Structure and reflective properties of Al-Cu-Fe quasicrystalline thin film prepared by laser induced arc method

Al-Cu-Fe thin films were prepared by laser induced arc (laser-arc) method from a single source—Al₆₃Cu₂₅Fe₁₂ alloy, which was proved to consist of quasicrystalline phase together with approximant phase. The composition of the deposited films meets the requirement for formation of icosahedral symmetry phase. Quasicrystalline phase was obtained after annealing the amorphous as-deposit film samples. The optical properties of the samples were investigated. Thin film samples of Al, Cu and Fe deposited under the same condition were employed for comparison. The results showed specific reflective properties of Al-Cu-Fe quasicrystal thin film in some wavelength range. The optical conductivity of the films exhibited a negative peak, centered about 440 nm in range of 190 to 800 nm. The Al-Cu-Fe quasicrystal thin films could absorb almost all the ray in the wavelength range from 420nm to 450 nm. The ratio of absorption was greater than 99%.     

Preparation,thermal properties,and flame retardance of epoxy–silica hybrid resins

A novel epoxy system was developed through the in situ curing of bisphenol A type epoxy and 4,4′‐diaminodiphenylmethane with the sol–gel reaction of a phosphorus‐containing trimethoxysilane (DOPO–GPTMS), which was prepared from the reaction of 9,10‐dihydro‐9‐oxa‐10‐phosphaphenanthrene‐10‐oxide (DOPO) with 3‐glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane (GPTMS). The preparation of DOPO–GPTMS was confirmed with Fourier transform infrared, ¹H and ³¹P NMR, and elemental analysis. The resulting organic–inorganic hybrid epoxy resins exhibited a high glass‐transition temperature (167 °C), good thermal stability over 320 °C, and a high limited oxygen index of 28.5. The synergism of phosphorus and silicon on flame retardance was observed. The primary investigation of optical-limiting effects of optical active phthalocyanine derivative TMBO-SiPc

The optical-limiting property of an optically active phthalocyanine derivative with different configuration in chloroform solution was measured at 532 nm with 10 ns pulses. The excited state absorption cross-section σ_ex of the derivative was determined with the Z-scan technique. The results showed that the phthalocyanine derivative possesses larger σ_ex than the ground state absorption cross-section σ₀, indicating that it is a material for reverse saturable absorption. And it is specially noticed that the change in the optically active configuration affects its optical-limiting property significantly.     

Na离子和Cl离子引起He原子直接多重电离过程的研究

利用2～8 MeV的Naq+、Clq+(q=2,3,4,5)轰击氦原子,对碰撞的直接多重电离过程进行研究.实验采用反冲离子-散射离子飞行时间符合技术,通过反冲离子飞行时间谱区分不同价态反冲离子;利用静电偏转和位置灵敏探测技术区分不同电荷态散射离子;结合CAMAC-PC多参数获取系统得到一定价态散射离子所对应的反冲离子电荷态分布谱;经分析该谱得到直接多重电离截面与直接单电离截面之比R21.讨论了R21随入射离子速度和电荷态的变化关系.     

CTAB对四-(4-N-甲基吡啶)卟啉SERS谱的影响

研究了阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵 (CTAB)对四 ( 4 N 甲基吡啶 )卟啉 (H2 TMPyP)及其银配合物 (AgTMPyP)在Ag胶中的表面增强拉曼散射 (SERS)谱的影响 .SERS光谱表明 ,吸附于Ag胶粒的H2 TMPyP与衬底银原子结合形成AgTMPyP ,加入CTAB后 ,部分AgTMPyP表面络合物还原为H2 TMPyP .相似的去金属化反应也出现在AgTMPyP/Ag胶 /CTAB体系中 .CTAB的加入使SERS谱带强度明显增加 .AgTMPyP的去金属化被认为是由于CTAB的存在使Ag胶颗粒表面附近微环境发生改变     

多棒串接固体激光器谐振腔的研究

运用矩阵光学的方法对多棒串接固体激光器的谐振腔参数及其在平平腔时的热稳条件进行了研究，并计算了六棒串接平平腔固体激光器的稳定区.结果证明：多棒串接固体激光器的稳定区和非稳区相互间隔，在平平腔总腔长、激光棒数量n和棒间距L一定的条件下，当采用对称结构时(L₁=L₂)，则谐振腔的每段稳定区均达到最大；且只要 平平腔满足L₁=L₂=L/2以及热焦距f在大于某个下限值f_m时，稳定性条件01< 关键词： 多棒串接固体激光器 稳定区 热稳条件     

镁离子内扩散铌酸锂研究(Ⅱ)—— X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜表征

对不同扩散条件的铌酸锂单晶基片进行了X射线衍射分析(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜观察(SEM)。结果表明,在扩散表面富镁层出现一新相结构,可能是由Li-Mg-Nb-O组成的三元系相结构,这一新相被认为是镁离子内扩散的真正扩散源。并对晶格发生畸变、镁离子内扩散机理以及镁的扩散层折射率变化机理进行了分析和讨论。 关键词：     

负离子元素杂质破坏模型

探讨了HfO₂薄膜中负离子元素杂质破坏模型，并得出薄膜中的杂质主要来源于 镀膜材料. 用电子束蒸发方法沉积两种不同Cl元素含量的HfO₂薄膜，测定薄膜 弱吸收和损伤阈值来验证负离子元素破坏模型. 结果表明，随着Cl元素含量的增加薄膜的弱 吸收增加损伤阈值减小. 这主要是因为负离子元素在蒸发过程中形成挥发性的气源中心而产 生缺陷，缺陷在激光辐照过程中又形成吸收中心. 因此负离子元素的存在将加速薄膜的破坏 . 关键词： 负离子元素杂质 缺陷 吸收     

Three New Diarylpropanes from Dioscorea composita

Three new diarylpropanes were isolated from the dried rhizomes of Dioscorea composita Hemsl., and their structures were determined as 1, 3-bis-(2-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl) propane (1), 1, 3-bis-(2, 4-dihydroxyphenyl)propane (2), 1-(2′-hydroxy-4′-O-β-D- glucopymnosy-phenyl)-3-(2“, 4“-dihydroxyphenyl)propane (3), by spectroscopic analysis, respectively.     

Synthesis of 5‐Radioiodoarabinosyl Uridine Analog for Probing the HSV‐1 Thymidine Kinase Gene

Tumor cells transduced with herpes simplex virus thymidine kinase gene have been intensively applied to the field of positron emission tomography via imaging of its substrate. As a pilot synthesis approach, a facile preparation of 5‐[¹²⁵I] iodoarabinosyl uridine starting from commercially available uridine is reported herein.
