Several new methyl substituted poly(aryl ether ketone)s containing sulfone linkage with inherent viscosities of 0.62–0.84 dL/g have been prepared from 4,4′‐bis(2‐methylphenoxy)diphenylsulfone and 4,4′‐bis(3‐methylphenoxy)diphenylsulfone with terephthaloyl chloride and isophthaloyl chloride by electrophilic Friedel‐Crafts acylation in the presence of DMF with anhydrous AlCl3 as a catalyst in 1,2‐dichloroethane, respectively. These polymers having weight‐average molecular weight in the range of 71,000–49,000 are all amorphous and show high glass transition temperatures ranging from 167 °C to 191 °C, excellent thermal stability at temperatures over 400 °C in air or nitrogen, high char yields of 51–58% in nitrogen and good solubility in CHCl3 and polar solvents such as DMF, DMSO and NMP at room temperature. 相似文献

利用Tb3 离子的发光, 研究了Tb3 与拟南芥钙调素 (CaM)结合的荧光光谱及荧光滴定曲线特点, 然后利用Tb3 4*CaM系统在221 nm直接激发和280 nm敏化激发的光谱变化研究了Ca2 , La3 和Al3 与拟南芥钙调素 (CaM) 的竞争结合作用. 结果表明: Tb3 , La3 与钙调素的竞争结合能力强于Ca2 , 而Tb3 的竞争结合力又大于La3 , Ca2 与钙调素的结合力远大于Al3 . 竞争实验的结果从分子水平上揭示了Tb3 , La3 和Al3 等金属离子生物效应可能的分子机制. 相似文献

The polymer bound Schiff‐base ligand (PS‐SalGlu) has been prepared from polystyrene bound salicylaldehyde and glutamic acid, and its complex (PS‐SalGlu‐Co) has also been synthesized. The polymer ligand and its complex were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, small area X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and inductively coupled plasma‐atomic emission spectro (ICP‐AFS). In the presence of the complex, cyclohexene can be effectively oxidized by molecular oxygen without reductant. The long‐chain linear aliphatic olefins, such as 1‐octene, 1‐decene, 1‐dodecene and 1‐tetradecene, can be directly oxidized by molecular oxygen catalyzed by PS‐SalGlu‐Co, which affords the 1,2‐epoxy alkane. High-speed counter-current chromatography was used to isolate and purify honokiol and magnolol from cortex Magnoliae Officinalis (Magnolia officinalis Rehd. et Wils.), a plant used in the traditional Chinese medicine. A crude sample, 150 mg, was successfully separated with a two-phase solvent system composed of n-hexane-ethyl acetate-methanol-water (1:0.4:1:0.4, v/v), and the fractions were analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography. The separation produced 80 and 45 mg of honokiol and magnolol with purities of 99.2 and 98.2%, respectively, in 2.5 h. 相似文献

Ab initio valence bond method is employed to quantitatively study the concepts of ionic resonance energy and ionicity of a chemical bond in the cases of hydrides XH(X=Li,Be,B,C,N,O,F) and fluorides XF(X=Li,Be,B),By establishing the relationship between resonance and stability,and comparing the calculated ionicities with Pauling‘s earlier estimations in the above diatomic molecules,the merits of Pauling‘s classical resonance theory were demonstrated at the ab initio level. 相似文献

A sensitive procedure for the determination of estrogens in urine has been developed, using enzymatic hydrolysis and ether extraction followed by capillary gas chromatography with negative chemical ionisation mass spectrometry (GC/NCI-MS) of the pentafluorobenzoyl derivatives. These derivatives were superior for GC/NCI-MS to trifluoroacetyl, heptafluorobutyl, pentadecafluorooctanoyl and perfluorotolyl derivatives, giving characteristic negative molecular ions as the base peak for each of the naturally occurring estrogens estrone, estradiol and estriol, and for the synthetic estrogen ethynylestradiol used in contraceptive pills. The method was also suitable for determination of some metabolites of estrone and estradiol. The specificity and sensitivity of the GC/NCI-MS method simplifies sample preparation. Recovery of spiked samples was in the range 84-101% for the natural estrogens based on additions to increase the concentration by 5 and 1 microg L(-1). The repeatability of the method was 1-8% for all estrogens. 相似文献

Densities have been measured for the electrolyte (NaCl, NaBr and NaI)‐monosaccharide (D ‐mannose and D‐ribose)‐water solutions at 298.15 K. These data have been used to calculate the apparent molar volumes of the saccharides (VΦ,S) and electrolytes (VΦ,E) in the studied solutions. Infinite dilution apparent molar volumes, VΦ,S0 and VΦ,E0, have been evaluated, together with the standard transfer volumes of the saccharides (ΔtVS0) from water to aqueous electrolyte solutions and those of the electrolytes (ΔtVE0) from water to aqueous saccharide solutions. It was shown that both the ΔtVS0 and ΔtVE0 values are positive and increase with increasing molalities of sodium halides and saccharides, respectively. Overall, the ΔtVS0 and ΔtVE0 values have the order of NaCl > NaBr > NaI except for NaI‐ribose and NaI‐ribose. Volumetric interaction parameters for the electrolyte‐monosaccharide pairs in water were obtained and interpreted by the stereochemistry of the monosaccharide molecules and the structural interaction model. 相似文献
