Fluorimetric determination of ascorbic acid with o-phenylenediamine

A simple and sensitive fluorimetric method for the determination of ascorbic acid (AA) is described. The method is based on the condensation reaction between AA and o-phenylenediamine (OPDA) in the absence of the oxidant. The fluorescence intensity is measured at excitation and emission wavelengths of 360 and 430 nm, respectively. Under optimum condition, a linear relationship is obtained between the fluorescence intensity and the concentration of AA in the range of 0.05-40 μg ml⁻¹. The detection limit is 0.006 μg ml⁻¹, which is obviously lower than that of other fluorimetric methods reported.     

Raman spectroscopic analysis of supersaturated aqueous solution of MgO.B2O3-32%MgCl2-H2O during acidification and dilution

Raman spectra of supersaturated aqueous solution of MgO.B2O3-32%MgCl2-H2O during acidification/alkalization and dilution have been studied. The assignments of the recorded Raman shift are given. The main existing forms of polyborate anions and their interaction in borate aqueous solution have been proposed through spectroscopic analysis. The experimental results indicate that the higher concentration of cation are beneficial not only to the dissolution of boric acid but also to the polymerization of polyborate anions. The existing forms and interaction among them also depend on the concentration of boron and the pH value in solution.     

Analysis of Hydrolysis Reaction of N-Phosphoryl Phenylalanine by HPLC-ESI-MS／MS

Hydrolysis procedure of N-phosphoryl phenylalanine (DIPP-Phe) was studied by HPLC-ESI-MS/MS. The results showed that (HO)(i-PrO)P(O)Phe was the main intermediate and the hydrolysis of DIPP-Phe also occurred through a penta-coordinate transition state.     

微乳液介质—1—（2—吡啶偶氮）—2—萘酚光度法测定汽油中环烷酸铁的含量

本研究了微乳液为介质时，铁与１－（２－吡啶偶氮）－２－萘酚（ＰＡＮ）的显色反应。选择７３０ｎｍ处为测定波长，ε为１．４×１０＾４Ｌ．ｍｏｌ＾－＾１．ｃｍ＾－＾１，铁量在０－５０μｇ／２５ｍｌ范围内符合比耳定律，该法适用于汽油中环烷酸铁的测定。

有机磷配位铐或钴联基配合物是生产难或醇的工业催化剂，一般公认金属氢化物是反应的催化活性物种．通常反应活性物种仅存在干反应状态下，其结构表征非常困难，在许多研究中只能关联催化剂母体与其活性的关系［‘1；而未能揭示出催化的本质，给催化剂设计造成很大困难，因而对催化剂活性物种的直接表征受到普遍关注．B。wn问、Morrista］及本文作者研究组＊均采用加压原位红外光谱方法，在烯烃氢甲酸化反应条件下捕捉到HCO（CO）3L存在的信息·但用相同方法在反应条件下，在RhH键特征吸收谱带195O－2200Cm‘内未观测到错氢化物的Rh－…     

Concise Synthesis and Antimicrobial Activities of New Substituted 5‐Isoxazolpenicillins

The synthesis of a series of new 5‐isoxazolpenicillins is described, which were obtained by coupling substituted isoxazoles with 6‐APA. Concise large‐scale synthesis of 3,5‐disubstituted isoxazoles by 1,3‐dipolar cycloaddition using copper(I) as catalyst was also investigated. Representative compounds were assayed for antimicrobial activities, showing satisfactory antimicrobial activities against Gram‐negative bacteria.     

反相高效液相色谱同时测定复方降压药中三组分

建立了一种反相高效液相色谱法 ,用于同时测定复方降压药中三组分。采用YWGC1 8柱 ,以甲醇 醋酸 醋酸钠缓冲液 水 ( 60∶2 0∶2 0 )为流动相 ,流速为 0 .8mL·min- 1 ,二极管阵列检测器于检测波长 2 60nm测定。硫酸双肼酞嗪、氢氯噻嗪和氨苯喋啶的线性范围分别为 0 .0 8～ 1 .1mg/mL ,0 .0 1～ 0 .30mg/mL ,0 0 3～ 0 .45mg/mL ,检测限分别为 0 0 0 6mg/mL ,0 0 0 1mg/mL ,0 0 0 1mg/mL ,已用于北京降压0号样品的测定     

具有三维交叉孔道的新型亚磷酸锌的合成与结构

本文报道了一种新型三维亚磷酸锌[HO(CH₂)₂NH₃]₂•[Zn₃(HPO₃)₄]的合成和晶体结构。在它的结构中，ZnO₄和HPO₃严格按照顶点连接的方式交替相连。骨架结构存在两个沿着不同方向无限延伸的由ZnO₄和HPO₃组成的四元环链，在[0 1 0]、[0 4 15]和[0 -4 15]三个方向形成了三个交叉8元环孔道，有机胺阳离子起着平衡电荷和稳定骨架的结构。它的晶体数据为：[HO(CH₂)₂NH₃]₂•[Zn₃(HPO₃)₄],M=640.21, 正交晶系, Fdd2空间群, a=2.8528, b=0.8426, c=1.6159nm, Z=8, V=3.884nm³, R₁=0.0219, wR₂=0.0544。
