Hydrosoluble trehalose lipid (a biosurfactant) was employed for the first time as a green extraction solution to extract the main antioxidant compounds (geniposidic acid, chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, and rutin) from functional plant tea (Eucommia ulmoides leaves). Single‐factor tests and response surface methodology were employed to optimize the extraction conditions for ultrasound‐assisted micellar extraction combined with ultra‐high‐performance liquid chromatography in succession. A Box‐Behnken design (three‐level, three‐factorial) was used to determine the effects of extraction solvent concentration (1–5 mg/mL), extraction solvent volume (5–15 mL), and extraction time (20–40 min) at a uniform ultrasonic power and temperature. In consequence, the best analyte extraction yields could be attained when the trehalose lipid solution concentration was prepared at 3 mg/mL, the trehalose lipid solution volume was 10 mL and the extraction time was set to 35 min. In addition, the recoveries of the antioxidants from Eucommia ulmoides leaves analyzed by this analytical method ranged from 98.2 to 102%. These results indicated that biosurfactant‐enhanced ultrasound‐assisted micellar extraction coupled with a simple ultra‐high‐performance liquid chromatography method could be effectively applied in the extraction and analysis of antioxidants from Eucommia ulmoides leaf samples. 相似文献

Differentiation of biologically important thiols, such as cysteine (Cys), homocysteine (Hcy), and glutathione (GSH) is still a challenging task. Herein, we present a novel fluorescent chemodosimeter capable of selectively detecting Cys over other biothiols including Hcy and GSH and other amino acids by a facile thiol‐Michael addition/transcyclization rearrangement cascade click process. The unique transcyclization step is critical for the selectivity as a result of the kinetically favorable formation of a six‐membered ring with the Cys Michael adduct. Moreover, the probe adopts a distinctive dual quenching mechanism—photoinduced electron transfer (PET) and photoinduced intramolecular charge transfer (ICT) to deliver a drastic turn‐on fluorescence response only at the Cys‐selective transcylization step. The judicious selection of strong electron‐withdrawing naphthalimide fluorophore with maleimide group enhances the electrophilicity and thus reactivity for the cascade process leading to fast detection and ultrasensitivity with a detection limit of 2.0 nm (S/N=3). Headspace solid phase microextraction coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (HS-SPME-GC-MS) has been applied to the determination of the volatile compounds of a common traditional Chinese medicine , Flos Chrysanthemi indici. Twenty-six compounds were identified by the present method, which are similar to the results from steam distillation. Difference in analysis from ten growing areas was found to be in their relative content and total concentrations. Four active compounds (cineole, 3-thujanone, borneol and bornyl acetate) were applied to the evaluation of the quality of Flos Chrysanthemi indici from different areas. By comparing their peak areas, it was found that Flos Chrysanthemi indici with the best quality was from Hangzhou in China. These results show that HS-SPME-GC-MS is a simple, rapid and solvent-free method for the analysis of the volatile compounds in this material and a potential tool for its quality assurance. 相似文献

为更深入地认识电晕放电低温等离子体中自由基的生成机理,以发射光谱测量为基础并结合背景气体淬灭率影响,研究了常压下喷嘴-平板电晕自由基簇射过程中放电参数、背景气体、电极气成分等因素对OH(A2S+→X2p, 0-0)发光的影响。结果表明:在放电参数影响中,放电电压及放电电流都会影响OH生成量,OH发光随功率增加而大大增强;在加湿氮气直流电晕放电中有明显的OH(A2S+→X2p, 0-0)光谱存在,但加湿空气条件下OH生成较少;载气增湿后OH生成量明显增多,而Ar和O2的存在分别增强和减弱了OH(A2S+→X2p, 0-0)发光,可能的原因是这两种物质影响了放电和OH(A2S+)的淬灭。 相似文献

In the work, 4‐mercaptophenylboronic acid (4‐MPBA)‐functionalized gold nanoparticles were synthesized via a facile approach. At first, gold nanoparticles (about 50 nm) were prepared by a simple and convenient hydrothermal method based on a polyol process. Then, gold nanoparticles were modified with 4‐MPBA by the well‐known reaction of Au with the thiol groups. The MPBA‐functionalized gold nanoparticles were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectra and UV/Vis adsorption spectra. Due to the fact that the boronic acid group on the surface of 4‐MPBA‐modified gold particles can form tight yet reversible covalent bonds with glycopeptides containing cis‐1,2‐diols groups, the MPBA‐modified gold nanoparticles were successfully applied to selective enrichment of glycopeptides. Isolation and enrichment of glycopeptides in a standard protein (asialofetuin and horseradish peroxidase) digestion and a complex sample were performed using MPBA‐modified gold nanoparticles, followed by matrix‐assisted laser desorption/ionization quadruple ion trap time‐of‐flight (MALDI‐QIT‐TOF) mass spectrometric analysis. The experimental results demonstrated that MPBA‐modified gold nanoparticles synthesized by the facile approach have the powerful potential for selective enrichment of glyciopeptides, and can be an alternative tool in glycoproteomics. 针对产品开发过程中某柴油车型发动机油底壳怠速时“呜呜”异响问题,通过噪声与振动的测试及仿真分析,对油底壳异响原因进行分析。结果表明,怠速时机油泵的工作激励频率与油底壳模态频率耦合,形成“呜呜”声,并通过油底壳表面辐射出来。进一步实验研究表明,随着机油温度的升高,机油泵功率、工作激励幅值会逐步减小,异响逐步减小。同时实验研究表明,机油量对油底壳模态频率有影响,油底壳内机油加注量越多,油底壳模态频率越低,油底壳表面振动幅值及异响均逐步减小。针对该异响问题,明确该发动机机油加注上限及下限时油底壳对应频率范围后,通过优化怠速转速,提高油底壳模态频率等使机油泵激励频率与油底壳模态频率避频,解决了该异响问题。 相似文献

In this paper,a Crank-Nicolson-type finite difference method is proposed for computing the soliton solutions of a complex modifed Korteweg de Vries(MKdV)equation(which is equivalent to the Sasa-Satsuma equation)with the vanishing boundary condition.It is proved that such a numerical scheme has the second order accuracy both in space and time,and conserves the mass in the discrete level.Meanwhile,the resuling scheme is shown to be unconditionally stable via the von Nuemann analysis.In addition,an iterative method and the Thomas algorithm are used together to enhance the computational efficiency.In numerical experiments,this method is used to simulate the single-soliton propagation and two-soliton collisions in the complex MKdV equation.The numerical accuracy,mass conservation and linear stability are tested to assess the scheme's performance. 相似文献
