellen Daten der Alkoholadsorption aus Benzol undn-Heptan an Kieselgel überprüft.

健康猕猴血液和毛发微量元素含量的正常值测定和差异比较

对猕猴(Macaca mulatta)血液和毛发的镁、锰、钼、镍、铅、铬、镉、锌、铁、铜、钙等11种元素的含量，用电感耦合高频等离子体发射光谱仪进行了测定．给出了各个元素在血液和毛发中的平均含量值和变动范围．指出毛发中的微量元素含量一般较血液为高，且变动较小．与人体内含量比较，猴毛发的Cu、Mo、CA、Ni的含量与人发接近；猴血液的Zn、Fe、Ca、Mn、Ca亦与人的接近．对猴血液微量元素含量随年龄、体重、性别变化及血液含量和毛发含量的相关关系进行了统计学检验．通过对测定值的比较分析，认为尽管动物体内的微量元素含量随种类、环境、个体差异变化较大，就群体平均含量而言，仍存在着相似的变化规律。本文的测定结果对了解猕猴对微量元素的需要提供了初步依据．     

正交试验法优化CS汽化吸附条件

通过正交试验设计,优化了影响西埃斯(CS)标准样品管制备的参数:汽化温度、采样流速、采样时间。结果表明,CS标准样品管的最佳吸附条件为汽化吸附温度:260℃,采样N2流速:330mL/min,采样时间:15min。在15~1500ng范围内,色谱峰面积与进样量有良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9995,检出限为6.0ng。     

高效液相色谱法测定细胞分裂素的方法研究

利用高效液相色谱法测定水稻愈伤组织和微生物发酵产品中的玉米素，二氢玉米素，核糖基玉米素和核糖基二氢玉米素。样品用抽提液抽提，经Ｂｉｏ－Ｒｅｘ７０弱阳离子交换柱和ＸＡＤ－７／Ｓｅｐ－ｐａｋＣ１８复合柱净化和富集后，直接用ＨＰＬＣ分析，方法回收率达９４％～８４％，相对标准偏差小于３．３％。最低检测限达２．０ｎｇ。

在硅磷酸镧中Ce^3＋离子对Tb^3＋离子的敏化

实验表明在La2O3·0.01SiO2·0.95P2O5基质中Ce^3 对Tb^3 有强的敏化作用。254nm紫外光激发下温度对Tb^3 激活的Ce^3 、Tb^3 共激活试样的发射强度的Ce^3 、Tb^3 共激活的试样Tb^3 的^5D4→^7F6:5:4跃迁的发射强度随湿度的变化。计算了Ce^3 到Tb^3 的能量传递效率。初步探讨了Ce对Tb的能量传递机理。     

A spectroscopic study on the 12-heteropolyacids of molybdenum and tungsten (H3PMo12−nWnO40) combined with cetylpyridinium bromide in the epoxidation of cyclopentene

The epoxidation of cyclopentene with hydrogen peroxide catalyzed by 12-heteropolyacids of molybdenum and tungsten (H₃PMo_12−nW_nO₄₀, n = 1–11), 12-tungstophosphoric acid and 12-molybdophosphoric acid combined with cetylpyridinium bromide as a phase transfer reagent was carried out in acetonitrile. Among 13 heteropolyacids investigated, catalyst of H₃PMo₆W₆O₄₀ showed the highest activity, giving a conversion of 60% and a selectivity of 95% in the epoxidation of cyclopentene. The fresh catalysts and the catalysts under reaction condition were characterized by UV–vis, FT-IR and ³¹P NMR spectroscopy, which has revealed that all of the molybdotungstophosphoric acids were degraded in the presence of hydrogen peroxide to form a considerable amount of phosphorus-containing species. The active species resulted from H₃PMo₆W₆O₄₀ are new kinds of phosphorus-containing species, which is different from {PO₄[WO(O₂)₂]₄}³⁻.
