Using first-principles technique, the crystal structure of cementite-type Fe3N is predicted. The average magnetic moment (Ms) of cementite-type Fe3N is also predicted as 1.4929 μB/atom. The Ms of Fe3N is bigger than that of Fe3C, but smaller than that of Fe3B. Fe Ms between two different Fe sites in Fe3N are different (2.0541 and 2.0139 μB), which indicates that Fe Ms are sensitive to the local short-range order in the cementite-type crystal. The Ms of B, C and N are ?0.3525, ?0.2474 and ?0.1102 μB/atom in Fe3X (X = B, C, N), respectively. The chemical bonds of Fe3X (X = B, C, N) take on metallicity, covalence, and ionicity. The ionicity of Fe3X (X = B, C, N) strengthens and the covalence of Fe–X weakens, going from Fe3B, Fe3C to Fe3N. 相似文献

Without assuming the boundedness and monotonicity of neuron activations, we investigate passivity of delayed neural networks with discontinuous activations. Based on differential inclusion theory, sufficient conditions are established in form of linear matrix inequality by employing the generalized Lyapunov approach. In addition, a kind of control input is designed to stabilize neural network with activation functions having special form. Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus, as a homology of medicine and food, has been widely used in China for thousands of years. However, the existing qualitative and quantitative methods are difficult to evaluate the quality of Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus samples from multiple sources. In this paper, an high-performance liquid chromatography fingerprint was established for assessing the quality of Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus from different areas. Then, high-performance liquid chromatography was coupled to Fourier transform-ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry for characterization of the chemical compositions in Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus. In fingerprint analysis, 54 common peaks were confirmed and six chromatographic peaks of them were identified. The similarity of 14 samples from different areas was between 0.990 and 1.000. Moreover, a total of 30 chemical components were characterized by high-performance liquid chromatography coupled to Fourier transform-ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry method, six compounds of which were decisively identified. Finally, the content of nootkatone was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography. In conclusion, the methods used in this study are efficient for qualitative and quantitative analysis of Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus. 本文以径向分层的孔、裂隙地层多极子井孔声场理论为基础,利用孔、裂隙介质弹性波动统一理论,数值模拟了井壁上有侵入时,单极和偶极声源激发的井孔声场随原状地层含气饱和度变化的特征和规律。结果表明:当原状地层裂隙发育时,相较于饱含水,饱含气时纵波幅度衰减严重,横波波至提前,波幅增大,斯通利波幅度变化不明显,低频时弯曲波到时提前,幅度增大;当原状地层裂隙不发育时,单极子、偶极子波形都对流体性质没有明显响应。可见,原状地层中裂隙的存在加剧了含气对纵波、横波的幅度以及到时的影响,而侵入带的存在使得斯通利波和高频弯曲波对原状地层流体性质变化不敏感。数值计算结果为利用声波响应特征识别致密气层提供了参考。 相似文献

Aligned growth and alignment mechanism of carbon nanotubes by hot filament chemical vapor deposition
Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) growth on Inconel sheets was carried out using hot filament chemical vapor deposition (HFCVD) in a
gas mixture of methane and hydrogen. Scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and field electron emission
(FEE) measurement were applied to study the structure and FEE properties of the deposited CNTs. The effect of bias voltage
and substrate surface roughness on the growth of vertically aligned carbon nanotubes was investigated. Well-aligned CNTs were
synthesized by bias enhanced HFCVD. The results show that a bias of −500 V generates the best alignment. It has been observed
that at the early growth stage, aligned and non-aligned CNTs are growing simultaneously on the unscratched sheets, whereas
only aligned CNTs are growing on the scratched sheets. The results indicate that tip growth is not necessary for the electric
field to align the CNTs, and larger catalyst particles created by scratching before the heat treatment can induce alignment
of CNTs at the early growth stage. In addition, tree-like CNTs bundles grown on the scratched substrates exhibit better FEE
performances than dense carbon nanotube forest grown on the unscratched substrates due to the reduced screen effect. 相似文献

In this work, portable gas chromatography-microflame ionization detection (portable GC-μFID) coupled to headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) was developed for the field analysis of benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylene (BTEX) in water samples. The HS-SPME parameters such as fiber coating, extraction times, stirring rate, the ratio of headspace volume to sample volume, and sodium chloride concentration were studied. A 65 μm poly(dimethylsiloxane)-divinylbenzene (PDMS-DVB) SPME fiber, 900 rpm, 3.0 ml of headspace (1.0 ml water sample in 4.0 ml vial), and 35% sodium chloride concentration (w/v) were respectively chosen for the best extraction response. An extraction time of 1.0 min was enough to extract BTEX in water samples. The relative standard deviation (R.S.D.) for the procedure varied from 5.4% to 8.3%. The method detection limits (MDLs) found were lower than 1.5 μg/l, which was enough sensitive to detect the BTEX in water samples. The optimized method was applied to the field analysis of BTEX in wastewater samples. These experiment results show that portable GC-μFID combined with HS-SPME is a rapid, simple and effective tool for field analysis of BTEX in water samples. 相似文献

Poly(ethylene glycol)‐grafted‐multiwalled carbon nanotube (MWNT‐g‐PEG) was synthesized by a coupling reaction and formed inclusion complexes (ICs) after selective threading of the PEG segment of the MWNT‐g‐PEG through the cavities of α‐cyclodextrins (α‐CDs) units. The polypseudorotaxane structures of the as‐obtained hydrogels were confirmed by 1H NMR, X‐ray diffraction and DSC analyses. The complexation of the PEG segments with α‐CDs and the hydrophobic interaction between the MWNT resulted in the formation of supramolecular hybrid hydrogels with a strong network. Thermal analysis showed that the thermal stability of the hydrogel was substantially improved by up to 100 °C higher than that of native hydrogel. The resultant hybrid hydrogels were found to be thixotropic and reversible, and could be applied as a promising injectable drug delivery system. The mechanical strength of the hybrid hydrogels was greatly improved in comparison with that of the corresponding native hydrogels. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 建立了生物样品中8种毒品的超声辅助分散液液微萃取-气相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱检测方法,采用密度比水低的有机溶剂甲苯作为萃取溶剂,萃取过程中不需要任何分散剂。对影响萃取富集效率的因素进行优化:将100 μL甲苯萃取剂加入到1 mL样品溶液中,超声波剧烈振荡使甲苯充分分散到样品溶液中进行萃取,离心分层后,抽取上层萃取剂供气相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱分析检测。在优化条件下,分析物在各自的线性范围内具有良好的线性关系,线性相关系数在0.9984~0.9994之间;检出限为0.05~0.40 μg/L (S/N=3);样品加标回收率在79.3%~100.3%之间,RSD<5.7%。本方法具有操作简单、灵敏度高和重现性好等优点,可应用于生物样品中多种毒品的分析检测。 相似文献
