Enzymatic profiling system in a small-molecule microarray

[reaction: see text] We have developed a microarray-based strategy for detection of three major classes of hydrolytic enzymes on the basis of their catalytic activities. This enables the sensitive detection of proteins not merely by their bindings but rather by their enzymatic activities. This may provide a valuable tool for screening, identification, and characterization of new enzymes in a high-throughput fashion.

Ｄｕｐａｉｎ Ｙ,Ｆｒａｎｃｅ Ｍ．Ｍ．和 Ｔｒｉｃｏｔ Ｃ．［１］利用积分几何中的经典的Ｓｔｅｉｎｈａｕｓ定理,引入 Ｓｔｅｉｎｈａｕｓ维数,并研究了螺线的 Ｓｔｅｉｎｈａｕｓ维数与盒维数的关系．本文深入这一研究,对Ｓｔｅｉｎｈａｕｓ维数的值域,单调性等基本性质作了进一步的考察．     

Analysis of planar waveguides with index discontinuity or index slope discontinuity

In this paper, we propose a novel analytic transfer matrix method (ATMM) to the analysis of planar waveguides with index discontinuity or index slope discontinuity, for the cases when the conventional WKB method is no longer valid. We also analyze the physical insight of the approximations in WKB theory, and according to our research, the phase shift at the turning point is not /2, but exactly . Test calculations are done for an index profile with a known solution and the comparison shows that our method gives extremely accurate propagation constant.     

A Difference Set in \left( {\mathbb{Z}/4\mathbb{Z}} \right)^3 \times \mathbb{Z}/5\mathbb{Z}

We present a (320, 88, 24)-difference set in , the existence of which was previously open. This new difference set improves a theorem of Davis-Jedwab with the removal of the exceptional case. It also enables us to state a theorem of Schmidt on Davis-Jedwab difference sets more neatly.     

Chern-Osserman inequality for minimal surfaces in H

We obtain Chern-Osserman's inequality of a complete properly immersed minimal surface in hyperbolic -space, provided the -norm of the second fundamental form of the surface is finite.

     

衬底对Cu(In,Ga)Se2薄膜织构的影响

分别在苏打石灰玻璃、Mo箔、无择优取向的Mo薄膜以及(110)择优取向的Mo薄膜四种不同衬底上，采用共蒸发工艺沉积约2 μm厚的Cu(In,Ga)Se₂薄膜，用X射线衍射仪测量薄膜的织构，研究衬底对Cu(In,Ga)Se₂薄膜织构的影响.在以上四种衬底上沉积的Cu(In,Ga)Se₂薄膜的(112)衍射峰强度依次逐渐减弱，(220/204)衍射峰从无到有且强度逐渐增强.在苏打石灰玻璃和Mo箔衬底上的Cu(In,Ga)Se_{2关键词： 择优取向 Cu(In 2}薄膜')" href="#">Ga)Se₂薄膜 太阳电池     

温度对CdS纳米颗粒形状和光致发光特性的影响

采用反胶束法,在常温和低温下(接近零度)合成了硅土包裹的CdS纳米颗粒.高分辨电镜表明常温下合成的颗粒呈现直径小于5 nm的球形,而在低温下出现了短棒形和长达微米量级的线形.通过对实验过程的分析表明:不仅合成CdS纳米颗粒溶液的浓度,而且温度对CdS纳米颗粒的形状产生了重要的影响.进一步研究了CdS纳米颗粒的光致发光特性.     

Zn离子注入和退火对ZnO薄膜光学性能的影响

 利用溶胶凝胶方法在石英玻璃衬底上制备了ZnO薄膜，将能量56 keV、剂量1×10¹⁷ cm^-2的Zn离子注入到薄膜中。离子注入后，薄膜在500~900 ℃的氩气中退火，利用X射线衍射谱、光致发光谱和光吸收谱研究了离子注入和退火对ZnO薄膜结构和光学性质的影响。结果显示：衍射峰在约700 ℃退火后得到恢复；当退火温度小于600 ℃时，吸收边随着退火温度的提高发生蓝移，超过600 ℃时，吸收边随着退火温度的提高发生红移；近带边激子发光和深能级缺陷发光都随退火温度的提高而增强。     

晶体X射线衍射实验的数据分析模式

针对粉末X射线衍射谱分析软件CSM的特点,利用CSM软件附带的用户程序库功能,实现了固溶体的物相分析和固溶度的定量计算,扩展了CSM软件的使用范围,提高了物相分析的准确程度.     

单个飞秒激光作用下熔融石英的微爆阈值研究

对飞秒激光脉冲在透明介质中产生微爆的物理机制进行了研究,比较了长短激光脉冲的光击穿机制,基于Fokker-Planck方程建立了飞秒激光微爆模型,给出了飞秒激光脉冲在透明介质中产生微爆的阈值解析表达式.针对飞秒激光脉冲在熔石英介质中的微爆阈值进行了计算,得到的结果与实验结果基本相符.
