The hydrogen-deuterium exchange of H-2 in 4-pyrimidone, a number of 1- and 3-alkyl-4-pyrimidones and several of their thione analogs in deuterium oxide at moderate temperatures is reported. This reaction is apparently not susceptible to acid or base catalysis. Cations of the 4-pyrimidones were found not to exchange H-2 at all in acid media. Catalytic amounts of bases do not alter the exchange rates whereas more concentrated alkali decompose the pyrimidone. However, 1,4(3,4)-dihydro-1,3-dimethyl-4-oxopyrimidinium iodide (and its 6-methyl analog) exchange H-2 quite rapidly in neutral deuterium oxide, almost instantly when triethylamine is added as a catalyst, and very slowly in dilute solutions of deuterium chloride in deuterium oxide. Mechanisms are proposed to account for these phenomena.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of three new organothallium(I) compounds are reported. Reaction of (Ar'Li)(2) (Ar' = C(6)H(3)-2,6-(C(6)H(3)-2,6-Pr(i)(2))(2)) and Ar"Li (Ar" = C(6)H(3)-2,6-(C(6)H(3)-2,6-Me(2))(2)) with TlCl in Et(2)O afforded (Ar'Tl)(2) (1) and (Ar' 'Tl)(3) (2). The "dithallene" 1 is the heaviest group 13 dimetallene and features a planar, trans-bent structure with Ar'Tl-Tl = 119.74(14) degrees and Tl-Tl = 3.0936(8) A. Compound 2 is the first structurally characterized neutral, three-membered ring species of formula c-(MR)(3) (M = Al-Tl; R = organo group). The Tl(3) ring has Tl-Tl distances in the range ca. 3.21-3.37 A as well as pyramidal Tl geometries. The Tl-Tl bonds in 1 and 2 are outside the range (2.88-2.97 A) of Tl-Tl single bonds in R(2)TlTlR(2) compounds. The weak Tl-Tl bonding in 1 and 2 leads to their dissociation into Ar'Tl and Ar' 'Tl monomers in hexane. The Ar'Tl monomer behaves as a Lewis base and readily forms a 1:1 donor-acceptor complex with B(C(6)F(5))(3) to give Ar'TlB(C(6)F(5))(3), 3. Adduct 3 features an almost linear thallium C(ipso)-Tl-B angle of 174.358(7) degrees and a Tl-B distance of 2.311(2) A, which indicates strong association. Treatment of 1 with a variety of reagents resulted in no reactions. The lower reactivity of 1 is in accord with the reluctance of Tl(I) to undergo oxidation to Tl(III) due to the unreactive character of the 6s(2) electrons.  相似文献

In diatoms, silica synthesis occurs by use of complex posttranslationally modified peptides, termed silaffins, and highly complex biological polyamine structures. Silaffin peptides have lysine residues that are modified to long-chain polyamine moieties of N-methyl derivatives of polypropylenimine to drive silica synthesis at slightly acidic pH conditions. Using polypropylenimine (PPI) and PAMAM amine-terminated dendrimers as a biomimetic analogue of the polyamine modifications of silaffins, we have demonstrated the condensation of silica nanospheres. We have shown that the dendrimers react in an amine concentration-dependent fashion yielding silica nanospheres with a distinct size distribution reminiscent of the structures produced from both the modified and nonmodified peptides extracted from diatoms. Additionally, the templates were encapsulated by the growing nanospheres and precipitated from solution in a manner similar to that previously described for the bioactive peptides and polyamines.  相似文献

At about 300° the title compounds yield fragments attributed to cyclisation to isoxazolines and subsequent cycloreversion. Isoxazolines are formed at about 200° and can usually be isolated. At 300° they yield the same products as the oximes.Thus benzalacetophenone oxime gives 3,5-diphenylisoxazoline which then largely undergoes two distinct cycloreversions: (a) 1,3-cleavage (numbers refer to isoxazoline bonds) yielding benzonitrile and acetophenone and (b) reductive 1,4-cleavage yielding benzaldehyde and 1-phenylethylimine hydrolysis products. By-products are 2,4,6-triphenylpyridine, water and ammonium benzoate. With α-methylchalcone oxime reductive 1,4-cleavage is suppressed and with β-methylchalcone oxime both modes of cleavage are suppressed and 5-methyl-3,5-diphenylisoxazole is the stable product. An analogue of α-methylchalcone oxime, 2-methyl-1-phenyl-3-(2-thienyl)prop-2-ene-1-one oxime gives fragments attributed to both cleavage modes of an unisolatable and hitherto unknown isoxazoline.Possible mechanisms for the cyclisation and cycloreversions are discussed and the reductive 1,4-cleavage is believed to be a cycloreversion of a vinyl-nitrene.  相似文献
