针对高速数字电路设计中遇到的信号完整性问题,本文给出了激光打靶装置中高速数字电路延时分配原理.根据传输线理论,提出端接迹线最大匹配长度值限定法,结合PCB设计,可避免端接失配反射.由电学理论,建模串扰的产生及消除串扰的端接方式.通过对噪声电流I和瞬态负载电流IL复合干扰分析,采取了相应的抑制方法.打靶实验表明,对保证延时信号的完整性是有效的.  相似文献

A functional composite of single‐walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) with hematin, a water‐insoluble porphyrin, was first prepared in 1‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([BMIM][PF6]) ionic liquid. The novel composite in ionic liquid was characterized by scanning electron microscopy, ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and showed a pair of direct redox peaks of the FeIII/FeII couple. The composite–[BMIM][PF6]‐modified glassy carbon electrode showed excellent electrocatalytic activity toward the reduction of trichloroacetic acid (TCA) in neutral media due to the synergic effect among SWNTs, [BMIM][PF6], and porphyrin, which led to a highly sensitive and stable amperometric biosensor for TCA with a linear range from 9.0×10?7 to 1.4×10?4 M . The detection limit was 3.8×10?7 M at a signal‐to‐noise ratio of 3. The TCA biosensor had good analytical performance, such as rapid response, good reproducibility, and acceptable accuracy, and could be successfully used for the detection of residual TCA in polluted water. The functional composite in ionic liquid provides a facile way to not only obtain the direct electrochemistry of water‐insoluble porphyrin, but also construct novel biosensors for monitoring analytes in real environmental samples.  相似文献

With the accelerating development of new drugs, there is a great need for rapid and simple screening technologies for estimating the potential toxicity of new compounds. LD50 determination is the main way to measure the acute toxicity of all types of substances. In this paper, a new in vitro method, biopartitioning micellar chromatography, was developed for predicting oral acute toxicity (LD50) based on the similar properties between biopartitioning micellar chromatography systems and biological barriers and extracellular fluids. A second-order polynomial model (an LD50 model) has been obtained using the retention data of the dihydropyridine selective calcium channel antagonists to predict the pharmacological toxicity of the same compounds.  相似文献

为快速准确检测球粉板表面缺陷,对球粉板表面光学特性不一致性和缺陷类型的多样性等关键问题进行了分析,以利于有效地解决关键问题;论文提出采用基于模板图片创建矫正模板来解决被测板材表面光学特性变动的均化问题、自适应萃取二值化阈值解决二值化阈值整定问题,以提高软件的执行鲁棒性;通过自定义算法实现了细线型缺陷修补,有效地提高了划痕类缺陷检测的精度和可靠性;提出了筛查模型实现了符合缺陷检测精度要求的噪点筛除;通过大量现场实验验证了本系统能够正确高效实现球粉板表面缺陷检测定位标识和面积测量功能,以及达到了目标检测精度;本系统能很好地胜任球粉板在线表面缺陷检测;实验证明检测系统非常高效精准,极大地提高了生产线自动化能力。  相似文献

Gas flows have been studied quantitatively for more than a hundred years and have relevance in modern fields such as the control of gas inputs to processes, the measurement of leak rates and the separation of gaseous species. Cha and McCoy have derived a convenient formula for the flow of an ideal gas applicable across a wide range of Knudsen numbers (Kn) that approaches the Navier–Stokes equations at small Kn and the Smoluchowski extension of the Knudsen flow equation at large Kn  . Smoluchowski’s result relies on the Maxwell definition of the tangential momentum accommodation coefficient αα, recently challenged by Arya et al. We measure the flow rate of nitrogen gas in a smooth walled silica tube across a wide range of Knudsen numbers from 0.0048 to 12.4583. We find that the nitrogen flow obeys the Cha and McCoy equation with a large value of αα, unlike carbon nanotubes which show flows consistent with a small value of αα. Silica capillaries are therefore not atomically smooth. The flow at small Kn   has α=0.91α=0.91 and at large Kn   has αα close to one, consistent with the redefinition of accommodation coefficient by Arya et al., which also resolves a problem in the literature where there are many observations of αα of less than one at small Kn and many equal to one at large Kn. Silica capillaries are an excellent choice for an accurate flow control system.  相似文献

根据加速器驱动次临界系统质子超导直线加速器样机(CAFe)对于低温垂测系统的要求,设计了2K超导低温垂测控制系统。该系统的主要难点之一是用简单可靠的方式实现2K过程控制,二是对回温过程中杜瓦内压强的控制。为了解决这两点,本工作使用实验物理与工业控制系统中的集成包Sequencer实现了对气体置换、腔体降温等顺序过程的控制,能够方便实现多种流程控制。对于回温过程,使用可编程逻辑控制器等部件作为硬件控制部分,使用模糊PID控制加热器来稳定杜瓦内压强,相较于传统的PID能够实现更小的响应时间和超调量,最终为实现2K超导低温垂测控制系统提供了可行高效的解决方法。  相似文献

An alternative all-fiber sensor for simultaneous strain and temperature measurement based on a photonic crystal fiber (PCF) spliced between single-mode fibers cascaded with a long period grating (LPG) is proposed. By collapsing the air holes at two splicing regions along the PCF, a simple but effective modal-interference (MI) is occurred between the core and cladding modes of the PCF. Due to the different responses on the changes of strain and temperature on the MI and the cascaded LPG, the strain and temperature can be measured simultaneously. Experimental results show that the sensing resolution of 9.1 με in strain measurement is experimentally achieved over a range of 2640 με, while the temperature sensing resolution is 0.27 °C within a range of 30-100 °C.  相似文献

An Fe layer was sputter-deposited onto porous alumina templates and Kapton respectively. Fe layer on the porous alumina templates formed an antidot arrays nanostructure, while Fe layer on the Kapton substrate formed a continuous film. Scanning electron microscopy and grazing incidence X-ray diffraction were employed to characterize the morphology and crystal structure of the Fe antidot arrays and continuous film, respectively. The temperature dependence of magnetic properties was shown in the temperature range 2-300 K. The irreversibility of the magnetization of Fe antidot arrays film, as measured in zero-field cooling (ZFC) and field cooling (FC) states, was attributed to the pinning effect of the holes.  相似文献
