The binding of lomefloxacin to bovine lactoferrin (BLf) in a dilute aqueous solution was studied using fluorescence spectra. The binding constant (K) and the number of binding sites (n) were obtained by a fluorescence quenching method. The binding distance (r) and energy-transfer efficiency (E) between lomefloxacin and bovine lactoferrin were also obtained according to the mechanism of Fo?rster-type dipole-dipole nonradiative energy-transfer. The effect of lomefloxacin on the conformation of bovine lactoferrin was also analyzed by synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy. The interaction between lomefloxacin and bovine lactoferrin is strong. Lomefloxacin can affect the conformation of bovine lactoferrin to some degree. 相似文献

Under the assumption that the sea bottom is an almost-flat and randomly rough thin layer, a spatial correlation model for bottom reverberation is constructed. At high signal noise ratio, the phase of the spatial correlation function is the product of sound wave number and the vertical vector between two hydrophones. In a nominally horizontal plane, roll and pitch bring on the vertical vector between the hydrophones. Then an equation including roll, pitch and the phase of the spatial correlation function is found. If a parallelogram can be constructed by 3 hydrophones and the rat ios of its acreage to diagonals are not smaller than half of the wavelength, roll and pitch can be obtained analytically or by optimal method. However, the ranges of roll and pitch are restricted because of the phase ambiguity. Using Fisher information matrix, the Cramer-Rao lower bound is obtained. Results from computer simulation and sea test data prove the feasibility of the method. 相似文献

The modified quantum nonlinear Schrodinger equation of ultra-short pulse propagating in fiber is derived using dispersion relation and the Hamiltonian of the transmission system. The derived equation is solved with linearization approximation, and modulation instability is analyzed. The equation is also solved with Hartree approximation. The results indicate that pulse power, loss and self-steeping effect change the critical frequency, the maximum gain and the gain spectrum range, but the third order dispersion has no effect on modulation instability. The expectation value of optical field is average of a set of modified classical solitons, and higher order terms change the amplitude, pulse position and phase of soliton. 相似文献

Based on special relativity, we introduce a way to develop a new field theory from (1) the relativistic property of the particle coupling coefficient with the field, and (2) the field due to a static point source. As an example, we discuss a theory of electromagnetic and gravitational fields. The results of this special relativistic gravitational theory for the redshift and the deflection of light are the same as those deduced from general relativity. The results of experiments on the planetary perihelion procession shift and on an additional short-range gravity are more favorable to the special relativistic gravitational theory than to general relativity. A pH-responsive colloidal crystal was assembled using core-shell composite spheres, poly(styrene-methyl methacrylate-acrylic acid) (P(St-MMA-AA)) spheres covered by generation 4 amine-terminated polyamidoamine dendrimers. The light reflection of the colloidal crystal film can be tuned at different pH due to different protonation level of the dendrimers.
