不同波长激光辐照对痢疾杆菌生物学效应的影响

分别采用功率密度为1.7W/cm²、照射剂量为2000J/cm²的Ar⁺激光与LD激光辐照高耐药性的志贺氏福氏痢疾杆菌,波长较短的Ar⁺激光(488nm)所引起细菌的致死率与药敏实变率明显高于波长较长的LD激光(808nm),即波长较短的Ar⁺激光的辐照导致细菌耐药性显著降低.     

Special relativistic gravitational theory

Based on special relativity, we introduce a way to develop a new field theory from (1) the relativistic property of the particle coupling coefficient with the field, and (2) the field due to a static point source. As an example, we discuss a theory of electromagnetic and gravitational fields. The results of this special relativistic gravitational theory for the redshift and the deflection of light are the same as those deduced from general relativity. The results of experiments on the planetary perihelion procession shift and on an additional short-range gravity are more favorable to the special relativistic gravitational theory than to general relativity. Fabrication of tunable colloid crystals from amine-terminated polyamidoamine dendrimers

A pH-responsive colloidal crystal was assembled using core-shell composite spheres, poly(styrene-methyl methacrylate-acrylic acid) (P(St-MMA-AA)) spheres covered by generation 4 amine-terminated polyamidoamine dendrimers. The light reflection of the colloidal crystal film can be tuned at different pH due to different protonation level of the dendrimers. The method shows a facile way to fabricate diffraction-based chemical and biological sensors by exploiting the effect of photonic crystal cooperated with tunable nanoparticles.     

含R_2dtc配体Mo-Cu化合物的动态~(95)Mo NMR

本实验利用动态~(95)Mo NMR监测Mo-Cu系列化合物的形成过程,对反应CuCl+NaR_2dtc+MoO_nS,摩尔比3:3:1,溶剂为DMF;R=Et,n=0(Ⅰ);R=Me,n=0(Ⅱ);R=Et,n=2(Ⅲ)进行了研究,观察到具有不同簇骼的多种中间产物的存在及随反应进程相互转化等现象。     

Investigation of a liquid-liquid extraction system based on non-ionic surfactant-salt-H2O and mechanism of drug extraction

Based on the investigation of a non-ionic surfactant-salt-H₂O liquid-liquid extraction system, general rules concerning salt selection are concluded and the mechanism of phase separation is explained. The extraction behavior of chlorpromazine hydrochloride (CPZ) and procaine hydrochloride (PCN) in such a system is studied. Research shows that the extraction efficiency of CPZ can amount to 96% by twice extraction, which means that quantitative extraction is realized, while that of PCN is 77%. This system produces distribution coefficients (K_D) of 12.3 and 2.6, respectively, for CPZ and PCN. Extraction mechanism is deduced according to ultraviolet absorbance; and molecular fluorescence spectra change of the drugs in the system studied.     

希土Eu(Ⅲ)与2-丙酰-茚满二酮-1,3的二元、三元配合物的合成、表征及发光性能研究

合成2-丙酰-茚满二酮-1,3及其Eu(Ⅲ)的二元、三元固态配合物,经化学分析、元素分析确定了配合物的化学组成,通过红外光谱、紫外光谱进行表征,用配合物的荧光光谱和配体低温磷光光谱分析了配合物的荧光强度和能有效发光的原因.
