The potential energy surfaces of the HCl(H2O)n (n is the number of water molecules) clusters are systematically explored using density functional theory and high‐level ab initio computations. On the basis of electronic energies, the number of water molecules needed for HCl dissociation is four as reported by some experimental groups. However, this number is five owing to the inclusion of entropic factors. Wiberg bond indices are calculated and analyzed, and the results provide a quadratic correlation and classification of clusters according to the nondissociated, partially dissociated, and fully dissociated character of the H?Cl bond. Our computations show that if temperature is not controlled during the experiment, the values obtained for the dipole moment (or for any measurable property) are susceptible to change, providing a different picture of the number of water molecules needed for HCl dissociation in a nanoscopic droplet.  相似文献

We report the first example of an AIEgen (DPP-BO) with fluorescence–phosphorescence dual emission under mechanical stimulation. By carefully analyzing the crystal structure of DPP-BO, the efficient intermolecular and intramolecular interactions should account for its unique mechanoluminescence (ML) properties, especially the abnormal phosphorescence, as further confirmed by controlled experiments and theoretical calculations for the presence of ISC transitions. These results provide important information for understanding the complex ML process, possibly opening up a new way to study the inherent mechanism of ML by broadening the application of AIEgens.  相似文献

Database searching is the technique of choice for shotgun proteomics, and to date much research effort has been spent on improving its effectiveness. However, database searching faces a serious challenge of efficiency, considering the large numbers of mass spectra and the ever fast increase in peptide databases resulting from genome translations, enzymatic digestions, and post‐translational modifications. In this study, we conducted systematic research on speeding up database search engines for protein identification and illustrate the key points with the specific design of the pFind 2.1 search engine as a running example. Firstly, by constructing peptide indexes, pFind achieves a speedup of two to three compared with that without peptide indexes. Secondly, by constructing indexes for observed precursor and fragment ions, pFind achieves another speedup of two. As a result, pFind compares very favorably with predominant search engines such as Mascot, SEQUEST and X!Tandem. Copyright © 2010 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

煤层气井水力压裂效果受煤层条件、煤层气井条件、压裂施工参数等影响,压裂效果难以预测.通过对煤层气井压裂后累积增产量分析,从中确定出煤层厚度、煤层深度、煤层渗透率等26个影响煤层气井压裂效果的因素.运用灰色关联法筛选主要因素和次主要因素,并分别建立不同的隶属函数用于专家系统的知识库建立,形成一种灰色理论结合专家系统的煤层气井压裂效果预测方法.将方法运用与鄂尔多斯某区块,对200组测试数据进行计算,预测错误率仅为3.5%.计算结果表明,方法预测结果准确可靠,可为煤层气井压裂优化提供指导.  相似文献

DFT calculations have been performed on the palladium‐catalyzed carboiodination reaction. The reaction involves oxidative addition, alkyne insertion, C?N bond cleavage, and reductive elimination. For the alkylpalladium iodide intermediate, LiOtBu stabilizes the intermediate in non‐polar solvents, thus promoting reductive elimination and preventing β‐hydride elimination. The C?N bond cleavage process was explored and the computations show that PPh3 is not bound to the Pd center during this step. Experimentally, it was demonstrated that LiOtBu is not necessary for the oxidative addition, alkyne insertion, or C?N bond cleavage steps, lending support to the conclusions from the DFT calculations. The turnover‐limiting steps were found to be C?N bond cleavage and reductive elimination, whereas oxidative addition, alkyne insertion, and formation of the indole ring provide the driving force for the reaction.  相似文献

Three new cobalt–ruthenium heterometallic molecular rectangles, 1 – 3 , were synthesized through the coordination‐driven self‐assembly of a new cobalt sandwich donor, (η5‐Cp)Co[C4trans‐Ph2(4‐Py)2] (L ; Cp: cyclopentyl; Py: pyridine), and one of three dinuclear precursors, [(p‐cymene)2Ru2(OO∩OO)2Cl2] [OO∩OO: oxalato ( A1 ), 5,8‐dioxido‐1,4‐naphthoquinone ( A2 ), or 6,11‐dioxido‐5,12‐naphthacenedione ( A3 )]. All of the self‐assembled architectures were isolated in very good yield (92–94 %) and were fully characterized by spectroscopic analysis; the molecular structures of 2 and 3 were determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. The anticancer activities of bimetallic rectangles 1 – 3 were evaluated with a 3‐[4,5‐dimethylthiazol‐2‐yl]‐2,5‐diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay, an autophagy assay, and Western blotting. Rectangles 1 – 3 showed higher cytotoxicity than doxorubicin in AGS human gastric carcinoma cells. In addition, the autophagic activities and apoptotic cell death ratios were increased in AGS cells by treatment with 1 – 3 ; the rectangles induced autophagosome formation by promoting LC3‐I to LC3‐II conversion and apoptotic cell death by increasing caspase‐3/7 activity. Our results suggest that rectangles 1 – 3 induce gastric cancer cell death by modulating autophagy and apoptosis and that they have potential use as agents for the treatment of human gastric cancer.  相似文献

Poly(butylene succinate) (PBSu) and two poly(butylene succinate‐co‐propylene succinate)s were synthesized via the direct polycondensation reaction. The copolyesters were characterized as having 7.0.and 11.5 mol % propylene succinate (PS) units, respectively, by 1H NMR. A differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and a polarized light microscope (PLM) adopted to study the nonisothermal crystallization of these polyesters at a cooling rate of 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, and 10 °C/min. Morphology and the isothermal growth rates of spherulites under PLM experiments were monitored and obtained by curve‐fitting. These continuous rate data were analyzed with the Lauritzen?Hoffman equation. A transition of regime II → III was found at 95.6, 84.4, and 77.3 °C for PBSu, PBPSu 95/5, and PBPSu 90/10, respectively. DSC exothermic curves show that all of the nonisothermal crystallization occurred in regime III. DSC data were analyzed using modified Avrami, Ozawa, Mo, Friedman, and Vyazovkin equations. All the results of PLM and DSC measurements indicate that incorporation of minor PS units into PBSu markedly inhibits the crystallization of the resulting polymer. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
