Dispersion of MoO3, NiO, ZnO on rutile TiO2 with low specific surface area was studied with Mercury Porosimeter, SEM, XPS and Ammonia Extraction method. The dispersion thresholds of MoO3, NiO, ZnO on three rutile TiO2 carriers were obtained with XPS, and com-pared with those on anatase TiO2 with high specific surf are area. Ammonia Extraction method was used to identify the surface oxide species interarting with support surface in different strength and it was found that the proportions of oxides that can not be extracted by ammonia extraction are different for MoO3, NiO and ZnO which are supported on rutile TiO2. 相似文献

本文以TritcnⅩ-100为例,用红外光谱法、紫外可见光度法、表面张力法、浊点法等手段,研究了β-环糊精(β-CD)与非离子表面活性剂(NSF)的相互作用。证明在β-CD和NSF的混合液中,当NSF的浓度小于或近于其CMC时,两者形式1:1包合物,大于CMC时,形成两者的混合胶束。经初步探讨,认为由于β-D对NSF的包合作用,使B-CD的内腔的极性降低,增强了与显色络合物的疏水相互作用;以及混合胶束中显色剂的分配系数增大,可能是β-CD-NSF对显色反应产生协同增敏作用的重要原因。 相似文献

Lipases (EC 3.1.1.3) play an important role in asymmetric biocatalysis. Tailoring these enzymes to novel, unnatural substrates is one of the primary challenges of protein engineering. We have used circular permutation, the intramolecular relocation of a protein's N- and C-termini, to explore the effects of altered active site accessibility and protein backbone flexibility on the catalytic performance of lipase B from Candida antarctica (CALB). Our combinatorial approach identified 63 unique functional protein permutants of CALB, and kinetic analysis of selected candidates indicated that a majority of enzyme variants either retained or surpassed wild-type CALB activity on a series of standard substrates. Beyond the potential benefits of these tailor-made lipases as new catalysts for unnatural substrates, our study validates circular permutation as a promising general method for lipase engineering. 相似文献

The 3-SAT problem is an NP-complete problem, and many algorithms based on DNA computing have been proposed for solving it since Adleman's pioneering work. This paper presents a new algorithm based on the literal string strategy proposed by Sakamoto et al. Simulation results show that the maximal number of literal strings produced during the computing process is greatly reduced. Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA)-capped CdSe nanoparticles were successfully prepared by a one-step solution growth technique at room temperature and ambient pressure. X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, infrared spectra, and X-ray photoelectron spectra were used to characterize the final product. The as-prepared CdSe nanocrystals were well dispersed and uniform in shape and the diameter of the particles was confined within 8 nm. Ultraviolet-visible absorption spectra were used to study the confined growth process of PVA-capped CdSe nanoparticles.
