Barrier dielectric is an important part of atmospheric pressure dielectric barrier discharge (AP-DBD), which partly affects discharge characteristics. Conversely, discharge plasma also has influence on dielectric surface properties. To investigate this influence, some experiments were carried out on a home-built AP-DBD system with glass plate as barrier dielectric. Surface wettability was evaluated by water contact angles on a drop shape analysis system. The morphologies and chemical compositions of the glass sample surfaces were observed by field-emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) attached to FESEM. The results show that water contact angles decrease as discharge energy increases, micro-discharge etching zones are formed into glass surface and different from the control glass in surface micro-structure and chemical compositions. 相似文献

A novel efficient algorithm for motion detection in dynamic background was proposed. In image registration step, a feature-based and self-adaptive Sequential Similarity Detection Algorithm (SSDA) algorithm was proposed, which searches for matching position under constraints induced by image features with variational threshold. Then perform change detection by calculating and classifying the Mean Absolute Difference (MAD) around detected features in the middle frames of three consecutive images. Moving objects position was determined according to the rule that the feature from moving regions shows a lager MAD. Experiments on data sets of four typical scenes show that the improved registration algorithm is accurate and costs less than 0.4 s in computation, much faster compared with other four methods, and the proposed Dual Maximum Mean Absolute Difference Algorithm (DMMADA) can obtain a robust set of moving object features. Our algorithm can be used for fast detection of moving targets in dynamic background as well as change detection. 相似文献

A simple and effective liquid chromatography?Cmass spectrometry method was devoleped for mornitoring iodinated casein (IC) in feed premixes. In this method, iodothyronines released from IC upon sample hydrolysis were used as markers. Samples were treated with Na2S and hydrolyzed with Ba(OH)2??H2O followed by cleaned up using a SampliQ SPE cartridge. Chromatographic separation was achieved on a C18 column with isocratic elution using water (0.1% formic acid, v/v) and acetonitrile as the mobile phase. Ion detection was performed using electrospray ionization in positive mode using selected ion monitoring at m/z 606, 652, 732 and 778. IC levels were mornitored by qualitative analysis of the iodothyronines and quantification of thyroxine. Validation data demonstrated that the method was selective and sensitive (??0.5?mg?g?1) with acceptable accuracy (70.2?C128.2% recovery) and precison (RSD 5.5?C15.2%). 相似文献

基于Ti(Ⅳ)-二溴羟基苯基荧光酮(DBH-PF)-Triton X-100体系的荧光熄灭效应,提出一种测量微量钛(Ⅳ)的新荧光方法,在pH5.4~6.3的HAc-NaAc缓冲介质范围内和Trition X-100存在下,Ti(Ⅳ)与DBH-PF形成1:3的络合物,其最大激发波长和发射波长分别是365nm和560nm;钛(Ⅳ)量在4.0~100μg/L范围内与△F呈线性关系;检测限是4.0μg/L.方法用于人发和合金钢中微量钛的测定,结果满意. 相似文献
