大孔吸附树脂对大豆皂苷的吸附研究

比较了5种大孔吸附树脂对大豆皂苷的吸附等温线、吸附容量、解吸率和吸附动力学。发现ZTC-1树脂对大豆皂苷吸附量大、解吸容易、吸附速度快，是一种良好的大豆皂苷吸附荆，AB-8树脂次之．选择ZTC-l树脂纯化大豆皂苷粗提液，得到大豆皂苷产品纯度为78．2％(干物质)，回收率为93．1％．     

Dislocations and paracrystallinity in polymers

It is shown, that paracrystallinity in polymers can be explained by assuming a statistical dislocation distribution inside the crystal lattice. This conclusion is based on X-ray scattering results (line width measurements).     

Investigation of the superstructure of native collagen by a combination of small angle X-ray scattering,electron microscopy and light diffraction

Summary It is shown that there exists a direct correlation between the light diffraction pattern of an electron-microscopical picture and the X-ray small angle scattering. By this means it can be proved for native collagen prepared by a special method that the density pattern of stained samples imaged in the electron microscopy is identical with the density pattern available from moist fibres. The reflex intensities of the small angle X-ray scattering are taken for calculating the density structure whereby the necessary phases are delivered by the electron microscopic examination combined with light diffraction.

Zusammenfassung Zwischen der Lichtbeugung an elektronenmikroskopischen Bildern und der Röntgenkleinwinkelstreuung wird die direkte Korrespondenz aufgezeigt. Hierbei kann erwiesen werden, daß das elektronenmikroskopische Bild von speziell präpariertem, nativem Kollagen jene Dichtestruktur widerspiegelt, welche auch im feuchten Zustand vorliegt.Aus den Intensitäten der Röntgenbeugung wird die Elektronendichteverteilung errechnet. Die hierzu erforderlichen Phasen können über die Lichtbeugung aus dem elektronenmikroskopischen Bild entnommen werden.

Systematic effects of carbon doping on the superconducting properties of Mg(B1-xCx)(2)

The upper critical field, H(c2), of Mg(B1-xCx)(2) has been measured in order to probe the maximum magnetic field range for superconductivity that can be attained by C doping. Carbon doped MgB2 filaments were prepared, and for carbon levels below 4% the transition temperatures are depressed by about 1 K/% C and H(c2)(T=0) rises by about 5 T/% C. This means that 3.8% C substitution will depress T(c) from 39.2 to 36.2 K and raise H(c2)(T=0) from 16.0 to 32.5 T. These rises in H(c2) are accompanied by a rise in resistivity at 40 K from about 0.5 to about 10 microOmega cm.     

Stochastic field theory for a dirac particle propagating in gauge field disorder

Recent theoretical and numerical developments show analogies between quantum chromodynamics (QCD) and disordered systems in condensed matter physics. We study the spectral fluctuations of a Dirac particle propagating in a finite four-dimensional box in the presence of gauge fields. We construct a model which combines Efetov's approach to disordered systems with the principles of chiral symmetry and QCD. To this end, the gauge fields are replaced with a stochastic white-noise potential, the gauge field disorder. Effective supersymmetric nonlinear sigma models are obtained. Spontaneous breaking of supersymmetry is found. We rigorously derive the equivalent of the Thouless energy within our generic model implying the universality of this scale in QCD. Connections to other low energy effective theories, in particular, the Nambu-Jona-Lasinio model and chiral perturbation theory, are found.
