Investigation of radical cation in electrophilic fluorination by ESI-MS

Reaction solutions of selectfluor (1) with triphenylethylene (4a) and tetraphenylethylene (4b) were monitored by ESI-MS and ESI-MS/MS. Detection and characterization of the key radical cationic intermediates 5a.+ and 5b.+) fully supports the SET mechanism in electrophilic fluorination as depicted above. [reaction: see text]     

Extraction of Americium(III) and Europium(III) with Two Open-Chain Crown Ethers of Amide Type

The extraction of Am³⁺ and Eu³⁺ from aqueous picric acid solution by N, N-dinaphthyl-N, N-diphenyl-3,6-dioxaoctanediamide (L^I) and 1, 1-(3, 6, 9-trioxaundecanedionyl)diphenothiazine (L^II) was investigated by a radioactive tracer technique. Extraction distribution ratios of Am³⁺ and Eu³⁺ have been measured as a function of pH, picric acid concentration, extractant concentration, diluent and temperature. The extraction of Am³⁺ is preferred to that of Eu³⁺ for both L^I and L^II, and the latter gives larger separation factor than the former. The equilibrium constants and thermodynamic parameters of extraction reactions were also calculated.     

有机锗化合物中碳氢的快速测定

报道了用Co3O4 作覆盖氧化剂分析有机锗化合物中碳氢元素的方法。通过对 9个样品的十几次分析 ,碳、氢的相对误差分别小于± 1.30 % ,4 .4 0 %。方法简便 ,结果稳定可靠 ,可用于含锗有机化合物的碳氢分析。     

微乳液介质—1—（2—吡啶偶氮）—2—萘酚光度法测定汽油中环烷酸铁的含量

本研究了微乳液为介质时，铁与１－（２－吡啶偶氮）－２－萘酚（ＰＡＮ）的显色反应。选择７３０ｎｍ处为测定波长，ε为１．４×１０＾４Ｌ．ｍｏｌ＾－＾１．ｃｍ＾－＾１，铁量在０－５０μｇ／２５ｍｌ范围内符合比耳定律，该法适用于汽油中环烷酸铁的测定。     

One-pot synthesis of N-protected α-amino aldehyde acetals from three-component reaction of fluoroalkanesulfonyl azide, vinyl ether and alcohol

A facile one-step method has been developed for the synthesis of N-protected α-amino aldehyde acetals in moderate to good yields by three-component reaction of fluoroalkanesulfonyl azides, vinyl ethers and alcohol at 0 °C within 10 min. This practical synthetic method provides a convenient and expeditious access to N-per(poly)fluoroalkanesulfonyl α-amino aldehyde acetals.     

繁峙煤镜质组的生烃特征与热解产物生成动力学研究

本文利用付立叶红外光谱（ＦＴＩＲ），热解气相色谱（Ｐｙ－ＧＣ）及热解气相色谱质谱（Ｐｙ－ＧＣ－ＭＳ）联用技术等分析手段，探讨了我国山西繁峙煤镜质组的生烃特征，鉴定了如气体烃、正构脂肪烃、苯酚、单环芳烃以及甲氧基酚类等热解产物６７种化合物。用相继等温热解法一级反应动力学模型，求取了热解产物如气体组分（Ｃ１￣Ｃ６）、轻烃（Ｃ７￣Ｃ１４）、重烃（Ｃ１５￣Ｃ３０）、正构脂肪烃（ｎＣｉ）、烷基芳烃、苯酚等的     

X射线衍射仪新功能的开发及其应用

根据Ｘ射线衍射仪的结构特点,通过巧妙而简易的改装,增添了“同步照相”新功能。文中分析了开发新功能的可行性;列举了新功能在某些场合下,能使传统的照相法和现代的衍射仪法结合起来,取长补短的例子;指出新功能有助于提高分析测试水平,并可收到一机多用、节能高效的综合效果。     

超临界二氧化碳介质中钯催化炔烃羰基化反应

研究了以超临界二氧化碳为反应介质实现改善钯催化炔烃羰基化反应绿色性的方法 .研究结果表明 :醇的用量、二氧化碳压力和反应温度等因素均对钯催化炔烃羰基化反应的化学选择性均有影响 ,即存在炔烃的羰基化反应与氧化偶合反应的竞争     

Synthesis of gramicidin S and its analogues via an on-resin macrolactamization assisted by a predisposed conformation of the linear precursors

A simple and efficient preparation of gramicidin S and its analogues is described. It involves solid-phase peptide synthesis and on-resin macrolactamization without side chain protection, affording cyclic products in high yield and high purity. The high specificity of the cyclization reaction was shown to originate in the formation of a pre-organized conformation of the linear biosynthetic precursor of gramicidin S. This facile method will provide convenient access to the analogues of the natural product for functional optimization to counter microbial resistance.
