A novel parallel source implementation approach to near-infrared tomography is demonstrated through spectral encoding of the light delivery. This new technique allows many sources to be input into the tissue at the same time, and a high-resolution spectrometer is used to spatially spread out the signals from each spectrally encoded source. The parallel sampling of all sources at all detection locations renders rapid imaging. Acquisition of complete tomographic data sets at a video rate of 35 frames/s is achieved for imaging of a 6.35 mm diameter inclusion with an absorption coefficient of 0.01 mm(-1) and a reduced scattering coefficient of 1.5 mm(-1) that is moving along a circular path inside a 1% Intralipid solution.  相似文献

Particulate matter 2.5 (PM2.5) exposure can trigger adverse health outcomes in the human skin, such as skin aging, wrinkles, pigment spots, and atopic dermatitis. PM2.5 is associated with mitochondrial damage and the generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS). Hesperidin is a bioflavonoid that exhibits antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. This study aimed to determine the mechanism underlying the protective effect of hesperidin on human HaCaT keratinocytes against PM2.5-induced mitochondrial damage, cell cycle arrest, and cellular senescence. Human HaCaT keratinocytes were pre-treated with hesperidin and then treated with PM2.5. Hesperidin attenuated PM2.5-induced mitochondrial and DNA damage, G0/G1 cell cycle arrest, and SA-βGal activity, the protein levels of cell cycle regulators, and matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs). Moreover, treatment with a specific c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) inhibitor, SP600125, along with hesperidin markedly restored PM2.5-induced cell cycle arrest and cellular senescence. In addition, hesperidin significantly reduced the activation of MMPs, including MMP-1, MMP-2, and MMP-9, by inhibiting the activation of activator protein 1. In conclusion, hesperidin ameliorates PM2.5-induced mitochondrial damage, cell cycle arrest, and cellular senescence in human HaCaT keratinocytes via the ROS/JNK pathway.  相似文献

对于滤光片型或者二极管阵列型等采用非连续扫描方式工作的近红外光谱仪来说 ,如何快速、准确地进行定标波长的优选一直是很关键的问题 ,传统近红外定标波长的优选采用向前或者向后逐步多元线性回归方法 ,依据回归结果所给出的各个波长的t检验值进行定标波长的筛选 ,但是在实际应用中 ,被筛选掉的波长也可能是非常有用的定标波长 ,而增加波长的定标所给出的定标标准差往往会减小 ,但预测精度则不一定会提高。文章将组合数学中的组合生成算法和面向矩阵运算的计算机语言相结合运用于近红外最优回归定标波长的计算机选取 ,可以在较短的时间内完成最优波长组合的选取 ,由于最优波长组合的选取是在优选定标波长数一定的前提下进行比较而且以经回归定标分析确定定标标准差最小原则 ,所以由此得到的定标方程是稳健的。  相似文献

Ever since Au nanoparticles were developed as X-ray contrast agents, researchers have actively sought alternative nanoparticle-based imaging probes that are not only inexpensive but also safe for clinical use. Herein, we demonstrate that bioinert tantalum oxide nanoparticles are suitable nanoprobes for high-performance X-ray computed tomography (CT) imaging while simultaneously being cost-effective and meeting the criteria as a biomedical platform. Uniformly sized tantalum oxide nanoparticles were prepared using a microemulsion method, and their surfaces were readily modified using various silane derivatives through simple in situ sol-gel reaction. The silane-modified surface enabled facile immobilization of functional moieties such as polyethylene glycol (PEG) and fluorescent dye. PEG was introduced to endow the nanoparticles with biocompatibility and antifouling activity, whereas immobilized fluorescent dye molecules enabled simultaneous fluorescence imaging as well as X-ray CT imaging. The resulting nanoparticles exhibited remarkable performances in the in vivo X-ray CT angiography and bimodal image-guided lymph node mapping. We also performed an extensive study on in vivo toxicity of tantalum oxide nanoparticles, revealing that the nanoparticles did not affect normal functioning of organs.  相似文献

We studied the kinetics of the formation of iron oxide nanocrystals obtained from the solution-phase thermal decomposition of iron-oleate complex via the "heating-up" process. To obtain detailed information on the thermal decomposition process and the formation of iron oxide nanocrystals in the solution, we performed a thermogravimetric-mass spectrometric analysis (TG-MS) and in-situ magnetic measurements using SQUID. The TG-MS results showed that iron-oleate complex was decomposed at around 320 degrees C. The in-situ SQUID data revealed that the thermal decomposition of iron-oleate complex generates intermediate species, which seem to act as monomers for the iron oxide nanocrystals. Extensive studies on the nucleation and growth process using size exclusion chromatography, the crystallization yield data, and TEM showed that the sudden increase in the number concentration of the nanocrystals (burst of nucleation) is followed by the rapid narrowing of the size distribution (size focusing). We constructed a theoretical model to describe the "heating-up" process and performed a numerical simulation. The simulation results matched well with the experimental data, and furthermore they are well fitted to the well-known LaMer model that is characterized by the burst of nucleation and the separation of nucleation and growth under continuous monomer supply condition. Through this theoretical work, we showed that the "heating-up" and "hot injection" processes could be understood within the same theoretical framework in which they share the characteristics of nucleation and growth stages.  相似文献

We have surveyed the effects of different acid catalysts, reaction times, and temperatures on the yield, regioselectivity, and stereoselectivity and calculated the ketoxime isomerization and activation energy of the title compound. A facile synthetic procedure with good yields and good regio- and stereoselectivity for Beckmann rearrangement of oxime sulfonate with ZnCl2 in the presence of solvent is developed.  相似文献
