The construction and characteristic performance of a PVC membrane electrode responsive for sodium dodecylsulfate (SDS) are described in this paper. The electrode based on CTA+DS? ion pair as ionophore in PVC membrane displays a Nernstian slope of ?58.8 ± 0.7 mV/decade in a 1.32 × 10?6 to 3.75 × 10?3 mol L?1 concentration range and a limit of detection of 1.13 × 10?6 mol L?1. The electrode can be used for 3 months without showing significant changes in the value of slope or working range. The electrode has been utilized as an end point indicator electrode for potentiometric titration involving Hyamine as titrant. More than 100 titrations were carried out for the evaluation of the electrode parameters: the standard deviations of the equivalent volume and the equivalent potential, the height of the potential jump and the number of faulty titrations. The behavior of the electrode was assessed with regard to their usefulness in routine analysis.  相似文献

In single-slip-oriented copper single crystals, which were cyclically deformed under constant plastic shear strain amplitude control, a persistent slip band (PSB) was initiated on the persistent slip line (PSL) that first formed in the matrix vein dislocation structure. During intermediate temperature recovery (ITR) treatment in vacuum at 245 to 400°C, the variations in dislocation configurations and other defects of fatigued specimens were studied by using the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) electron channelling contrast (ECC) and the positron annihilation life (PAL) techniques. The results show that the ladders in the PSBs became curved and broken, or escaped locally until the PSBs disappeared completely during ITR treatment. The annihilation of the PSBs and other dislocation structures in the fatigued specimens prolonged the fatigue life to a certain extent.  相似文献

Measuring the solubility limit of copper in iron at temperature lower than 700°C is problematic because copper diffusion is too slow in this temperature range. To overcome this difficulty, fine precipitation of copper is studied. The solubility limit of copper is measured after complete precipitation using two complementary techniques: thermoelectric power and small angle X-ray scattering. Values obtained are confirmed by tomographic atom probe and give results much higher than what is usually extrapolated from high-temperature experiments.  相似文献

The refined grains in both as-cast Mg-10Y-1Zn-2Zr (WZ101?K, wt.%) and Mg-10Y-1Al (WA101, wt.%) alloys have been found to have superior thermal stability after solution treatment. Plate-shaped, but different polytypes of long-period stacking ordered (LPSO) phases distributed along grain boundaries are considered as the predominant inhibitors of grain growth. Based on the plate-shaped features of the LPSO phases, a modified Zener’s model is established and the predicted limiting grain sizes are in a good agreement with the experimental results. Therefore, this model has strong potential for designing advanced Mg-RE-based alloys with high strength and high creep resistance at high temperatures.  相似文献

We find a sufficient condition for the existence of surface (Rayleigh) waves based on the Rayleigh-Ritz variational method. When specialized to a homogeneous half-space, the sufficient condition recovers the known criterion for the existence of subsonic surface waves. A simple existence criterion in terms of material properties is obtained for periodic half-spaces of general anisotropic materials. Further, we numerically compute the dispersion relation of the surface waves for a half-space of periodic laminates of two materials and demonstrate the existence of surface wave band gaps.  相似文献

A study of the Nd-Fe-Ti phases at the Fe-rich end of the phase diagram has been carried out using57Fe Mössbauer spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDAX). In particular,57Fe Mössbauer spectroscopy has been used to characterize the phases present in these samples. In addition to the two well-known 217 and 112 phases, twonovel phases have been identified, with compositions denoted by3–29 and9–94, which are closely linked to the orthorhombic ScFe6Ga6-type and the hexagonal TbCu7-type structures, respectively. The possible crystal structures of these new phases will be discussed in terms of the dumbbell substitution sequence in the CaCu5 structure.  相似文献

The ground state masses of thirty-nine neutronrich nuclei from51Ca to72Ni have been measured using the Time-of-Flight Isochronous (TOFI) spectrometer. Eight of these masses have been measured for the first time and thirty-one are remeasurements of neutron-rich nuclei previously reported. Good agreement between these results and a previous TOFI experiment was observed except for the most neutron-rich isotopes of vanadium through iron with the present results being more bound and in better agreement with theory. The low binding energy of68Ni, as indicated by an unreasonably low two-neutron separation energy, suggests the presence of a high-lying, long-lived isomeric state in this nucleus.  相似文献

Electronic properties of a general class of one-dimensional two-tile systems are calculated exactly. The systems containing periodic crystals, generalized Fibonacci quasicrystals, generalized Thue-Morse aperiodic lattices and even other two-tile aperiodic lattices, can be divided into two different families which are constructed by the inflation rules: {A, B}{A m11 B m12,A m21 B m22} and {A, B}{A n11 B n12,B n21 A n22}, respectively. As typical examples, global spectra of bands and density of states in some two-tile aperiodic systems are numerically calculated. Some interesting properties are obtained.  相似文献

We introduce the concept of partially strictly monotone functions and apply it to construct a class of nonlinear penalty functions for a constrained optimization problem. This class of nonlinear penalty functions includes some (nonlinear) penalty functions currently used in the literature as special cases. Assuming that the perturbation function is lower semi-continuous, we prove that the sequence of optimal values of nonlinear penalty problems converges to that of the original constrained optimization problem. First-order and second-order necessary optimality conditions of nonlinear penalty problems are derived by converting the optimality of penalty problems into that of a smooth constrained vector optimization problem. This approach allows for a concise derivation of optimality conditions of nonlinear penalty problems. Finally, we prove that each limit point of the second-order stationary points of the nonlinear penalty problems is a second-order stationary point of the original constrained optimization problem.  相似文献
