A novel near infrared (NIR) modeling method—Laplacian regularized least squares regression (LapRLSR) was presented, which can take the advantage of many unlabeled spectra to promote the prediction performance of the model even if there are only few calibration samples. Using LapRLSR modeling, NIR spectral analysis was applied to the online monitoring of the concentration of salvia acid B in the column separation of Salvianolate. The results demonstrated that LapRLSR outperformed partial least squares (PLS) significantly, and NIR online analysis was applicable.  相似文献

Unlike the lithiation of N-Boc-2-alkylpiperidines, which occurs at the 6-position, N-Boc-2-phenylpiperidine and N-Boc-2-phenylpyrrolidine can be lithiated exclusively at the 2-position. The tertiary carbanions can be trapped with a variety of electrophiles. This chemistry was used for the synthesis of a potent NK1 ligand (Ki = 0.3 nM). The bioactive configuration at the piperidine quaternary center was determined by X-ray analysis to be (S).  相似文献

Polyurethane (PU) cationomers have been synthesized by quaternizing tertiary amine-containing linear polyurethanes using different quaternizers containing acid groups. The effect of chemical structure of PU cationomers on the physical properties was studied. The mechanical properties of PU cationomers were improved with decreasing molecular weight of poly(caprolactone) glycol, and increasing concentration of quaternary ammonium. Decreasing the carbon number in the alkyl group of the N-alkyl diethanol-amine chain-extenders, and using rigid symmetrical diisocyanates, the mechanical properties of the PU cationomers were increased. The effects of these factors on the glass transition temperature of PU cationomers were also examined. The mechanical properties of the PU cationomers decreased by immersion in water and recovered after removal of the water.  相似文献

After the three-dimensional self-affine fractal random surface simulation, we use the optical scattering theory to calculate the deep Fresnel region speckle(DFRS) under consideration of the more strict shadowing effect. The evolution of DFRS with the scattering distance and the intensity probability distribution are studied. It is found that the morphology of the scatterer has an antisymmetric relationship with the intensity distribution of DFRS, and the effect of micro-lenses on the scattering surface causes the intensity probability distribution of DFRS to deviate from the Gaussian speckle in the high light intensity area.  相似文献

以抑制型电导离子色谱法检测四甲基氢氧化铵溶液中痕量碱金属和碱土金属离子.色谱条件为:IonPac CS12A阳离子交换色谱柱,20mmol/L甲烷磺酸淋洗液等度淋洗,抑制型电导检测.稀释液样品通过Dionex OnGuardⅡ氢型聚苯乙烯基强酸性树脂柱和0.22μm微孔尼龙膜处理.该方法的检测限(S/N=3)在0.024μg/L~0.156μg/L之间,标准曲线在低ng/L到低μg/L范围内呈现良好线性,RSD在10%左右,回收率为88%~115%.  相似文献

Energy storage is an important adjustment method to improve the economy and reliability of a power system. Due to the complexity of the coupling relationship of elements such as the power source, load, and energy storage in the microgrid, there are problems of insufficient performance in terms of economic operation and efficient dispatching. In view of this, this paper proposes an energy storage configuration optimization model based on reinforcement learning and battery state of health assessment. Firstly, a quantitative assessment of battery health life loss based on deep learning was performed. Secondly, on the basis of considering comprehensive energy complementarity, a two-layer optimal configuration model was designed to optimize the capacity configuration and dispatch operation. Finally, the feasibility of the proposed method in microgrid energy storage planning and operation was verified by experimentation. By integrating reinforcement learning and traditional optimization methods, the proposed method did not rely on the accurate prediction of the power supply and load and can make decisions based only on the real-time information of the microgrid. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of the proposed method and existing methods were analyzed, and the results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the performance of dynamic planning for energy storage in microgrids.  相似文献

Enterovirus 71 (EV71) is a dominant pathogenic agent that may cause severe central nervous system (CNS) diseases among infants and young children in the Asia-pacific. The inflammasome is closely implicated in EV71-induced CNS injuries through a series of signaling pathways. However, the activation pathway of NLRP3 inflammasome involved in EV71-mediated CNS injuries remains poorly defined. In the studies, EV71 infection, ERK1/2 phosphorylation, and activation of NLRP3 are abolished in glioblastoma cells with low vimentin expression by CRISPR/Cas9-mediated knockdown. PD098059, an inhibitor of p-ERK, remarkably blocks the vimentin-mediated ERK1/2 phosphorylation in EV71-infected cells. Nuclear translocation of NF-κB p65 is dependent on p-ERK in a time-dependent manner. Moreover, NLRP3 activation and caspase-1 production are limited in EV71-infected cells upon the caffeic acid phenethyl ester (CAPE) administration, an inhibitor of NF-κB, which contributes to the inflammasome regulation. In conclusion, these results suggest that EV71-mediated NLRP3 inflammasome could be activated via the VIM-ERK-NF-κB pathway, and the treatment of the dephosphorylation of ERK and NF-κB inhibitors is beneficial to host defense in EV71-infected CNS.  相似文献

快速发展的二维层状材料为构建新型高效的微纳发光器件和光电探测器件提供了新的平台.其中碲化镓纳米片备受关注,这是因为碲化镓从少层到块体都具有极强的发光性能,因而可以降低二维微纳器件的制备条件.然而碲化镓纳米片具有单斜和六方等多种晶相,使其发光特性和光谱结构异常复杂,目前还缺少对不同厚度碲化镓纳米片荧光光谱的系统研究.本文研究了不同厚度碲化镓纳米片的荧光光谱和拉曼光谱,以及荧光光谱从低温(4 K)到室温的演化行为.通过光谱分析,发现单斜晶相和六方晶相可能同时共存于多层碲化镓纳米片中.为了阐述相关实验结果,构建了如下原子结构模型:其中六方晶相位于纳米片的顶层与底层,而单斜晶相位于纳米片的中间位置.基于温度依赖的荧光光谱,可以获得六方晶相的光学带隙为1.849 eV,且该激子峰只能在较高温度(>200 K)下和声子辅助下才能表现出显著的荧光发射行为.进一步的实验结果确定了六方晶相的激子-声子相互作用强度约为1.24 meV/K.本工作证实了碲化镓纳米片中单斜晶相与六方晶相共存的实验现象,为研究碲化镓纳米片的晶相变化和激子动力学,以及探究碲化镓的奇异物理化学特性,提供了新的见解.  相似文献

Flexible Na-ion storage cathodes are still very few due to the challenge in achieving both reliable mechanical flexibility and excellent electrochemical performances.Herein,a new type of flexible Na_3(VOPO_4)_2F cathode with nanocubes tightly assembled on carbon cloth is fabricated by a facile solvothe rmal method for the first time.The cathode is able to exhibit superior rate capability and stable cycling performa nce up to 1000 cycles,due to the surface-assembling of crystalline nanocubes on carbon fibers.In addition,it shows good mechanical flexibility,nearly no capacity decay is observed after continuous bending of 500 times.With this novel cathode and a directly-grown Na_2Ti_2O_5 anode,a fully binde r-free Na-ion battery is assembled.It can deliver a high wo rking voltage and increased gravimetric energy/power densities(maximum values:220.2 Wh/kg;5674,7 W/kg),and can power a LED indicator at bending angles fro m 0° to 180°.  相似文献
