希土氯化物与α－羟基异丁酸配合物的合成、表征、晶体结构及抑菌效应的研究

合成了十五种希土氯化物与α－羟基异丁酸配合物。对配合物的物化性质进行了表征，测定了Ｌａ（ＨＩＢ）２．Ｃｌ．２Ｈ２Ｏ的晶体结构，配合物属单斜晶系，Ｃ２／Ｃ空间群，晶胞参数：ａ＝９．００７（５）；ｂ＝８．７００（３）；ｃ＝１９．７７０（５）ａ；β＝９６μο（３）°；Ｚ＝４。合成的十五种配合物均具有较强的抑菌能力。     

Wittig反应的研究——Ⅳ.苹果蠹蛾性信息素E,E-8,10-十二碳二烯-1-醇立体选择性的合成

通过二苯基烯丙基型叶立德与8-氧辛酸甲酯进行的Wittig反应,合成苹果蠹蛾性信息素,E,E-8,10-十二碳二烯-1-醇(5)。这个反应的特点是反式选择性高,产物中E,E-异构体的含量可达95%以上。     

奋乃静和氟奋乃静的毛细管电泳柱端喷壁式安培检测

应用自组装毛细管电泳．安培检测装置，建立了同时分离检测抗精神病药奋乃静与氟奋乃静的新方法。在1050mV(vs．Ag／AgCl)检测电位下，奋乃静与氟奋乃静的检出限分别达0．060mg／L与0．075mg／L。在最佳检测条件下，两组分的响应电流与浓度之间有着良好的线性关系，线性范围为0．75～75mg／L。将方法用于药物片剂以及模拟尿样和血清样品中奋乃静和氟奋乃静的测定，结果令人满意。     

碳铂类似物的合成,表征及对大鼠W—256肉瘤的抑制作用

合成了十八种〔PtA_2X〕·yH_2O,其中A分别为NH_3、CH_3NH_2、1/2乙二胺和1/2(2,3-二甲基-2,3-丁二胺),X分别为1,1-环丙烷二羧酸根(CPrDCA)、2-甲-1,1-环丙烷二羧酸根(2-M-CPrDCA)、2-甲-1,1-环丁烷二羧酸根(2-M-CBDCA)、1,2-环戊烷二羧酸根(CPDCA)和1,1-环已烷二羧酸根(CHDCA),并进行了表征。测定了配合物抑制大鼠W-256肉瘤的活性,发现配合物〔Pt(NH_3)_2X〕系列按X不同有以下的活性次序:CPrDCA>2-M-CPrDCA>CPDCA>CBDCA(碳铂)≥2-M-CBDCA。     

Collaborative monitoring study of airborne particulate matters among seven Asian countries

Summary Seven Asian countries have been collaborating in collecting airborne particulate matter (APM) in their individual countries and analyzing them by neutron activation analysis as a common analytical tool. APM samples were collected into two fractions of fine and coarse grains (PM2 and PM2-10, respectively). Analytical data were compared from several viewpoints such as particulate sizes, locality of sampling sites (either urban or rural) and geographical location of participating countries. Chemical composition and their monthly variations as well as mass concentrations appear to be highly characteristic for individual sampling sites, suggesting that NAA data are suitable for evaluating the air quality in each site.

This is the second part of a paper which deals with the advantages and disadvantages of relative instrumental neutron activation analysis concerning traceability and uncertainty, and the current scope and possible future extensions of neutron activation analysis as a primary ratio method. Studies on fluorenscence resonance energy transfer between CdS nanoparticles and DOCAI dyes

The water-soluble CdS nanoparticles were synthesized in aqueous solution. A novel fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) system with CdS nanoparticles as energy donors and 3,30-diethyl-oxadicarbocyanine iodide (DOCAI) dyes as energy accepter has been developed.     

meso－四（4－磺酸苯基）卟啉与Co（Ⅱ）的显色反应的研究

本文研究了弱酸性介质中钴（Ⅱ）与ＴＰＰＳ４的显色反应条件。实验发现胺类化合物质子化后，不参与成络反应，而均能使ＴＰＰＳ４试剂的吸光度大大降低，从而提高了测定的灵敏度，Ｃｏ（Ⅱ）－ＴＰＰＳ４络合比为１：１，ε＿（４２６）＝３．５４×１０￣５，钴含量在０～５．０μｇ／２５ｍＬ范围内呈线性，并用于烟草、茶叶中痕量钴的测定，得到了满意的结果。
