Two types of rhodamine–naphthalimide sensors 1a–1c and RND with different polyamine linkers and terminal chains were designed and synthesized for different ratiometric detection of Fe(III) or Hg(II). The fluorescent properties including response time, pH effect, selectivity, anti-interference, fluorescence titration and reproducibility were investigated and compared in details. Sensor RND possessing two recognition groups of rhodamine and 1-(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)piperazine displayed good response and selectivity to Hg(II) with a detection limit of 1.72 μmol/L, whereas 1a–1c with piperidine instead of 1-(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)piperazine showed quite different recognition to Fe(III) and the detection limit of 1b was the lowest (1.92 μmol/L). The Hg(II)/Fe(III) chelation-induced dual/single recognition mechanisms as well as the structure–fluorescence properties relationships (SFPRs) were discussed in detail with the aid of quantum chemical density functional theory (DFT) calculations. Through adjusting the linker and introducing other recognition groups to rhodamine- naphthalimide system, novel sensors with selective recognition of different metal ions should be achieved.
We have developed a simple and practical process for the oxidation of aromatic alkene to the corresponding carbonyl compounds using NaNO2 as an oxidant. The practical utility of this oxidative process has been demonstrated in the gram-scale oxidation of 1-(tert-butyl)-4-vinylbenzene. 相似文献
Developing non-cationic gene carriers and achieving efficient endo/lysosome escape of functional nucleic acids in cytosol are two major challenges faced by the field of gene delivery. Herein, we demonstrate the concept of self-escape spherical nucleic acid (SNA) to achieve light controlled non-cationic gene delivery with sufficient endo/lysosome escape capacity. In this system, Bcl-2 antisense oligonucleotides (OSAs) were conjugated onto the surface of aggregation-induced emission (AIE) photosensitizer (PS) nanoparticles to form core–shell SNA. Once the SNAs were taken up by tumor cells, and upon light irradiation, the accumulative 1O2 produced by the AIE PSs ruptured the lysosome structure to promote OSA escape. Prominent in vitro and in vivo results revealed that the AIE-based core–shell SNA could downregulate the anti-apoptosis protein (Bcl-2) and induce tumor cell apoptosis without any transfection reagent. 相似文献
An all-electron scalar relativistic calculation on AunAgCO (n = 1–12) clusters has been performed using density functional theory with the generalized gradient approximation at PW91 level.
The introduction of impurity silver weakens the adsorption, and, however, promotes the reactivity enhancement of CO molecule.
The CO molecule is relatively more favorable to be adsorbed by the odd-numbered AunAg clusters with closed-shell electronic structure. The values of chemical hardness indicate that the AunAgCO cluster is less stable than the corresponding Aun+1CO cluster chemically. This picture of the influence of impurity silver on the adsorption behavior of AunAg (n = 1–12) clusters toward CO molecule is consistent with previous experimental work (Haeck et al. in J Phys Chem A 115:2103,
2011), in which the cluster’s reaction probability toward CO molecule is reduced upon substitution of gold atoms for silver and

Because of the characteristic of the Si-Ar bond, we devise a series of the solid supports containing Si-Ar bond.These solid supports containing silicon were synthesized in two methods. At the same time,we also synthesized the monomer of the solid supports containing silicon or tin. This paper addresses questions involving the sharpness of Vojta's conjecture and Vojta's inequality for algebraic points on curves over number fields. It is shown that one may choose the approximation term mS(D,-) in such a way that Vojta's inequality is sharp in Theorem 2.3. Partial results are obtained for the more difficult problem of showing that Vojta's conjecture is sharp when the approximation term is not included (that is, when D=0). In Theorem 3.7, it is demonstrated that Vojta's conjecture is best possible with D=0 for quadratic points on hyperelliptic curves. It is also shown, in Theorem 4.8, that Vojta's conjecture is sharp with D=0 on a curve C over a number field when an analogous statement holds for the curve obtained by extending the base field of C to a certain function field. 相似文献
This paper deals with upper bounds on arithmetic discriminants of algebraic points on curves over number fields. It is shown, via a result of Zhang, that the arithmetic discriminants of algebraic points that are not pull-backs of rational points on the projective line are smaller than the arithmetic discriminants of families of linearly equivalent algebraic points. It is also shown that bounds on the arithmetic discriminant yield information about how the fields of definition and differ when is an algebraic point on a curve and is a nonconstant morphism of curves. In particular, it is demonstrated that , with at most finitely many exceptions, whenever the degrees of and are sufficiently small, relative to the difference between the genera and . The paper concludes with a detailed analysis of the arithmetic discriminants of quadratic points on bi-elliptic curves of genus 2.
