针对目前砝码检定工作操作过程复杂、检定效率低等问题,设计了一种基于LabVIEW的砝码自动检定系统。在符合砝码检定规程的情况下,系统实现了检定数据实时采集、数据处理、生成原始记录、管理标准器、查询历史数据和衡器控制等功能。相对现有的砝码检定方法有操作简单、高效、程序移植性好等优点。系统由主控计算机、串口转无线扩展卡、多台衡器设备及相应的标准砝码装置组成。通过使用串口转Wi-Fi模块,系统可实现控制多台衡器设备的需求。实验结果证明,系统运行稳定可靠,采集数据准确,容易扩展,且大幅度减轻了检定人员的劳动强度,在计量检定工作中具有一定的实用和推广价值。 相似文献

提出了三种基于少模光纤的全光纤熔融模式选择耦合器. 根据模式匹配原理采用单模光纤与少模光纤熔融连接方式, 运用耦合模理论及光束传播法模拟分析了模式选择耦合器的结构参数对模式选择及耦合特性的影响, 实现了单模光纤中基模到少模光纤中不同阶模式的转换, 以满足不同的应用需求. 实验上以2× 2熔融光纤耦合器为例, 采用对称和非对称熔融拉锥方式, 分别实现了从基模到LP11, LP21模式的转换. 实验结果表明所得到的LP11, LP21模式在1530–1560 nm的波长带宽范围内均有较高的模式纯净度, 且模式耦合效率高于80%, 与理论模拟结果基本一致. 相似文献

A novel α‐zirconium phosphate/polyaniline (α‐ZrP/PANI) hybrid film used as K+ ion sensor was fabricated on carbon paper by electrochemical method. Mechanisms of film formation and detection of K+ ions were also proposed. The exfoliated α‐ZrP was mixed with PANI and deposited on carbon paper. The resultant α‐ZrP/PANI film exhibited a good current response to K+ ion with different concentrations. It also showed a wide logarithmic linear response in detecting K+ ions in the ranges of 10?8–10?4 M and 10?4–10?2 M, respectively. A cathodic stripping voltammetry (CSV) method has been developed to determine water content in organic solvents based on electrooxidation of a gold electrode in the presence of water to form gold oxides upon anodic polarizations. Following cathodic potential scan, a sharp reductive stripping peak of gold oxides is generated and the magnitude of the peak current is related to the water content in the organic solvents. The method has been applied for determination of water in four commonly used water miscible organic solvents, acetonitrile, tetrahydrofuran, acetone and glacial acetic acid, with limits of detection of 60, 10, 40 and 10 ppm, respectively. 相似文献

Schistosomiasis is a neglected disease with large geographic distribution worldwide. Among the several different species of this parasite, S. mansoni is the most common and relevant one; its pathogenesis is also known to vary according to the worms' strain. High parasitical virulence is directly related to granulomatous reactions in the host's liver, and might be influenced by one or more molecules involved in a specific metabolic pathway. Therefore, better understanding the metabolic profile of these organisms is necessary, especially for an increased potential of unraveling strain virulence mechanisms and resistance to existing treatments. In this report, MALDI‐MSI and the metabolomic platform were employed to characterize and differentiate two Brazilian S. mansoni strains: males and females from Belo Horizonte (BH) and from Sergipe (SE). By performing direct analysis, it is possible to distinguish the sex of adult worms, as well as identify the spatial distribution of chemical markers. Phospholipids, diacylglycerols and triacylglycerols were located in specific structures of the worms' bodies, such as tegument, suckers, reproductive and digestive systems. Lipid profiles were found to be different both between strains and males or females, giving specific metabolic fingerprints for each group. This indicates that biochemical characterization of adult S. mansoni may help narrowing‐down the investigation of new therapeutic targets according to worm composition, molecule distribution and, therefore, aggressiveness of disease. Polymers based on styrene (STY) and divinylbenzene (DVB) are widely used for water treatment. The chemical modification of these materials, with the introduction of chemical groups, increases their selectivity for certain types of contaminants. The incorporation of magnetic particles makes these systems useful for removing contaminants from aquifers, due to their magnetic attraction of certain residues. In this work, STY–DVB resins (unmodified, sulfonated, and impregnated with nickel and cobalt particles) were analyzed by thermogravimetry. The thermal stabilities of all the samples were compared, showing that sulfonation reduces the thermal stability of the resin, but the incorporation of metal particles restores that stability, with the extent of this recovery depending on the type of metal. This result shows that even when the incorporation of metal particles does not involve removal of contaminants by magnetic attraction, this inclusion is still justified because it increases the material’s thermal stability and also makes it more efficient for removing certain types of non-metallic contaminants, as observed in a previous study. Besides this, the thermogravimetric analysis was highly useful to ascertain the changes caused to the materials, including allowing inferences on the semi-quantitative results of the degree of sulfonation and confirming that metal compounds are not only physical mixtures. 相似文献
