Three novel supramolecular arrays of zigzag polyaromatic salts are reported. Both the conformation and disposition of the dications are subjected to various noncovalent interactions. Thus, the presence or absence of the π‐π interacting enclathrated molecules, the efficient packing and the involved hydrogen bonding interactions of anions, as well as the increased hydrophobic property of the dications themselves exert influence.  相似文献

The total synthesis and stereochemical assignment of the potent antitumor macrolide lobatamide C, as well as synthesis of simplified lobatamide analogues, is reported. Cu(I)-mediated enamide formation methodology has been developed to prepare the highly unsaturated enamide side chain of the natural product and analogues. A key fragment coupling employs base-mediated esterification of a beta-hydroxy acid and a salicylate cyanomethyl ester. Three additional stereoisomers of lobatamide C have been prepared using related synthetic routes. The stereochemistry at C8, C11, and C15 of lobatamide C was assigned by comparison of stereoisomers and X-ray analysis of a crystalline derivative. Synthetic lobatamide C, stereoisomers, and simplified analogues have been evaluated for inhibition of bovine chromaffin granule membrane V-ATPase. The salicylate phenol, enamide NH, and ortho-substitution of the salicylate ester have been shown to be important for V-ATPase inhibitory activity.  相似文献

A one-step pathway has been adopted to fabricate biodegradable polylactide (PLA) hollow spheres by interfacial polymerization in an oil-in-water emulsion system. The mechanism of sphere formation is suggested with respect to interfacial cross-linking polymerization and subsequent precipitation of the unreacted PLA macromonomers onto the preformed shells. 在水溶液中钴(Ⅱ)与亚硝基R盐所形成的配合阴离子可以与有机碱阳离子(结晶紫)缔合形成中性缔合分子。在聚乙烯醇存在下,配合物可稳定存在于水溶液中。钴(Ⅲ)-亚硝基R盐-结晶紫配合物在510nm处有一最大吸收,摩尔吸光系数ε_(510)=1.47×l0~5L·mol~(-1)·cm(-1)。配合物中各组分的摩尔比为:Co:R:CV=1:3:6。反应具有较高的选择性,采用双峰双波长法测定钴可使灵敏度得到进一步提高,相应的摩尔吸光系数ε_(510-640)=4.09×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。方法用于合成试样中钴的测定,结果满意。  相似文献

The dispersed fluorescence spectra of Pb_2 dimer were recorded from the excitation of Ar~+ laser in HPOR. By the detailed spectroscopic analysis for this well-resolved fluorescence spectra, the ground state of pb_2 molecule and one of its electronically excited state were assigned preliminarily to be X~1∑_g~+ and F′Ⅱ_u state respectively.The spectral constants of the X and F are ω_e″=108.5 cm~(-1),ω_e″X_e″ = 0.209 cm~(-1), ω_e′=152.4 cm~(-1), ω_e′X_e′=0.636 cm~(-1) and T_e=19818,1 cm~(-1)., respectively  相似文献

Thermally induced phase separation technique was utilized to fabricate biodegradable poly(l ‐lactic acid) (PLLA) macrocellular foams which were capable of being applied in tissue engineering. The block copolymer Pluronic F127 composed of (polyethyleneoxide)‐(polypropyleneoxide)‐(polyethyleneoxide) [(PEO)‐(PPO)‐(PEO)] was used as a porogen. Water/dioxane mixtures with different volume ratios were used as solvents. The addition of Pluronic F127 could induce an appearance of large pores (50–200 μm) besides small pores (10–20 μm) or a change from a solid–liquid phase separation to a liquid–liquid phase separation. The role of Pluronic F127 depends on the water/dioxane ratios in the PLLA/dioxane/water system. The X‐ray diffraction patterns and porosity measurement results showed that Pluronic F127 was crystallized and existed on the pore wall. The effect of Pluronic F127 on changing pore structure is attributed to the occurrence of the interaction of the lipophilic PPO blocks in Pluronic F127 with PLLA clews, consequently, this results in PLLA aggregation and early phase separation on cooling.
