“天光一号”平滑化角多路系统的建立

 采用诱导空间非相干（FEISI）的平滑方法结合传递傅里叶面的技术，建立了一套平滑化六束角多路系统。该系统输出总能量158 J，能量稳定度约4％，输出脉冲宽度25 ns，靶面有效焦斑直径400 μm，焦斑均匀性1.6％，激光功率密度3.7×10¹² W/cm²。

Zn离子注入和退火对ZnO薄膜光学性能的影响

 利用溶胶凝胶方法在石英玻璃衬底上制备了ZnO薄膜，将能量56 keV、剂量1×10¹⁷ cm^-2的Zn离子注入到薄膜中。离子注入后，薄膜在500~900 ℃的氩气中退火，利用X射线衍射谱、光致发光谱和光吸收谱研究了离子注入和退火对ZnO薄膜结构和光学性质的影响。结果显示：衍射峰在约700 ℃退火后得到恢复；当退火温度小于600 ℃时，吸收边随着退火温度的提高发生蓝移，超过600 ℃时，吸收边随着退火温度的提高发生红移；近带边激子发光和深能级缺陷发光都随退火温度的提高而增强。     

基于Polytec激光测振仪的光存储设备振动测试分析系统

针对光存储设备振动频率高的特点,采用Polytec激光测振仪拾取振动信号,并给出了基于Polytec激光测振仪的光存储设备振动测试分析系统。可用于硬盘盘片、磁头滑块、折臂组件、光盘盘片等振动测试,为光存储设备动态特性的测试和分析建立了良好的实验基础。     

在两个耦合的量子点和腔QED系统中的双模激子的压缩性质(英文)

本文研究了在两个耦合的量子点和腔QED系统中的双模激子的压缩性质.讨论了不同的初始光场对双模激子的正常压缩与和压缩的影响.计算表明,当初始态光场制备在相干态时,双模激子既不存在正常压缩,也不存在和压缩,这说明双模激子振辐的两个正交分量具有相同的量子涨落;然而,当初始腔场处于压缩真空态时,无论是正常压缩还是和压缩,双模激子振辐的两个正交分量总有一个存在压缩.这意味着量子噪声能被有效的得到抑制.此外,两种情形下的最大压缩都由初始腔场的压缩因子r决定.经过比较,我们还发现双模激子的正常压缩比和压缩大.     

Structure Stability of LaAlO3 Thin Films on Si Substrates

A series of amorphous and single-crystalline LaAlO3 （LAO） thin films are fabricated by laser molecular-beam epitaxy technique on Si substrates under various conditions of deposition. The structure stability of the LAO films annealed in high temperature and various ambients is studied by x-ray diffraction as well as high-resolution transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the epitaxial LAO films have very good stability, and the structures of amorphous LAO thin films depend strongly on the conditions of deposition and post-annealing. The results reveal that the formation of LAO composition during the deposition is very important for the structure stability of LAO thin films.     

Topological structure of the solitons solution in SU(3) Dunne-Jackiw-Pi-Trugenberger model

By using φ-mapping topological current theory and gauge potential decomposition, we discuss the self-dual equation and its solution in the SU(N) Dunne-Jackiw-Pi-Trugenberger model and obtain a new concrete self-dual equation with a δ function. For the SU(3) case, we obtain a new self-duality solution and find the relationship between the soliton solution and topological number which is determined by the Hopf index and Brouwer degree of φ-mapping. In our solution, the flux of this soliton is naturally quantized.     

抗肿瘤多酸药物[Mo7O24]6-的电子结构研究

运用第一原理密度泛涵理论中的离散变分方法（ＤＦＴ－ＤＶＭ）对具有抗肿瘤活性的多酸药物三合水七钼酸异丙基胺的阴离子「Ｍｏ７Ｏ２４」＾６－进行了电子结构，获得了键级、不等价原子的电子占据数、原子净电荷，分子轨道能级以及「Ｍｏ７Ｏ２４」＾６－的ＨＯＭＯ和ＬＵＭＯ组成等数据，并对该药物的活性和作用机理从电子结构的角度进行了讨论。     

Geodesic flows on path spaces

On the path space over a compact Riemannian manifold, the global existence and the global uniqueness of the quasi-invariant geodesic flows with respect to a negative Markov connection are obtained in this paper. The results answer affirmatively a left problem of Li.     

向量优化问题有效解的稳定性

运用标量化的方法,通过锥正定真有效解的上半连续性讨论了无限维赋范空间中锥有效解的部分上半连续性,证明了锥有效解的通有稳定性.在此基础上,进一步证明,在Baire纲的意义下,绝大多数的向量优化问题至少存在一个锥正定真有效解是本质的有效解,换句话说,绝大多数的向量优化问题锥有效解是几乎下半连续的.
